Educating yourself is the most important step all throughout being vegan. Learning never stops. Throughout the next few chapters I have divided vegan topics up in hopes that it will be easier for you to digest all this new information you are about to awaken to. Veganism mushes together (everything is related) but I tried my best to make it less overwhelming for you guys.

Importance of Studies:
Sometimes what someone says isn't enough to convince people ,it's great when someone leaves links as a source for what they are talking about for further information. But what about when they don't leave links/sources? Sometimes you doubt what their saying, sometimes you don't want to believe it's true, others may just be more factual needing to see studies before they believe what someone is talking of. I'll try my best to leave links at the bottom of pages although I don't think wattpad will let you open the links from here (thanks wattpad! *she says sarcastically*). A lot of the videos I share also contain many links in their descriptions so be sure to check them out!
What studies to believe?
Remember just because someone has conducted a study doesn't mean the outcome is the end all. Sometimes studies are biased conducted by someone who wishes for a desired outcome & often will mold the study in a way to only get what they want out of it.

If the study isn't biased the next issue is how it's conducted which varies from study to study.
