Rivers finished tying up Spencer, then held Spence at gunpoint. I instantly felt horrible inside, what is Rivers going to do to him. "Is this the man you love instead of me" Rivers shouted at me. I jumped by his loud voice, I knew I had to say the things Rivers wanted to hear so I lied. "No... he was just a cover up so my coworkers wouldn't suspect my love for you" I said trying to sound sincere. I saw Spencer look at me with his saddened eyes. When I saw his eyes like that I just wanted to cry.  "You love me...." Rivers replied in a surprised voice. I looked at Spencer again but I didn't realize how long when I hear Rivers shout. "Your a liar you love him, I should just kill him so you know what it feels like to not have the person you love with you everyday" Rivers shouted. I knew if I didn't do something soon he would take Spencer from me so I did what I had to do.  "If you let him live.... I will go and live the happily ever after you want with me, I promise" I said as realistic as possible. Spencer looked up at me and shook his head. I knew he was thinking about the promise I made to him. After I said that, Rivers stayed quiet then asked "What about him what if he follows us". I knew the team would find Spencer soon so I answered Rivers with "Don't untie him and leave him here while we leave". Spencer yelled "No your not going take y/n from me", his scream broke me. Rivers was finally convinced so he started to saying what the plan was for us. While Rivers was talking I knew I had to give Spence motivation so I knew I needed to tell him. I couldn't say it directly since Rivers was right there so I looked at Spencer hoping he would look back at me and he did. "I'll keep us safe okay" I said quietly so Rivers wouldn't hear. Spencer looked confused, so I put my hands over my stomach so he would understand. The look that spencer gave me, I will never forget. His eyes were filled with fear, anger, and just hatred, but I knew he was a little happy but that disappeared quickly when Rivers grabbed my hand. "You ready my love" Rivers asked playing with your hair. Spencer was trying his best to free himself but he just couldn't, "Let her goo, don't leave me y/n..... don't take them from me please" Spencer yelled. When I heard him say "them" tears started to roll down my cheeks. Rivers started running with me and when we were leaving I could hear the screams coming from Spencer. I knew I did the right thing. I knew the team would find me. I knew Spencer and I would be a family soon. I knew I would see him again
