Timothy was confused when the Lion said what he and his friends were called. "The Lion Guard?" Timothy asked confused while looking at them, "With only one Lion?" Timothy added. "Yeah, you'd get used to it." The Honey Badger said with a smile on his face. The Lion took a step forward while looking at Timothy, "Anyway, Jasiri already told us your name, Timathy is it?" The Lion asked. Timothy gave a chuckle, "Tim-O-thy, actually, but yes." Timothy replied. The Lion put his ears back in embarrassment, but Timothy still smiled while looking at the Lion, "What are your names?" Timothy asked. 

The Lion's ears perked up when Timothy asked that, "I'm Kion, the Cheetah is Fuli, the Honey Badger is Bunga, the Hippo is Beshte, the Egret is Ono and you already know Jasiri." Kion said introducing his friends and himself. After the introductions, Fuli walked up beside Kion, "Which reminds me, we still need to get out of the Outlands." Fuli suggested. Kion nodded in agreement then turned around and saw two paths. Kion turned his head to look at his Hyena friend, "Jasiri, do you know which way leads back to the Pride Lands?" Kion asked. "Pride Lands?!" Timothy whispered to himself in shock.

Jasiri walked up beside Kion to look at the two paths, "The right path leads to the Pride Lands." Jasiri replied with a smile, "But it's quite a walk. Jasiri added with a frown. Kion smiled back at Jasiri, "We'll use it, Asante Jasiri." Kion said, "Lion Guard, Timothy, follow me." Kion said. "Wait!" Timothy suddenly said, which caused everyone to stop and look at Timothy, "What is it?" Fuli asked. "Yeah, what's the kerbubble?" Beshte added. Timothy looked at the cliffs, "All of you came down those cliffs, maybe the Pride Lands is beyond that." Timothy suggested. "He's right, and it's faster. but it's not going to be easy." Ono pointed out. "If it's faster, then we can make it." Timothy said as he started to climb the cliff, "Anyone coming?" Timothy asked while turning his head back to look at the Lion Guard.

"I am, ZUKA ZAMA!" Bunga said then shouted his catchphrase while jumping at the cliff and standing on Timothy's head. Kion walked forward so he's in front of Timothy and Bunga, "Easy Bunga." Kion said to Bunga, which made him jump off Timothy's head, "Timothy, with a due respect, I think you should follow me." Kion suggested. Timothy jumped off the cliff and landed in front of Kion, "Look Kion, you have what it takes to be a great leader, but so do I and I say that climbing the cliffs are the fastest way to... " Timothy was saying, but Kion interrupted, "I believe the way, you suggested, is the fastest way to get to the Pride Lands, but the fastest way isn't always the easiest." Kion said.

Timothy put his fingers on his chin while looking down, "I've heard that before." Timothy whispered then looked back at Kion, who was still in front of him. "Well, I don't care what we choose, I just want to get out of the Outlands." Timothy said with a scared look on his face, which Ono noticed, "Why do you want to get out of the Outlands?" Ono asked. "Yeah, I thought you lived in the Outlands." Bunga added, which made Fuli glare at Bunga. "How can you say that?" Timothy said, "No, I don't live in the Outlands!" Timothy added in a panicky tone. "Timothy, Shwari." Beshte said in a calm voice.

For some reason, Timothy knew what it meant and breathed in then out while saying the phrase Beshte said. "Okay, now tell us, why do you want to get out of the Outlands so badly?" Kion asked. "Okay, well there's an evil army that want's me to join them, I told them I'll think about it then just peeled off when I got a little ways away from their volcano." Timothy explained. "Hey, there's also an evil army with a volcano in the Outlands." Bunga said, which made Fuli grunt in annoyence. Kion walked to Timothy until he was right in front of him, "Timothy, this is very important, did you join that army?" Kion asked hoping he was wrong. "I told you, I told them I would think about it, but no, I don't want to join Scar's army." Timothy revealed. "SCAR!" The Lion Guard shouted at the same time. Timothy was surprised, "Wait, you guys know him?" Timothy asked with a curious and concerned look on his face.

"They're about to." A mysterious voice said while all of Scar's army surrounded them then Janja jumped down in front of the Lion Guard. "JANJA!" Kion and Timothy said at the same time, which caused them to look at each other, "You know him?" Kion and Timothy asked each other in unison with surprised looks on their faces. Scar's army started doing battle stances as a big hard musical beat filled the air.

(The song I chose is called, "Night Falls" from Descendants 3)

Fuli: Watch your back!

Beshte: Watch your back!

Ono: Watch your back!

Bunga: Watch my back?

The Lion Guard: We can counter their attack,

Hit 'em 'till their fur coats crack.

Timothy: This could get a little sticky,

How to win this battle could be tricky,

But I know the best way, fall back let me lead,

You guys hold the line while I bring them to their knees.

Kion: Paws in the air if you're with me, (Bunga: Yeah!)

(Few seconds of silence as the Lion Guard, Jasiri and Timothy rush towards the long path which led to the Pride Lands until they stopped at a cliff with flat rock sitting on a ridge)

(A few more seconds of silence as Kion roared at the Outlanders, which was powerful enough to send them flying to the Volcano)

Jasiri: Until the night falls you can trust,

Kion, Jasiri and Timothy: I'm gonna help you win this battle because,

All for one and that's a fact,

Nights fall pitch black.

After Kion roared Scar's army away, Timothy was amazed after what he saw. Bunga saw Timothy's reaction and smiled at him, "So Timothy, what did you think of Kion's roar?" Bunga asked while putting his left paw on Kion's back. "Well... it's just... that roar... it... " Timothy was trying to say but after what he saw made him speechless, "I don't even have the words." Timothy said while smiling. "Yes, it is impressive, that's why Kion is the fiercest." Bunga added while smiling at his Lion friend. Kion smiled at the complement, but then frowned at Timothy, "So Timothy, about Scar's army... " Kion was about to say, but was interrupted by Timothy, "Listen Kion, I had no idea they were following me, Scar must've found out that I wasn't going to join him in the first place so he sent his army to eliminate me, but why?" Timothy explained and asked.

Kion was still looking at Timothy with a frown, but then thought about how Timothy was freaking out about being in the Outlands earlier then how well Timothy fought with him and against Scar's army, "Timothy, I believe you, but I wasn't going to ask you that question." Kion said with a smile. Timothy put his hand on his face in embarrassment, which caused Kion to chuckle a bit. "Why didn't you just say, 'no' to Scar and his army?" Kion asked after Timothy put his hand down and looked at him. "Because if I'd said 'no,'  then Scar and his army would've killed me and I wouldn't have been able to defend myself." Timothy explained, "And you know what would have happened if I'd said 'yes'... " Timothy was going to say, but was cut off by Bunga, "Them we would have to kick your tail." Bunga said while putting his fist and hand together.

"Actually Bunga humans don't have tails, common knowledge really." Ono stated while looking at Bunga. "Oh, I knew that." Bunga said which caused Fuli to roll her eyes. "I'm sorry but it was the only thing I could think of." Timothy explained with a sad look while looking down. "Scar is an evil Lion, he was trying to get you to do something you would never do yourself." Jasiri stated with a sad look as well. "Jasiri's right Timothy, we understand why you said that to Scar." Kion said with a smile, "And the way you fought his army, you're a good leader as well, you just need to think and listen." Kion added. Timothy smiled at the Lion Guard, "Thanks guys." Timothy said. Fuli stepped forward so everyone can look at her, "Well, now with that out of the way, mind telling us why you're in the Outlands in the first place?" Fuli asked while looking at Timothy, who made a sad look again then looked down with a long sigh. "Not really, but if you must know then I'll tell you." Timothy said as he looked back at the Lion Guard, telling them how he ended up in the Outlands in the first place.

Back at the Volcano, Janja, Reirei, Kiburi and Mzingo were ready to get yelled at by Scar, but nothing happened. In fact, Scar was smiling evilly, which made Ushari confused, "Scar, aren't you worried he might alien himself with the Lion Guard?" Ushari asked. "Of course not, because that was just the first part of my plan." Scar revealed with an evil grin, which made everyone even more confused, "First part of your plan?" Janja asked with a confused look. "Why yes Janja, he is a part of my army, he just won't know he's helping us." Scar explained. "How?" Ushari asked, which caused Scar to turn his head at a dark corner and from that corner revealed a small creature that made Scar's army realize what he meant. "Oh, so if everything goes right..." Ushari was about to say, but Scar cut him off, "Then he will MINE!" Scar said then shouted as he and his army started laughing evilly.

Next time on The Golden Guardian Adventures: Timothy and the Lion Guard; Timothy has gotten to know the Lion Guard more since they have been attacked by Scar's army. Even though Kion and Timothy have different points of view on leading, they make a good team, along with the Lion Guard. Though they have each other, Kion is worried that Scar is planning something else to get Timothy. What is Scar planning? Will he get his flames on Timothy? Will the Lion Guard protect Timothy or will Timothy protect himself? Find out in the next installment of The Golden Guardian Adventures: Timothy and the Lion Guard.
