This book is for everyone interested in watching or reading anime. Newcomers, ones who have been around a while, and veterans looking for anime they might have skipped over for whatever reason.

All the anime in this book are ones I have read or watched from beginning to end. Including DVD specials, OVA, and movies.

So let's begin on the way of the anime!

Secondly this comment has been made a lot and it's kinda a drag to repeat myself so I'm putting it here for future people.

"Yes, you do read manga. But in Japan Anime can mean either the show or the comic book (manga), they are used interchangeably. Manga tends to only mean the comic tho. Westerners are the ones that strictly use Anime only the cartoon and Manga only the comic.And yes Anime are cartoons. Way better cartoons, but cartoons nonetheless.

Plus,unless you have a firm grasp on Japanese or only watch the dubs in yourlanguage, you're going to be doing some reading in either format regardless."
