A/N: I don't want to write the full five years of Naruto in the academy. I'm too lazy. So I'm going to write the last three years here. If anything special happened.

Third year
Naruto, Gaara and Fuu were taught B- and A-Rank Jutsus by the other Jinchuuriki. They also tested their Afinitys. Gaara had Earth, Fire and Air, Fuu had Lightning, Water and Air lastly Naruto had Air, Fire, Water and Lightning. He also started learning Fuinjutsu in which he was able to talk the other Jinchuuriki into learning it too. They were able to find some scrolls from different families who were specialed to sealing. Some even belonged to the Uzumaki clan. Even through Naruto became better than the others.
Konoha tried sending Ninjas to Kiri, but they always were found and checked. Lucky for Konoha, there missions were correct.
Akatski still searched the other villages for their Jinchuuriki seeing as they weren't able to find anything in Kirigakure besides new friends. They didn't succeed.

Year four
They trained and at the end of the year Yagura retrieered as Mizukage and joined his already Shinobi brothers and sister by the ANBU. Utakata followed his example. The new Mizukage Mai (not Fuu) was told an SSS... -Class secret. Only she and the Jinchuuriki knew that all nine of them were in the village. She wasn't able to tell anyone.
In Konoha they slowly stopped searching for Naruto and started training their children. Especially Mito and Menma. They still revived much attention and were still hailed as heroes. They got spoiled rotten by their parents that even Tsunade and Jiraya, their Godparents shook their head.
The Akatski began getting irritated by not finding even a clue about the Bijuuholders.

Year five
Naruto was the best of them in Fuinjutsu and none of them minded. But his palms slowly developed slits on them, which he hid from his family, thinking they wouldn't accept him anymore. He and the others found out, that after they exchanged a bit of Bijuuchakra under each other, they all were able to enter Bijuumode (Naruto style in the end. Just with other colours.) After the three youngest graduated, Bee became their sensei, seeing as the they wouldn't allow their younger siblings be under the command of anyone else than one of them.
In Konoha the teams stayed the same. Mito and Menma just joined Sasuke and Sakura in team 7 and also got Kushina as second sensei. Kushina still doesn't know that she was thrown out of the Uzumaki clan by her older brother she thought died.
Akatski created an alliance with Oroshimaru (he is good) and Danzo (also good). They were able to give them the information that the Bijuu and his prisoner already left Konoha and they also weren't able to find him. But the two were able to give informations about Deidaras brother. He left with six together with the third Hokage for a peace contract but never came back with them.
