As Heizou trembled in fear, Kazuha pulled out his sword and stood firmly in front of him. The 'Perpetual Mechanical Array' was the 'Boss' in question. Heizou decided to shake his fear off and pulled out Kazuha's fillet blade.

The machine began to move, making the sound of metal collision. It then proceeded to travel towards them. Kazuha became serious. Kazuha Infused his blade with Anemo and began to slice the cube. Heizou, of the other hand was charging his blade with Anemo, preparing to perform a charged thrust.

The machinery changed shape, transforming into a blade. It slashed Kazuha. However, he was able to block it. The machine and Kazuha began engaging in the dramatic sword crossing. Kazuha was slowly but surely getting pushed towards the edge. He knew that he couldn't dodge this attack if this kept going on.

However, his 'Detective in a shining uniform' performed his charged thrust, damaging the machinery. Kazuha was saved. Kazuha then proceeded to leap into the air, covering himself with Anemo. He then plunged back down and proceeded to mount the Mechanical cube, striking his blade on its metallic cube-counterparts.

The Mechanical cube then transformed into a disc that began to rotate, throwing Kazuha off. Heizou ran towards the direction Kazuha was thrown. He then caught Kazuha, reducing the impact of the fall. Heizou then proceeded to launch several Fudou Style Vacuum Sluggers by kicking it towards the Mechanical Cube. Upon contact, they exploded into an Anemo explosion. This had affected the Machinery even more.

The machine glitched for a while. Smoke emerged and its electricity shot-circuited. Kazuha took this as an opportunity, and used his 'Kazuha Slash' once more. This created a powerful slash engulfed with the power of Anemo, creating the Veil of Whirlwinds surrounded by maple leaves. Luckily for Heizou and Kazuha, this damaged the core.

The machinery then proceeded to turn into a rocket ship. It launched to the air and struck the ground, hitting Heizou in the process. Heizou was knocked to the edge of the battlefield. Kazuha yelled his name. "HEIZOU!!!" He then shot a death glare at the machinery. However, the machinery was of course... heart(sense)less... and proceeded to launch a 'Lazer beam' at Kazuha in 'response'.

Heizou coughed and cried in pain, yelling out Kazuha's name. Heizou with his remaining energy proceeded to aim and throw the sword into a ley-line root, successfully cutting and exposing it.

Kazuha looked at Heizou in pity while Heizou screamed, "K-KAZUHA!! I-I'M DYING!" Kazuha then leaped at the Perpetual Mechanical Array and proceeded to strike his anemo-infused blade inside the machine. Kazuha vented all of his anger in this fight, tearing the metal of the Mechanical cube.

Suddenly, The Mechanical cube surrounded itself with a barrier, launching Kazuha away from it. Kazuha tried to attack it but it was of no use.... He'd have to find another way.

Suddenly, four different ruin sentinels spawned on the platform. Kazuha swirled them together. However, he realized that he was not dealing any damage to them. Heizou yelled, "K-K-KAZUHA!!! ATTACK THE ONE THAT IS HIGHLIGHTED!!!"

Kazuha clenched his fist and began to strike the highlighted ruin sentinel with all his might. Kazuha could not contain his anger and slashed the sentinel several times before it completely malfunctioned and became scraps of metal. The Barrier then lifted from the Perpetual Mechanical Array.

Kazuha then ferociously lunged at the Mechanical cube and struck its core.

Suddenly... blue mist emerged from the roots and what took shape had completely astonished Kazuha.

Kazuha was fighting side to side with his old friend again.

"I was not expecting to see you here..." Kazuha said. His friend replied, "Kazu... what are you doing here?" They then dismissed the chatter for later and got to work. Kazuha created a huge Whirlwind while his friend performed a huge slash Infused with Electro that summoned a rain of lightning down on the Mechanical cube. Their fighting was synchronized and they gave the cube several coordinated attacks. They then landed the final hit, completely destroying it. The power of Electro and Anemo were in complete harmony.

"Haha.... Since when did you get so strong?" Kazuha's friend asked. Kazuha hugged him and said, "It has been two years. Of course I got stronger." Kazuha's friend laughed in confusion but decided not to pry. Kazuha's friend then disappeared along with the mist, leaving Kazuha with an unsettled feeling.

Kazuha rushed towards Heizou and tried to tend to his wounds. However, he could not locate any of them. Heizou kept crying in pain. Kazuha pouted and said, "Heizou... You were playing me all this time weren't you?" Heizou laughed, saying, "Sharp as ever Kazu-kun." Heizou then picked himself up and dusted himself off and took Kazuha to a secret compartment.

In the compartment lied a luxurious chest. Beside it was a pedestal where a sword oozing with power was located.
"Ta-da! This is your prize!" Heizou exclaimed. Kazuha stared at Heizou, asking what this was non-verbally.

Heizou told him, "This is my apology gift for trying to arrest you and some other stuff.... Take it!" Kazuha stared at him, asking, "Is this also an apology for playing me?" Heizou laughed nervously. Kazuha opened the chest and insisted that they share the contents of the treasure chest equally. They had taken the loot afterwards.

He then stared at the elegant craftsmanship of the blade. The sword had a handle made of gold. Whereas, the blade itself seemed to be made of 'Fire Obsidian', A rare variant of Obsidian.

Moreover, there was an Orange aura being emitted from the glorious blade.
This blade felt powerful and was seemed very sharp.

Kazuha was amazed. Heizou smiled and asked him to grab it once more. Kazuha slowly picked up the blade and put it in its scabbard. He then tied the scabbard to his back when suddenly... the cave began to shake violently, causing a huge tremor, leading to it collapsing.
