When they arrived at Kiri, Naruto somehow got away from his siblings and went with Kuramas direction towards the medic of Kirigakure. He didn't realise that his siblings followed him, seeing as he wasn't really stealthing. He once again scrunched his face from headache. 'Kura, what's going on. It hurts.' As soon as Naruto stepped into the hospital he passed out.

Ok. I'm not that unfair.

Before Naruto hit the ground, sand caught him midfall. At the same moment, doctors rushed forward to take the Jinchuuriki to one of their emergency rooms and the other eight busted into the hospital. "What's going on. He said he had a headache. There isn't a reason to pass out." Exclaimed Fuu panicked. "Sorry, we don't know till we looked at it." Said a nurse, trying to calm the siblings down. "But you need to have an idea." Worried Yagura. "We are sorry. But we don't know."
Not soon later a doctor emerged from the room. He turned towards the Jinchuuriki with a face that promised bad news. "I am very sorry to be the one to inform you, but for some not clear reasons the body of your brother shut down." At the confused faces he sight. "He is in a coma. And we don't know when he will wake up. It is sure that it will happen. But we can't say when. I'm sorry."
