Daichi took a deep breath as he arrived at campus.

This is it, he thought, you're finally in college.

   Daichi got out from the  taxi and went over to the trunk. It took an extremely long time for his parents to let him go in the airport, but he didn't blame them, he was going to miss his father's shouts and cheers while watching a volleyball match and his mother's cooking. Hell, he missed both of them so much already. Slipping his backpack on and taking his luggage from the trunk, he watched as the taxi faded from his view and started walking into the start of his college life.

   The campus was almost as huge as the whole city of Tokyo, he would've been lost if it wasn't for one of the staff members of the university, leading him to the registrar to get his schedule and dorm key. Well, Tokyo seemed huge and exotic to him since he was so used to the subtle surroundings of Miyagi. Even though he has been to Tokyo a few times, everything still seemed distinctive to him. The whole atmosphere was buzzing with energy, even when he arrived at his building. The tour guide left him there and he went in, bringing his bags along with him. He was the only one in the elevator, which was filled with comfortable silence. As he walked down the hall on his floor, he stood in front of his dorm door. the door seemed unlocked, meaning that his roommate has already arrived. Daichi took a deep breath as he opened the door..

"Yo-ho!" His roomate greeted.

That voice! I heard that voice before!

His roommate turned around and was stunned as Daichi was. His roommate had chocolate-brown that was swept outwards and his  eyes were almost the same color. Both of them recognized each other immediately as their eyes met.

"O-Oikawa?!" Daichi was the first to break the silence, dropping his bag onto the floor.

"It's you! Captain of Karasuno!" Oikawa exclaimed as he stopped unpacking.

"We're roommates?" Daichi muttered to himself.

"Yup, captain obvious! We're roommates whether you like it or not," Oikawa replied.

Daichi picked up his bags and set it on the empty bed, "I can't believe it, what a  sheer  coincidence," he muttered.

"Tell me about it," Oikawa replied.

Daichi looked at him, "Where's your best friend? The one with the dark, spiked-up hair?"

"Ah you're talking about Iwa-chan," Oikawa's smile and expression was wistful as he said, "He  went to another university."

Daichi was about to say something before he got cut off, "Ohohoho it's Captain Crow," said another familiar voice.

"Ohohoho it is," make that familiar voices, "Hey hey hey!"

Daichi forgot to close the door when he entered and now he has to suffer the consequences. He turned around to see the two ruffians that helped him and his team during training camp, Bokuto and Kuroo.

"You too? What are you guys doing here?" Daichi asked.

"Well we're your neighbors of course, we live next door," Kuroo explained.

"How Rude! Not even a simple hello!" Bokuto exclaimed.

"Um who are they?" Oikawa asked Daichi.

Daichi turned to Oikawa, "Remembered when I talked about the two ruffians that help the team during our last match?"

Oikawa nodded.

"Yup, these are the two ruffians," Daichi said, pointing at the duo.

"Sup," Kuroo said.

"Hey hey hey!" Bokuto greeted.

"Hey," Oikawa gave them a slight wave. 

"Yay more friends! We just met another guy living in front of us, I'll go get him."

Before Daichi could stop him, Bokuto left, leaving Kuroo alone.

"What a coincidence am I right?" Kuroo asked, both of them nodded in response. A few minutes later, Bokuto arrived with a guy who has olive-brown hair and dark olive eyes. Oikawa and Daichi shared a glance before looking at their new visitor again.

Daichi vanquished the pall of awkward silence by saying, "Ushijima, how nice to see you again."

Ushijima looked at Daichi and nodded before looking at Oikawa, "Oikawa, you should've come to Shira-"

"Oh no. No no, not this again Ushiwaka-chan," Oikawa glared at Ushijima, "Drop the topic."

"So you guys know each other already huh?" Kuroo said, leaning against the wall.

Daichi and Oikawa nodded, "Yup long line of history," Oikawa answered.

"Hey hey hey! Let's all hang out later!" Bokuto announced, as he started to walk out the door alongside with Ushijima and Kuroo.

"See you later!" Kuroo called out as Ushijima nodded at both of them and followed Kuroo and bokuto.

Well this is going to be one heck of a ride, Daichi thought as he unzipped his bag and started unpacking.
