Avneet POV,

It was the day of engagement for Madan and Priya. The whole castle is decorated with beautiful lights, flowers, balloons, bouquet and so on. I was sitting infront of my dressing table in my room . I was putting up my Jewels while admiring myself on the mirror.

" Come in." I shouted ,when I heard someone knocking the door. There came Vaishnavi sister and Anushka.

"Not yet ready!" Yelled Anushka. Her tone clearly showed her frustration and I chuckled seeing e.

"We are taking to you only." added Vaish Sister, with the same amount of annoyance.

"Queen takes time to get ready but because of you two I need to hurry up" I said dramatically getting up, completing my makeup.

"So rude." Both of them complained to which I smiled as they are giving me compliment.

After a hugging moment, I was safely taken to the engagement hall by Vaish Sister and Anushka on both sides of me. They are getting very protective towards me. Well! Not only they, but all.

Madan and Priya was standing on the the grand designed stage with heavy dresses but ofcourse, my stupid eyes met with the one who was chit chatting with Madan carefree, wearing a formal suit. Who else it would be! He's Siddharth. My Siddharth! He seemed to be happy.

Ofcourse who won't be happy in his friend's engagement. I was made to sit in the royal sofa at the front. Sitting there, I was admiring Sid but he didn't even look at me. Ofcouse I was also concentrating in the occasion. Don't take me wrong!

After few minutes my awaited moment was fulfilled, he saw me but as soon as he saw me , he averted his gaze. I know this would happen. There's nothing new . He ignores me badly nowadays but I don't know why. I just lowered my gaze and started playing with my fingers. I'm sad but I can't complain him. I don't know what's bothering him.

The Rings were exchanged after proper rituals. After the ring exchange, people started taking photos with the couples whereas Sid went out from there. I was about to follow him but then my Aunty Mouni appeared before me.

"Wow! You're an angel in underworld" she complimented me after taking a top to bottom look at me. I returned her a smile and mouthed a thank you. She placed her hands in my head as giving me blessings and she left.

I went out from the engagement hall in search of Siddharth. I went wogging to find him but he was no where to be seen. I groaned .Atlast I reached his room but he was not there instead I saw a flower bouquet. I took it with my hands and there was a letter back of it.

I opened and read it.

' To the honourable princess or shall I say my Miss.whatever? The best girl in my life!'

...In garden'

The letter ended. I'm cent percent sure it is written by my Sid. An unknown smile crept on my face. I went towards the garden carrying the bouquet and letter in one of my hands and carrying my heavy gown in other hand. I was not able to run as I was wearing heels. I removed my heels and placed it aside. I have no time to check on it. I ran as fast as I could to the garden.

As soon as I entered my eyes fell on the single candle lighted at the middle of the garden above a letter. I kept the bouquet and letter on the floor. Then removed the candle from the other letter. The melted wax was glued in the letter but I managed to remove it and read that letter.

' When you removed your heels to run, did you remembered our first meet?

- in your room'

Was he spying on me? Oh no! He saw me removing my heels. Fine, but I was not desperate to meet him, he would be in some kind of misunderstanding.

I carried both letters with the bouquet and ran to my room. When I entered my room it was totally dark. The lights were on by me and I saw a large red carpet infront of me. I lifted the carpet to get my third letter.

' Can I be the prince? Not of DREAMY POWERS but of your heart

Though I tried my best to ignore my feelings, my body doesn't support me. It reacts in the way I don't want to. I'm blushing! He was ignoring me all these days and I want him to apologize. I won't let my guard down so easily.

I added that letter in my hand and went towards the back of the castle.

I'm gonna kill him. I'm the princess here but I am walking here and there like a maid. What does he think of himself?

I walked forward cursing him under my breath. Though I was cursing him, I was in cloud nine excited for my next letter in the back of the castle.

I reached there and to my surprise I saw the letter's writer. My Mr.whatever was standing there facing me. A genuine bright smile in his face made him more handsome. All my anger flew away making me unable to even fake anger. I grinned looking at him. I felt an urge to hug him. The next second, I was shocked,
He came near me and sat on his knees.

" I genuinely have nothing to give to you. Neither flowers to a living Rose nor Rings to a princess. I always fight with you but I don't know in which fight, you took revenge by stealing my heart. I don't want my heart back but will you give your heart in return? Will you be my better half?" he completed with a smile whereas I was still surprised unable to believe what's happening. My heart pounded hard over my chest. Was it the time I was yearning for?

" Hey! miss.whatever, Are you taking revenge for making you walk here and there? Reply me. My knees hurt." He complained and I chuckled. I found him the cutest exactly at this moment. I made him stand without saying anything. He lifted his brows, demanding my answer. I hugged him tightly as he was the only one I carved for. I heard him chuckle before, wrapping his strong muscular arms around my body.

" I love you. " He whispered as I snuggled on his chest.

" Mr. and Mrs. Whatever " I replied

We tightened our hug to feel each other's presence.

Siddharth POV,

This is the best moment I ever came through. Though I knew she loves me as I do , I felt scared to confess it but now the whole peace in the world is in me.

Sidneet POV,

We lived happily ever after.......❤️......
