( Hi guys this is my first story! The story will have close to 20 chapters. Please share my story with other Reid fanatics'. Also sorry some chapters may be a little boring.. Hope you enjoy!)

Reid and I have been seeing each other for over a year now. We didn't want to tell Hotch yet because we wanted to wait til we were serious. " You nervous Y/N" spencer asked while holding my hand in the elevator. I looked up to him " A little bit, but I am happy we can finally act like a couple at work now too.. and I can show everyone how much I love you" I said smiling looking into his light brown eyes. I love his eyes, whenever I look into them I can see how much he loves me. Spencer kissed me, " I love you" he said whispering into my ear. The elevator door opened and we quickly let go of each others hand. When we walked through the big glass doors, Garcia rushed over to me. " You need to see Hotch right away!" she told me this in a very frantic and frightened way. I looked up at Reid and started walking to Hotch's office.  I opened the door to his office. Hotch looked up at me and told me to have a sit. When he said that I felt like I was about to throw up. " Today a letter came in to the team, I opened it and saw photos of 3 dead girls that looked like they could be you sister. I started to read the letter and in the letter it said" Hotch paused before reading it to me. " I will not rest until I get my happily ever after with Y/N" when Hotch read that I gasped. Why would someone kill all those girls just to get my attention. " We need to keep an eye on you until we catch this physco, I want you with at least one member of the team 24/7".  While Hotch was explaining to me what we were going to do for this case, I felt lightheaded and nauseous. " Y/N are you okay to work on this case with us, I get if you want to stay at the office for your safety.".  I looked up at him still feeling lightheaded, " I can work on this case, I can't have another girl killed because of me.". We walked out of his office and headed to the table. Spencer rushed over to me and asked what happened. " Hotch will go over the case and explain everything right now" I said sounding a little annoyed. " Are you mad at me, did I do something wrong.. please tell me if I upset you baby" Reid said in his low whispering voice so no one would hear him. When he said that I felt bad and didn't know why I answered him like that. "I'm sorry Reid I didn't mean to answer you like that, I just don't feel that good" I told him rubbing my temples to help my headache go away. When I said that Spence looked at me in a concerned way then walked with me to the table. When Hotch was done going over the case with the team, the team sounded nervous for me. "Well what's your plan for catching this man, Hotch?" asked Morgan in almost a mad way. "Well I had one idea but it isn't the best and could put Y/N in very serious danger" Hotch said with a straight face. "Well if the plan involves putting Y/N in danger then I don't agree with it already" Spencer said looking at me. By the way he looked at me I could just tell he was worried for me. "Why don't we just hear the plan Hotch has" said Emily. "We use Y/N as bait ...." he said looking at me. "NO WAY" said spence a little to loudly. When I heard Hotch's plan I wasn't so fond of it, but then I realized if I don't do it then other innocent girls are going to be killed. "I'll do it... but first I need to talk to Hotch and Spencer in private. The team looked surprised that I agreed to the plan but curious why I wanted to talk to Reid and Hotch in private. Hotch, Spence, and I walked out of the room and I shot Spencer a look so he knows what were going to talk about. "Hotch, Spencer and I wanted to tell you something important" I said looking nervously. "Y/N and I are dating.. we have been dating for over a year, well to be exact 385 days." said Spencer confidently. Hotch was quiet for a little bit, but then said this to both of us " I am happy for you guys but I need to know that your relationship won't affect the team or our jobs". Spencer and I smiled at each other then agreed with Hotch. Once we finished talking to Hotch. Spence pulled me aside to talk about the case. "I won't allow you to put yourself in danger like that, I can't lose you Y/N", Reid said holding me by the waist.  "I won't let anything bad happen to me I promise babe, just let me do this so no one else gets hurt.. okay" I said reassuring Reid I will be okay. He kissed and held onto me for a little bit.
