TESS POV

I woke up to the sun beaming through the large window next to my bed. I rubbed my eyes and picked up my phone and unplugged it from the charger. I went straight to snapchat to see Jacob posting a photo of him with the caption "good morning babe" I went through the rest of the stories and then got out of bed.

JACOB POV

I had woken up a while before Tess and uploaded to my snapchat. I could hear Tess going through her draws as our rooms were only a wall apart. I was laying in my bed scrolling through musical.ly when my mum came in.

"Morning mum."

"Good morning Jacob. Do you remember  your cousin, Josh?"

"Kinda, didn't he move to Florida with uncle Steve?"

"Yeah they did. Well they are moving back here and have no where to stay. Would you mind if they stayed here? I made the offer but if you don't want them to stay, then I'll tell them that there is a change of plan."

"Sure they can stay! I hardly remember them though. Where would they sleep? We only have one more guest room."

"Steve could go in the downstairs guest room and we can move the gym equipment out of that other room."

"Ok, cool."

With that I got out of bed and stayed in what I slept in, as it was a Saturday morning and there's no rush to get ready. I left my hair the way it was and headed down stairs. As I stepped of the last step I saw Tess siting on a bar stool eating some cereal. I didn't feel like much so I got a glass of milk from the fridge and walked back over to the stall next to Tess.

"Alright guys, they are coming to Virginia early this morning. In fact they might already be here. They will come here around seven thirty."

"Wait you know?" I asked Tess

"Yeah I do. It should be fun meeting some more of you family."

"Uh mum, how long is Tess staying."

"I'm not sure Jacob, I will let her stay here until her dad gets out of prison." I looked at Tess and she was looking down. I glared at mum.

"Unless Tess wants to stay longer. Tess you can stay as long as you like."

"Thankyou." Tess said blushing. I patted her back and she looked up at me.

"I might go to the plaza today." Tess said.

"Do you want a ride?" Mum asked

"Nah I'll be fine. It's just down the road."

"Okay, well have fun!"

"Thanks, I better get ready."

Tess walked up the stairs.

TESS POV

I walked up the stairs and into the bathroom. I took out my hair and brushed it a little bit. Then I straightened my hair and put a light grey beanie on. I walked down the hall into my room and put on a white crop top and some black jeans and then grabbed my handbag. I put my phone in and some lipstick for touch ups.

I walked back downstairs and grabbed a small water bottle from the fridge. I put it in my bag and then left. About ten minutes of walking down the road, I reached the plaza. I walked in to see loads of people playing Pokemon Go. I laughed to myself. I walked into Forver 21 and got a new lace top and a new hoodie for hanging around at home.

After that I walked into Target. As I was strolling through the isles something hit my back. I turned around and saw a boy laughing. He had brown hair, shaved on the sides and longer on the top, like most boys. He was wearing a black hoodie and have a few bracelets on his arm.

"Sorry I meant to do that" he said, laughing.

"Ha ha ha." I said, sarcastically. "Don't you have anything better to do with your life?"

"Dude I'm sorry. Your damn cute girl."

I looked at him straight  in the eye and then walked into the next isle, completely ignoring him. I must admit though, he didn't look too bad himself.

Once I had finished shopping I walked home and knocked on the door. Jacob answered.

"Your back!"

"Yep." I said, smiling. I managed  to fit all my bags through the front door and sat them on the kitchen table.

"Jacob come look what I got! I'd don't care if you don't wanna see, I'm showing you anyway!" Jacob rolled his eyes and picked himself up of the couch.

"Tessssss I was in the middle of Fuller House" he said sighing.

"I don't care come look!"

I pulled out my lace top then a hoodie. Then some new black and white Nike shoes and last of all a box of nail polish.

"Wow how great!" Jacob said sarcastically. I rolled my eyes and sat on the couch with Jacob. I set my feet on his shoulders, just to annoy him. He looked at me and laughed.

"You serious?" He said and I nodded my head.

I was sitting on my bed and had just finished making a musical.ly when I walked out my bedroom door. I bumped into a guy. He turned around and I suddenly remebered, he was the guy from target!

"You the girl from earlier. Why are u in my house loser?"

"I live here, what are you doing? Did u stalk me and follow me home?"

"I'm Jacobs cousin idiot." He said while slapping my head. I was shocked. This rude a** was Jacobs cousin. I grabbed his hand from my head and pushed it down. At that moment an extremely hot guy was walking up the stairs and I stared.

"You must be Tess, I'm Steve."

"Hi Steve." I said, still staring at how hot he was.

"Dude, stop checking out my dad" he whispered

"Shut up"

I walked down the stairs and saw a large box with the Hungry Jacks logo on it on the table. I was so happy. We all sat down and as I was about to take a bite out my my chicken Royale, Joshua stamped on my foot and the burger dropped out of my hand.

"Are you kidding me?" I whispered so only he could hear. He shaked his head with a mouthful of his burger making his cheeks look like a chipmunk.
