JACOB POV
The first lesson of the day had just started, I was already bored out of my brain. When friend Carson nudged me. I looked over at him with a confused look.
"You were falling asleep dude.." He whispered.
"Oh." I whispered back, embarrassed. I looked up and I saw what I usually see. A white bored with my teacher(Mr Lee) standing in front of it. And to top it all off, a broken clock. But today was different. There was a girl standing next to him. She had her blonde hair in a high pony tail and had light blue jeans and a white adidas teeshirt on. He then said
"This is Tess Archer. Please make her feel welcome."
"New kid!" Carson whispered to me
"Duh, I'm right here. I can see her" I whispered back. Poor girl, she has to get used the all the ropes of this school.
"Sit next to Mark, the blonde boy at the back." Mr Lee smiled at Tess as she walked and sat at the empty desk next to Mark. Crap. Mark is basically the school d*ckhead. He has a group that follow him around, probably because if they don't, he will beat them up.
*skip to lunch*
I had just got my lunch from the cafeteria which was some mashed potato and some sort of meat. I sat down at the table with Carson and Johnny.
"Look, there's that new kid" Carson said
"Tess." I said. I looked over to see Tess siting at a table by herself.I feel so sorry for her.
"Uh I'll be right back" I told them. I walked over to Tess and sat at the table.
"Hello Tess" I said with a smile.
"Uh Hi...-"
"Jacob" I told her
"Hi Jacob." She said quietly
Soon Mark Thomas, Blake Gray and Chris Miles walked up to us.
"Aw so cute. Loser 1 and loser 2 are together"
"Shut up Mark"
"I'm sowrry" Mark said pouting while Blake and Chris laughed.
"I'll be taking Tess" Mark said as he held out his hand to help Tess out of her chair. Tess grabbed his hand and Mark lifted her out the chair. They held hands and started to walk away, when Tess looked back at me and shrugged her shoulders.
*end of the  day*
I haven't had any more classes with Tess since lunch so when I saw her walking out of school I was shocked. She had red marks all over her arms and you could see dried up blood on her head. I ran up to her
"Tess! What happened"
"That boy" she said quietly. I looked over to were she was pointing and saw Mark. I looked back at Tess and she had tears in her eyes. I ran up to Mark.
"What did you do to Tess!?" I shouted and Mark laughed.
"Why did you hurt her!?" I said pushing Mark. He grabbed me and lifted me up.
"I don't like her. I don't like you either so I suggest you leave" Mark said putting me down. I threw a punch but he grabbed my hand and twisted it backwards.
"STOP!" I yelled. He stopped and started laughing with his friends. I just left. I walked to my house, my arm in pain. I started to open the door, when I fell down. My mum/mom came rushing to me.
"Jacob! Wha-what happened?"
"My arm" I said while holding my arm.
"What happened to your arm?" My mum/mom asked. I didn't want to tel her the truth so I lied. I'm
"I tripped at school, I think I broke my arm" I said crying
My mum asked me if I could stand up and I did. We walked towards the car and headed to the hospital.
