   If I knew things would turn out like this, I would've never joined the Raging Bulls with Shu. When we both got offered those two years ago, we were overjoyed. Well I mostly was because I would be able to spend a lot more time with Shu, I also may or may not have a crush on him. Then stuff happened. You probably hears about this in the news about that whole Red Eye ordeal and stuff.
   After that incident Shu ended up owning the Raging Bulls. The only thing is, he had seem to forget about me.
   I'm not the best blader, I didn't make it into the Blader Cup, but I'm also not that bad. I am just right in the middle. Anyways, when Shu came back, when I tried to talk to him, he would always just not hear me or get flocked by fangirls and guys. It just seemed hopeless, he never noticed me. Unlike Valt and Rantaro.
   Maybe if I joined BC Sol I'll get more attention. Now don't take me as an attention hog here, but no one ever talks to me. I have no training partners when I need them. I'm ignored by almost everyone. That's how unpopular I am.
   Then what's even worse is that I've been getting bullied a bit. It hasn't gotten out of hand, but the only reason they do it is because I'm "The Loner" of the Raging Bulls.
   I was thinking all of this while I walked to Shu's office. Maybe I'll be able to talk to him today. I've been trying for over two years now. He will ask how was your day going and all that jazz like anyone else, but I'm hos best friend, or at least was his best friend.
   He hasn't taken anything about me into account. I've remembered his birthday and Christmas and have always gotten him stuff for that and have tried to hang out with him.
   Maybe he treats all his best frieds like this. No, he defiantly doesn't treat Valt like this. Shu treats all his other best friends like they matter. Maybe I don't matter, to him at least.
   I knock on the black wooden door that leads to Shu's office. "Who is it?"
   "It's (y/n), (y/n) (l/n). May I come in?"
   "I'm fairly busy right now, but I guess it's fine, as long as it doesn't take long." Shu responded. I opened the black door to see Shu sitting at his neatly organized desk.
   "So what's the matter now?" He asked me in what seemed like an exasperated tone.
   "I just wanted to hang out with you, like when we did when we were younger. We could go for a walk, or have a bey battle?" I asked, hoping for the best.
   "Don't you see I have work to do?" Shu explained pointing to his somewhat empty desk. Not much seemed to be on it except for dust and a few scattered papers.
   "Well, I just wanted to ha-"
   Shu cut me off. "Why don't you go train or something or someone? I've looked at your stats recently and they haven't been the best."
   What took me by surprise was the stats part. I won our last team battle. Was he just trying to get rid of me? "But-"
   "No buts, now go train." With that he stood up and ushered me out of the room.
   When I was ever so nicely shoved out of the door I saw a few kids snickering. They probably heard everything.
   "Wow! Look at "The Loner" guys! Did you try to talk to him again?" One of the guys teased. I just looked away and walked. I wanted no part in this. I take (bb/n) out of my pocket and rub it's outer frame. (bb/n) is the only thing that doesn't make me feel alone.
   When suddenly one of the kids comes around and steals (bb/n) right our of my hands. "Hey! Give (bb/n) back!" I was about to reach for (bb/n) when two of the guy's other friends held my arms back so I couldn't get to (bb/n).
   "Well I mean, you are "The Loner", so yoh don't need anyone or anything." Just then the kid throws (bb/n) on the ground and crushed it with his foot. The top layer disk was broken. The kid lifted his foot and slammed it down again. He broke (bb/n)'s one in a kind tip.
   The guys let go of me as I fell to my knees. Tears pouring out of my eyes. Then the front door to Shu's office opened up. I couldn't even care about what he was saying. I picked up (bb/n) and ran away.

SHU'S POV
   I was sitting in my office after I pushed    (y/n) out. I don't know what comes over me when she's around. I feel awkward, and unworthy of being with her. That's why I've been ignoring her for the past few years a lot. I'm not worthy to be with her. Even though I like her. So I try to push her away.
   I took out my phone and looked at a picture of myself and (y/n). I zoomed in on (y/n)'s beautiful face and tried to imagine how life used to be before I was Red Eye.
   Then I heard screaming. The screams sound like (y/n)'s. I rush over and slam the door open. I see the girl I love on the floor crying and three boys laughing at her.
   "What are you doing?" My voice became booming and deafening. "Leave (y/n) alone."
   They all looked like they were going to die. So they ran off. When I turned around I saw (y/n) pick up what seemed to be her bey, but it was broken. Before I was about to say something she turned around and ran away.
   Without thinking I followed her. She ran to her room and plopped onto the bed crying. "(y/n), what happened?"
 
YOUR POV
   "(y/n), what happened?" It was Shu. I couldn't do it, I snapped.
   "You know what happened." I got up from the bed, not caring about how much I was crying. "What happened was that "The Loner" just got the only thing that was there for her broken and taken away from her. And why do you care anyways! You haven't seemed to care about me for the longest time!"
   I clenched my fists. "Look, (y/n) I-"
   I cut him off, I couldn't be on this team anymore. "I want a team transfer. I want to get out of here, away from these terrible people." I explained.
   When I looked up to see Shu. Something was off. "Please... don't leave... I need you here with me. I'm sorry."
   Oh great, now I feel even worse. I walked up to Shu and hugged him. "I'm sorry, I pushed you away. I just thought after how terrible I was as Red Eye. I didn't deserve you. I love you (y/n)."
   He leaned down to kiss me. "Don't leave me." He whispered into my hair.
   "Fine, I guess I won't get a transfer, but you better help me fix (bb/n)." He laughed a tiny bit and just snuggled into my hair.
