Rivers and I ran to his car, while we were getting into his car I felt so bad having to leave Reid there all alone. I knew the team would find him pretty soon since it wasn't that far from the shop. We got into the car and Rivers started driving. "Where do you wanna go y/n" Rivers asked putting his hand on my thigh. I knew if I stayed in Virginia then the team would have a better chance of finding me so I replied with, "I want to stay here in Virginia". Rivers looked at me a shook his head, "We can't stay here they will find you and take you away from me". I needed to come up with a good thing to say that would let him agree to staying here. "I want our kids to grow up where I grew up and be able to show them where we met" I told him avoiding eye contact. It took a while but Rivers agreed to staying here, but only if we stayed hidden. I agreed with his deal. We were driving for about 10 minutes when I saw flashing red and blue lights. I looked out Rivers window and saw two SUV's which were the same ones my team had. When the cars drove by not realizing I was right next to them I lost all hope. Maybe they wouldn't find me afterall and Reid will never see his kid. I will never get to marry Reid or start a family with him I thought. I started to cry but I put my hand over my mouth so Rivers wouldn't get mad at me. I knew we would be in the car for a while so I just closed my eyes and thought about what Reid is going through right now.
