Chapter 31

Vice- Admiral Arnold was in his office going over paperwork and drinking a cup of coffee when one of his men knocked on the door to his office. He looked up towards the door. "Enter!"

The door opened the door as a soldier that Arnold never bothered to learn the name of. "Sir the pirate ship you have on the top of the priority list is approaching the base sir." He told him.

Arnold blinked in confusion. "Why would they...?" He started to ask before getting up, grabbing a pair of binoculars.

He walked over to the wall looking out to the sea and saw the Green Dragon charging towards them. 'Are they idiots?' He thought to himself.

He looked towards his men. "Fire on that ship." He ordered. "That ship belongs to an infamous pirate I want it destroyed."

"Yes, Vice-Admiral!" The soldiers shouted prepping the canons.

"Canons ready!" One of the soldiers shouted.

"Aim!" The commander ordered. "Fire!"

The canons fired on the pirate ship. The canon balls flying towards the ship. Most of them missed while three of them exploded before they could even touch the ship. Arnold, seeing the pirate ship unscathed, grew angry. "Prep the canons and five again!" He ordered.

"Yes sir!" His subordinates shouted as they prepped the canons again.

Back on the Green Dragon, Leah was grinning from ear to ear before turning towards her marksman and Gunner. "Annie, Andy!" She shouted.

"Yes captain!" They answered smiling themselves.

"Ready to show the marines your talents?" She asked them.

"Yes captain!" They shouted before firing the front cannon.

A few seconds after the cannon was fired the wall facing them exploded taking out many of the marines. Vice- Admiral Arnold was flung back. Activating his armament haki he was unharmed when he hit the wall.

Buitre was flying in the air when he saw his boss get sent flying back. He flew down to check on him. "Admiral are you okay?" He asked.

Arnold stood up easily. "Yeah, I'm fine."

He looked out towards the pirate ship and glared down at it. "Men prepare for battle!" He ordered.

Back on the Green Dragon, the crew on the deck staring at the base. "I say that we have made quite the entrance huh." Leah said laughing.

"I think we made more of an impression than an entrance." Hon said blankly.

"I say that we made the right decision." Todo said.

"I still think this is a dumb idea!" William shouted shakily.

"To late to turn back now!" Atlanta yelled, putting her hammer over her shoulder.

Truffle blushing at Atlanta nodded. "Let's do it." She said quietly.

Gail sighed in exasperation. "Let's hope the ship is still in one piece at the end." She muttered.

"Loading the canon for another shot!" Annie and Andy yelled excitedly.

"Go for it!" Leah said with the same amount of excitement. "We are going to the Grandline!"

To be continued...

Now we are getting into the battle of Reverse Mountain. I can't wait to keep writing on this. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the story.
