~Anna's P.O.V~
"I'm back!" I called out after opening the door. "What a day..." I just got back from work and it was quite a day. "Welcome back, homie!" Rania greeted me. She's my roommate and we've been sharing the same apartment for about four months. We got along quite quick after we found out about our mutual interests and we did share some of our differences. "There's a voicemail for you." Said Rania. "From who?". "Sylvian." She answered.

'From David? Something he wanted to talk about?' I pondered. I turned on the answering machine and it was David's voice but he sounded confused and somewhat angry? "What do you mean by that? Am I not as good as Ryuichi? What makes you say it? I'm not mad but I'd like to have you explain it." the machine clicked after the message. At first I didn't understand what he said but then it hit me. I threw my bag on the couch, put back on my jacket and rushed out of the place. "Where are you going?". "I have something to say to David!" I shouted while running.

I ran through the blocks until I arrived at David's place and he just got back. "David! David, wait!" I called out. He saw me and he immediately slammed the door on my face. "David, please open the door. I can explain!" I begged while knocking the door. "Just leave me alone! If you really mean what you say, you could've just say it directly to him!" he shouted back and called me a home wrecker. "Home wreck—-Well fine! Now I know why they end up hating you, bitch!" I harshly replied and stormed back.

While I was walking back, I saw someone and they started calling me names. They said I did something wrong to David and how did they even know that? 'They must've overheard that...' my short thought about it and I kept on walking, ignoring every word. "I'm back again..." I announced myself again after opening the door. "Hey..." Rania greeted me again and asked what happened. I told her everything including the small harassment. "Jeez... does he really have to be that harsh?". "I've heard about this side of him but I never thought to experience it myself." I sighed.

"And that fan?". "I'll be fine from that." I tried my best to reassure her. Rania sighed and trusted me for it. I took shower and both of us continued our evening routine. I woke up the next morning and it's Saturday. I don't have to go to work today. I took a morning shower and decided to went out for breakfast. I only went to a nearby café and ordered my usual before sitting down and eat. "Anna-chan?" I heard someone calling. "Ryuichi-san!" I forgot that he's still in England.

He sat on the empty chair on my table and asked how I've been. "I'm good. How about you?". "I'm a little concerned. I heard what happened about yesterday." He was concerned. "Word travels fast." I muttered while eating. "Excuse me?". "That was quick. About yesterday." I clarified. "Do you by any chance ever encounter this?" I asked. "Not that I know of..." he answered and I sighed, "You're lucky...". "Did you tell Steve about this?" Ryuichi-san asked. "No! He must never know!" I firmly answered. We finished our breakfast and Ryuichi-san decided to pay for both of us.

I thanked him and he would like me to come to the studio some time. "I'll think of it." I gave a reassuring smile and we went on our separate paths. I decided to visit Evelyn and Mellina so that's my next stop. "You know, Dave... both of you are equally good." The words came to my mind and I wondered where I said it wrong. Why would he be so upset? After a while, I arrived at Evelyn's apartment. I knocked and waited.

"Anna! What a surprise to see you!" Evelyn answered the door happily. "Hey..." I gave a small wave and she invited me inside. "Where's Mellina?" I asked. "She's taking shower at the moment. How are you?". "Can't say for sure if you know what happened." I threw a tricky answer. She asked what happened and I told her everything. "David actually did that to you?!" Mellina finally joined and apparently overheard my story. Evelyn summarized the story and I confirmed the accuracy.

"I never thought one of us would experience that side of him.". "Even though we already know that side." I added Mellina's remark. She asked if I explained it to David and I told her that he slammed the door on my face before I can say anything. "Literally." I added. "Then you should tell him or he'll be like this to you forever!". "I know... but I'm sure that neither if us wanted to see each other again." I sighed.

Evelyn then asked how I'm going to explain and I told her that I would leave a letter. "That might be a good idea.". "What if he doesn't read it?" Mellina shared her concerns after Evelyn's agreement. "Then that's entirely his decision." I answered. I thanked them for their time and listening then left after waving goodbye. I stopped by to have a quick lunch and went back to my apartment. Luckily, there were no attacks.

"I'm back! Sorry for disappearing for the entire morning." I announced myself with an apology while opening the door. "Oh, hey! It's okay. You need time for yourself. Feeling better?". "Not so much. Still hurts." I answered. Rania then asked if I can do something about it and I shared my idea, "I'm still going to explain but I'm going to write it down.". "And you'll leave it by his door?". I nodded, "Yeah. And it's entirely his choice if he forgives me or not."

She agreed with my idea and I grabbed a pen and paper and started writing down. I folded it and put it in an envelope then went to David's place. "Good, he's not home." I muttered when I found the door is locked. I slipped in the envelope under the door and went back.
