In an alternate universe instead of Naruto being born a Boy, naruto was born a girl. 

She has they boys name naruto since her parents thought they were expecting a baby boy. 

Naruto after leaving the orphanage was almost molested by a man and the nine tails chakra responded to her terror and at the age of 5 she had her first kill. 

Never wanting for what the man was going to do to her happen again she starts to train, using her pranks to cause distractions so she could access and steal things she needed. 

At first she just stole scrolls and books to train but after reading that the body must be healthy and with the merchants overpricing her for rotten food that wasn't making herself health she started to steal food as well. 

With all the times she ran away form the people following her she became quite fast and stealthy to hide form them. 

She trained her body at her and trained with chakra in a hiding spot she found I'm the forest. 

At 10 she goes to the academy and even though she is smart and able the teachers give her bad grades. 

She Doesn't get along with Sasuke or Sakura. 

She will kill her enemies if she but it isn't her first option.

She Bonds with kurama and he becomes like a brother to her. 

War after war happens ( no redemption for Orochimaru, Obito, Madara, Kabuto, etc) 

And before she knows it all her friends are dead. 

Using a forbidden seal she found at Uzushiogakure.

She and kurama use the seal to send her back in time but they accidentally send her into an alternate universe where everything is the same except naruto there was born a Boy 

She comes up with the idea to pose as her father's Younger half sister that he didn't know about. 

She chooses a new name for herself. 

She arrives at her old home and using the shadow clone sends her clones everywhere with a prong so she can use her dads technique to travel everywhere. (her dad taught her it when he was revived)

And can't stand how her male alternate self is being treated so she starts to look after him. 

She ends up adopting naruto, Gaara, Sai, Karin and Saskue (if she couldnt stop the uchiha massacre)

She kills all the enemies that caused trouble in her universe a after making sure by spying on them they had the same evil plans
