Funfact: Today(September 3rd) is my furbaby(dog) Peppermint's birthday! She's 4 years old now and I'm sad I'm not at my grandma's house to celebrate with her but have some pictures of her that were from when mw and my mom were at my grandma's house in October, as well as a drawing of Peppermint I tried to do on September 1st!(the pictures are in order of when they were taken):

October 6th, 4:58PM↑(the day we flew in)

Peppermint L O V E S going on a ride in the backback seat of my grandma's minivan(there are three rows of seats) and always gets excited when a carride us even mENTIONED around her but ngl in this she looks sTR E SS E D in thus photo pfffajdbssj

October 7th, 9:06AM↑

Sometimes Peppermint has to go sit in her cage either because were eating in the kitchen or she's being too rowdy and when that happens Grandma puts the doggy gate that we put in the doorway to the laundry room in front of the opening of the cage(I don't think we ever really close the actual cages door tbh) and if Peppermint is in her cage cuz I'm eating(I normally see this when I eat since I eat at different times then Grandma does), since the chair I always sit at is like the chair closest to the kitchen and in direct view of the laundry room(which is right off the kitchen) and I ALWAYS LOOK OVER AT HER WHEN I'M EATING CUZ I WANNA LET HER OUT BUT I CAN'T

She's just as spoiled as I am and I love her uwu

I took these after I finished breakfast and was able to let her out of her cage(which she was happy about). And whenever she wants a belly rub she just lays on her side and looks at me like "I wanna belly rub plz" and doing that nronally keeps her in one spot so I felt like taking pictures of her cuz sHE'S MY BABY AND SHE'S CUTE AND I LOVE HER

October 9th, 9:12AM↑

This was the day before my birthday that year, and this picture was taken after a picture my Grandma took of me in a bomber jacket she got me from Old Navy like the day before I think???(And I LEFT IT THERE AT HER HOUSE AND I'M STILL SO SAD ABOUT IT) and that's why I was wearing my converses in the kitchen(unlike in where ever me and my mom are staying, where we never really wear our normal shoes unless were leaving the house, Grandma basically does the same thing but is more likely to walk through the house in normal shoes before actually leaving) and I was just like "Peppermint needs her pictures taken too" and like Peppermint was already ready pffft she l o v e s getting her picture taken

LOOK AT HOW GOOD SHE IS I LOVE HER SHE'S SUCH A GOOD DOG!!!

And finally, the drawing I attenpted to make for her birthday,, aka me using all these photos as references to try and draw her!:

I didn't wanna line it cuz I didn't wanna mess it up cuz it was already difficult to draw,,,,, abd since the main reference was the second picture of her I showed that's why the eyes are the way they are,,,

I plan on figuring out a way to stylize drawing dogs like I did with cats but that'll happen later,,,,

And the fact that the main reference didn't sgow her hide legs enough(which was my fault) I had to just draw her towel/blanket over her cuz oOF using the last photo as reference didn't work cuz the perspective was wrongggg

Anyways yea that's all for that tho

But uh now onto the second topic of this chapter which is the dream I woke up late from 3 hours ago(I woke back up a 10AM AND I'M SO MAD AT MYSELF) cuz imo, it's probably one of my favorite dreams that I've ever had so far.

And before I made this chapter I wrote down everything I could remember from the dream so I'm gonnaaaaa copy+paste that >;00

Soo, my dream....

....was this dream that seemed story-based,,, it started off in a room that resembled a hotel room, and this person(either it was me or a character-- I have no clue) was like,,, looking through their drawers of clothes or something, and they picked out this specific shirt that---when I was having the dream I thought it was a shirt I owned at one point, but thinking about it now I don't think it was(it just had colors of shirts I've had). But anyways,,, the person was also talking to someone I think,,, or maybe just to themself like I always do,,,

The only other thing I remember that was like, only a few minutes afrer that first bit as far as I could tell was that this character(whos name started with the letter "J") showed up or something, and then the next thing I remember is something that probably takes place a little later, with this group of like,, at least 5 to 7 characters(including the character from the begining and a girl that reminded me of Beverly from IT(2017) with the hair of Torifall2(from tumblr)'s OC Felice) in like a hallway/stairs or something?? Where there were bars(which were probably seperating the stairs/hallway from the room/area on the other side of the bars), and there was this guy that was like evil or something idk, and the "J" showed up again from a hallway(to the right of the room where the evil guy was), and walked up to an opening in the bars that allowed you to walk through sale bars, to which then the girl that looked like Beverly from IT ran up to "J" and hugged them,,,, and that was nice,, maybe they were siblings or something idk,,,

Also "J"'s face looked like Josh(played by Rami Malek) from Until Dawn but it was only their eyes and maybe their mouth?? but mostly their eyes.

Then the next and last scene I remember that I think happened before I woke up was this scene of these characters running around this big place that looked like a grocery store only the shelving(is that a word?) was black and there were only aisles of candy bars and other stacks(i.e. chips and stuf) and there were characters running around this place throwing candy at this black smokey entity(I'm gonna guess that it was related to the evil guy from earlier) and then there was this one character that was like my older character Naomi(the zombie) but a ghost who (I was mostly seeing the perspective of) was picking up candy bars(as well as accidentally picking up chips) and also throwing those at the entity, but the candy/chips just either wwnt through the enitity or (now that I'm thinking about it) got absorbed by it, and the ghost thought it was cuz of them being a ghost,,,(as in whenever they'd pick up the candy or whatever it would not longer be a physical object and would pass through stuff till I guess it hit the ground idk) and then that's it

But also when the naomi ghost realized the candy wasn't hitting he entity when they threw it they were also flying after these other characters who were pushing this sorta table thing with wheels(so employees could easily move it) the had cubby-like pockets with snacks in them.

I think that last bit was definitely inspired by "Deja Vu" from Initial D, since I listened to it last night before going to bed.(I like that meme song unironically ad I listened to it while brshing my teeth after waking up from the dream)

September 3rd, 2018 -- from about 7:50-8:00am to 10:00am I had this dream that I'm really upset I can't remember more of, and if I could go back into the dream and reexperience everything, I'd wanna go back to a part of the dream between when "J" first appears, and "J" shows up again, that involved two of the characters in the group that I can't remember anything about(other then that one was alot shorter then everyone else there).

I think that dream by far was the closest to a vivid or lucid dream I've gotten since that dream that I had back in like march with the ~600 page book of character designs all by me from like year 500-600(Taitum & Joey), to a dream I had in May with this pair of 12-13 y/o twins that were runaways!(Mercury & Mars) And I think I wanna turn this dream into a story, since it already has so much to go off of on it's own, which is really different from dreams in the past.

I'm gonna make drawings of the "J" and the Beverly-Felice looking girl and try to come up with what the character from the begining looks like later before I forget what "J" looks like cuz that'll prolly happen,,,,

Uhh and hey! If you're able to remember dreams in better detail then I can then feel free to share any dreams you've had that stood out to you if you want! I love the concept of dreans and lucid dreams and stuff and I'd love to hear about yours!

But uh yea, that's all I got for today, I currently have an almost finished sketch done of a Lycoris(from Cuts & Bruises) Turn-a-round reference that I started the night before yesterday so look forward to that and the one of Juniper that I've been finished pffasskfkfkd
