BITTER-SWEET CANDY

Kim stops when the shadow of a person is already in front of his table. He slowly lifting his head upward while putting down the folder that he was scanning earlier.

A sweet smile waved to him, when the moment he saw the face of this beautiful yet dangerous young lady.

"What did you need?" Kim asked while wearing his non-expression face.

Pim widen her smile as she sees how sexy Kim is. "I really like you... I always find you so sexy."

Kim slap the table and cause a little bit noise inside of the office. He stand and walk away in his chair.

Pim plays her finger in Kim's suit when the man is already standing near at his fiance. "Every time I look at your eyes.. it made me wanting more of you, my dear husband." She slowly slide her palm downward at Kim's body.

But before it reach the destination, Kim already stop her. He took Pim's hand and put it away in his body.

"Stop saying that I am your husband. I am only belong to someone else."

"Who? Tee?" Pim flirtatious turns into annoying one. "I know that you are a straight guy. It seems that.. Tee is the one who made you this."

But Kim keep his silence and let Pim to say more.

"But what if.." Pim paused and walk around in Kim while Pim's flirtatious hand went in Kim's chest again.
Kim crumpled his hand, just to calm himself from bursting out. "What if.. Tee's existence will gone? Are you going to love me?" Pim whispered in Kim's ear.

It made Kim try his best to calm more.

"Now, my dear husband. I can't wait you to be mine. I am impatient." She added after facing Kim again.

Kim smile playfully that made Pim to step backward. She feels something in the smile.

"She's no longer my mother. And the marriage is invalid one. But if you really pursue it.. you'll surely know where your place is."

Pim gulp her own throat and stand properly. Just to hide her little scare.

"Re--." She stop when a perfect entrance of the other one made.

"How could you touch what is mine?" Tee asked.

The two turn their head towards the door and see Tee is standing while leaning his back at the glass door.

"Tee?" Kim whispered.

Kim can't hide his shocked after seeing his friend. While Pim is already back from herself and smiling so devilish.

Tee walk in and straight to Kim. He lend a romantic sweet kiss in Kim's lips. Kim can't move and let his friend's tongue plays inside of his mouth.

Kim grasping his breathe after Tee back off. And Tee face Pim. He witness the irritated fiance of the one he kissed. "I just need to show the real owner of this guy." He pointed Kim that trying to back himself in the scene.

(Flashback)

Everyone went outside in the conference hall after the 3 hours of meeting.

"Is Tee your real lover?" Pim asked Kim.

It made Kim to stop gathering his things. He gives a glance in the lady in his side.

"I already told it." Kim short reply and continue in what he is doing.

When Kim is done, he leave the place and Pim followed.

"But whose that guy?" Pim stops too when Kim stopped walking.

They're not totally leave the place when they stopped. They're standing outside of the conference room.

Kim face Pim with his curiosity. "Guy?"

"Yes. Him!" She pointed a direction that made Kim to look at.

Kim sees Copter. Standing far away and looking in their direction. He sees a pain thru the eyes of the man he really liked. Don't show your face at me for now. I need to endure the days of avoiding you. Please, don't give up. But help me to endure this. Just go!

He say it but only his mind heard it. After recovering from emotional panicking when he sees Copter, he face Pim again.

"He's a representative from Design Department since Tee and Ms. Emerald run in the important errand." Kim explained.

"But the way he looked at you is too different. It seems, he is experiencing a painful feeling."

"If that so.. I don't care at all. He's nothing in my sight."

"OK. I felt bit relief since Tee is the only rival I have." Pim smiled before he left Kim standing.

Kim breathe deeply before he turn his body in the direction where he sees Copter. And a pain strikes to his heart after seeing nothing.

Yada accept a lot of folders carried by a small guy. A lot of folders to work at.

"Thank you, Copter." Yada bid his respect.

"It's OK." Copter's smile fades when he sees how tiring Yada is. "Are you OK, Mr. Yada?" His worrying face towards Yada.

The secretary smiled, in spite of his weak and languid body. "I am OK. It just an overwork since I left yesterday." Yada trying lift his body to stand.

"No.." Copter stops Yada. "Don't stand. Take a bit rest."

"But I need to get some files.. so that, I can finish it."

"I am the one who get it. Just stay there."

Copter walk over the other side that near at Kim's office. A huge of folder files are welcoming him.

"What files did you need, Mr. Yada?" He asked while starting to scan the folders.

But his eyes are too playful and let to have a sneak peak at Kim's office. Since it is a glass wall and clearly to see what's happening.

He stop flipping pages after witnessing the romantic sweet kiss of Kim and Tee. Someone smashing his heart into pieces while a thousand needles strike in every inch.

His hand slowly put in his chest. Just to ease the pain he felt.

"The red one."

When Copter heard Yada. He came back in his own self. And trying to hold his tears. He pick the folder and back in Yada's table.

"Here!" He smiled, in spite of the ache.

"Thank you." Yada took it.

"I am going to leave. Take a bit rest, Mr. Yada."

Copter leave the place but the pain never leave him. Every time he steps forward, his tears wanting more and more to fall, even he tried to hold it up.

He end up closing his eyes and feels the emptiness of the office. He came back in his table before the tears fall out. Since, the lunch break is already started and his coworkers are taking their precious food.

How long I am going to endure it? Isn't a sign to run away? He's asking himself but the more he asked, he feels ache when he knows that he'll going to hurt Dhara if he run away.

He stops and slowly open his eyes when he heard footsteps towards him. He sees Godt standing and wearing a bright smile.

"Godt?"

Godt widen his smile when he heard his own name comes from Copter's lips.

"Why are you always there when every time I am overdose in pain?"

"Cause I am your guardian angel." Godt gives his genuine smile with a bit wink in his eyes.

It made Copter to smile again. "I will agree with that." He laugh a bit.

"Lunch?"

"Treat me. Since, the pay day is not yet come."

"Then, I will consider it as a lunch date." Godt lend his palm towards Copter. "Shall we?"

Copter didn't hesitate to hold it. But before his hand touches Godt's hand, the door open widely that made the two to stop and look. An old man standing wearing his emotionless eyes and smile.

"Good afternoon, Sir." Godt made his bid of respect.

It tells Copter that this old man is one of the important person in the society. He stand and bid his own respect.

The old man walks near at them. While his eyes didn't leave Copter.

"You're Copter, right?" The first thing slip off in the old man lips.

Copter didn't response since he is trying to absorb everything first.

"Yes. He is, Sir." Godt claiming the responsibility to response when he notice that Copter is in the shocking state of himself.

"If that so.. Avoid my dear son."

The little mind of Copter is already comprehend it. The old man standing in his front is Kim's father. They have the same aura even he is not Kim's biological father at all.

A younger man put down a brown envelop, containing a lot of information of someone else.

Kim's father pick it and look those information gathered by the man standing in his front.

"Thank you for the loyalty, Yada." Kim's father put down in the table after he scan a bit.

"As always, Mr. Varodom."

"I want to meet him, sooner." Mr. Varodom pointed Copter's picture that placed in the table together the other information.

(End of Flashback)

Kim grabbed Tee and pull away in his office. And ended up somewhere that they're the only person in the place -a back part of company's building.

"Why you did that?" Kim starts to irritate.

"To make the play become more realistic one. Since, we're acting like a lover. We need to prove it."

"What the fuck!" Kim shouted.

"Did you like it?" Tee asked with a teasing voice.

"Fucking shit! What if he sees us." Kim voice is getting in tense more.

"He saw it already."

Kim is burning already after hearing it. He grab Tee's shoulder and didn't care if his grab is too tight to gives pain in friend.

"You did it in purpose?" He exclaimed.

"No! I came in your office with him. Since he wants to see you. But I didn't know that Pim is there."

Kim closed his eyes to lessen his anger and not to burst out anymore. He breathe repeatedly, just to calm and relax.

"I already told you, Kim. I can make a thousands plan, just to take away you from him."

Kim open his eyes when he heard Tee. And shows his bitter yet sweet smile of him.

"If I can't make happy, Copter will do the same."

Kim keep his silence and let Tee to talk more.

"I don't want to have a two rival, Kim. I am goi--."

Tee didn't continue when his phone ring. He took it and sees the caller name.

"Tae?"

Kim took away Tee's phone and drop it downward. It cause a noise that occupied the emptiness of place.

"You and Copter, will never be the same. There's Godt who can save him in the pain that I caused." Kim paused a bit and move, just to whisper the continuation of speech. "I am going to take Tae away in you and no one will save you from the pain that I am going to give to you."

Tee laugh sarcastically. "OK. Fine! I am sorry." He up a bit his arms. Telling that he lost.

Kim shows his furrow head at his friend.

"Here! It can help in destroying your marriage. I came in your office, not to argue but to give it." Tee lend the brown envelop to Kim.

Kim took it.
