Sasuke just became Hokage. Naruto wanted to storm up there and hand the hat back to Danzo or Minato, concidering they would do a much better job than a genin. He wasn't a jonin or shunin. He was a freaking genin and became Hokage. He wasn't even old enough to have seen his fair share of battles, through which he at least should be able to protect his village. Naruto sat on the window sill and formed a small clay bird, letting it fly to Sasuke's new office and blow up there, when only the ravenhead was in the room. Gigglend, Naruto jumped down onto the apartment floor and started cooking for 13 people. He actually felt with Kakshi's apartment, as this would probably be the highest number of visitors it has ever seen.

Once everyone was seated, Naruto took out the food he made. It was in different bowls, so they could just take what they liked. The conversation was about, how fun it was to see something explode into Sasuke's face the first day he was Hokage. That got Naruto an idea, and shortly after, he returned with the hat of the Hokage, putting it back onto Minatos head, who just shook it at the younger blonde antics. It was the day before the final, and they all knew it. Still, they spent their time telling fun stories about their missions and playing card games. Narutos tux hanging in the closet. No one wanted to look at it till they actually needed to. So, they just played, shortly even with Kurama, who was summoned by Naruto to offically meet his whole family.
