A loud blast and screams were what greeted me the next time I woke up.

"Shi!" was all I heard and then everything became hazy. I could feel the blood in my mouth. I chuckled I should have known. The last few days had been so peaceful.

"Shi!" cried out the voices again. I recognize some of them, Prince Ka Suo, mother and surprisingly the king. Suddenly, I felt myself being carried.

"Hang in there, Shi! You're going to be alright." said mom.

"Someone call the Healer fast!" ordered the King. That's the last thing I've heard and then I passed out.

Ba Dump... Ba Dump... Ba Dump...

Slowly, I woke up. I couldn't move must be because of the pain.

Shi was still knock out though. Good. At least he won't feel anything.

Luckily, I took over quickly before the attack made contact. Or Shi and I are dead right now...what happened? Well...

The day had started normally, Shi got up early and had breakfast with mother. I like this routine so I also woke up. Silently, watching and enjoying the moment. Mother always had the interesting stories and I know that we're safe with her. She's the only other person who I love to interact with besides Yan Da. I trust her.

After breakfast though, she had to do her royal duties so Shi kissed her on the cheek and said bye.

Shi then decided to go to the forest again. I sighed. Really, the amount of times he had been bullied there. You would think that he would stop going in there but no~ He's still going. Brat, I fondly said.

Luckily though, I saw no bullies. I guess I did scare them last time.

He was building a snow castle when someone called his name.

"Shi?" said someone from behind us.

"Grandma!" Shi said happily. He then turned around and hugged the old woman tightly. I sat there quietly, observing. I never knew we had a grandma. Heh, I guess we do. "Grandma you've return. I missed you." Shi said still hugging her.

Grandma laughed, fondly returning Shi's hug. Hmm... I think I could trust her, I decided. Knowing that Shi is safe, I went back deeper inside his mind.

Maybe I shouldn't have though because the next time I opened my eyes. I saw a ball of ice energy coming our way. It was too late to dodge it so I quickly took over, knocking out Shi.

When it made contact, I saw Ka Suo's horrified expression. You, dumb ass brother. You really should learn how to control those attacks of yours.

And you know the rest. I hope the healer comes soon, I couldn't hold on for much longer.
