Y/n's POV
I was sitting on a bench next to mommy as auntie Mira changed the bandage on my arm. "Now Y/n you shouldn't use magic with this arm for a while, but other then that it'll heal up pretty soon." Auntie Mira said. I nodded wincing as she tightened the bandage around my arm, mommy grabbed my hand I gripped it trying my best to ignore the pain from the bandage. "I'll make sure to not go on a job until her wounds heal, anyways what's going on outside?" Mommy said looking out the open door. Auntie Mira looked out and saw what was going on then reminded mommy of the promise daddy had made with Erza, we got up walking out the door to see people placing bets on Erza or daddy. "Can I place a bet mommy?" I asked. Mommy shook her head, we walked around finding Gray on part of an outer ring. "I see you guys made it, who do you think will win?" Gray asked. Mommy started to freak out about how our team shouldn't be fighting, the fight started after a few minutes. I let go of mommy's hand and made my way to the front of the crowd, I watched as daddy fought Erza but someone clapped which stopped them. Everyone turned to look at the person who clapped, I saw a frog lady who started talking about taking Erza away. "No! You can't take Erza away!" I screamed running over to hug Erza. Erza hugged me before pushing me away, mommy came over hugging me as Erza walked away with the frog lady. I started to cry as Erza was lead away from us, after she was lead away everyone went back inside the guild sad that she left.
I cried for almost an hour before auntie Mira and mommy could calm me down, once I had calmed down I went to the lake out back of the guild I jumped in floating while playing around with a bit of the water. "Y/n! Sweetie are you out hear?" Mommy called. I used the water to point to where I was, mommy walked over and sat near the water. "You doing okay?" Mommy asked. I continued to play with the water not answering her, I felt the water shift a bit. "This water is super cold, how are you not cold?" Mommy asked. I shrugged continuing to move the water around, the water shifted a bit more as I felt something grabbed my hand making drop the water. "I know you're upset that they took Erza, but you shouldn't worry she'll be fine." Mommy said. I nodded as I started to get a bit angry. "But Erza didn't do anything wrong, why did they take her?" I yelled make a huge wave. I felt mommy let go of my hand and head back to land. "Y/n the water's getting hot, you should get out before it burns you." Mommy said. I turned over to swim back over to the land, but I realized that to me the water wasn't hot at all. "Mommy what are you talking about? The water's not hot." I said.
"It's pretty hot to me, but I guess since your a water dragon slayer water temperature doesn't effect you." Mommy said. I nodded turning back over to continue floating in the water, I heard mommy sighed before hearing her walk away. I laid there for a few more minutes before hearing footsteps again. "You know Lucy is super worried about you and Erza." Someone said. I looked over to see auntie Mira on the shore, she used her magic to swim over to me. "Y/n, what's bothering you sweetie?" Auntie Mira asked. I turned over and pushed my head under the water surface, I took a few deep breaths of water before swimming to the shore. Auntie Mira had already made it to shore when I walked out of the water. "Ready to talk about what's going on in your head?" Auntie Mira asked. I nodded sitting down under a tree, I pulled my legs close to me as auntie Mira sat next to me. "I don't want Erza to be gone, after Aqua left I was alone for so long. I don't want to be alone that ever again." I said. Auntie Mira pulled me close hugging me and patting me a head. "I'm here, so is your mom and everyone else in the guild. We're your family now and no one will ever leave you." Auntie Mira said.
"I know, but when she left it reminded me of Aqua. The night before she disappeared she gave me a scale of hers and told me to put it in the plush we made, I did that and fell asleep next to her. The next morning I woke up she was gone, she left without saying goodbye, I never told mommy but I was alone for almost two years before I ended up at the town where mommy found me." I said. Auntie Mira sat there listening to me, by the end I was crying again. "You survived by yourself for two years, I think that's amazing even Lucy would be proud of you. I'm also sure that Aqua would be proud of the person you've become, now we need to change your bandage since it got wet." Auntie Mira said. I nodded standing up, we headed back inside where everyone was waiting for Erza's return. I sat near the counter as auntie Mira changed the bandage. The doors suddenly opened to reveal an upset Erza, she was dragging daddy behind her as she walked in. "Big Sis!"I yelled running over to her. I jumped at her trying to give her a hug, she stopped dragging daddy and caught me giving me a hug. "Y/n, what's wrong?" Big sis asked.
"She missed you a lot." Auntie Mira said. She asked auntie Mira for a couple slices of strawberry cake, she sat at a table with mommy continuing to hug me. "I missed you so much." I said. She sat me down next to her before realizing what I called her. "Y/n why did you call me big sis?" Big sis asked. I got really embarrassed and looked away from her. "Cause I see you as a big sister." I whispered. She hummed in response probably not hearing my answer. "Cause I see you as a big sister." I said again a bit louder. Erza smiled before patting me on the head, auntie Mira put the slices of cake in front of us big sis pushed one over to me giving me a fork. "I think I'll take on the roll of being your big sister, I'll make sure to protect from whatever tries to hurt you." Big sis said as she started eating her cake.
