TW: Spiders! Blobby spiders, also a snake, also some S-H scars

Inktober Day 1: Poisonous

I,,,,, love,,,, this character??

Hi Happy October 1st

The character design was completely random,,, but like she's so cute man,,, and now she's an OC,,,

I'm fuckin' gay oops--

Okok

The actual stuff in the drawing

So the prompt was "poisonous", right? Well, because I couldn't think of like,, one singular thing to depict something poisonous,, that plus the fact I love aesthetic looking drawings,, I googled the word "poisonous" and drew some of the things that came up :D

Originally I think it was only gonna be,, or mainly gonna be,, the pooson ivy,, but it ended up not being visible like at all

(If your wondering, its those 3 triangle leaves behind the flower that's also in her mouth)

And then the thing I sketched in first, was the Lycoris flowers

BecAUSE! One of those little bubble things that show up above the images in google images was one for poisonous flowers,,, and Lycoris was one of the ones to pop up! There were others I could've used,,, but I like Lycoris flowers a lot,, so

Then after that I drew spiders because,, some spiders are poisonous

If it wasn't for the fact that I used my 05 fineliner pen(it's the smallest one that still works,,, ) to do this cuz I knew I wouldn't mess up as much(I barely had to stop to scribble out more ink), and cuz it makes it look more like inktober, I would've drawn those spiders so much better

But at least you know they're spiders crawling on her C:

Oh also there's a couple ladybugs because pOISONOUS LADYBUGS EXIST TOO APPARENTLY

I hate how I drew those tho so like,, wheres the undo button

And then the first thing you probably noticed on this lovely lady's person; that cute ol snake!

In my sketch I drew 2 snakes, one of them coiling around her lower half and biting her foot,, but tbh it looked fuckin' dumb sjshdksks

So instead I used some of the sketch lines from the original second snake to male this one coli around twice :D

Idk if I told you this but,, spiders and snakes? Love em

And last but not least,, the poisonous gas/smoke stuff that really probably doesn't look like gas/smoke

Originally in the sketch I had wanted it to at least look like the smoke connected from both snakes mouths and to hers,, but honestly I need to practice drawing smoke psgsjdjsi

It's undecided whether the smokes going into her nose or going out of it

And now back to the character because I l o v e her

I named her Lycoris, because I felt like it fit

Originally I was gonna name her Amaryllis cuz it was the first thing that popped into my head and is a really pretty name

But instead I renamed Lycoris from Cuts&Bruises Amaryllis(mostly temporarily) so I wouldn't have two Lycoris'

Also would anybody be suprised that I made her a lesbian at this point? Cuz I made her lesbian

Also her voice claim is either gonna be Hayley Kiyoko(aka lesbian jesus) or Halsey(aka she who makes girls gay),, depnds on the next character design I make for this

Also,, if you couldn't tell,,, Lycoris loves?? Spiders and snakes?? Way too much?? The snakes definitely her pet

The only thing I dont like about the regular inktober is I can't color anything

So I might do a goretober prompt or find another prompt list for tomorrow cuz I decided I'm doing everything one day in advance

Oh and before I go, some songs I thought of that this drawing reminded me of:
