I hang up and sigh.

Sometimes I wish she never got as famous as she did after driver's license.

I call Olivia and she answers after the second ring.

"Hi, bestie." Olivia says.

"Babe? Since when do you call me babe? I think you meant to dial Iris' number." Olivia says.

"Iris, Iris as in your girlfriend for the past 2 years." Olivia says.

I hang up and run downstairs. I see mom in the kitchen and I widen my eyes.

"Maybe you should stay off of those video games and you won't have nightmares." Mom says.

"Do you know who Olivia is?" I ask.

Every memory I have with it involving her has turned into Iris. Liv and I went to the movies together for our first date and we both fell asleep. Apparently, it was me and Iris.

"You okay?" Iris asks.

I stop walking and stare at the house.

I don't know who's house it is but I feels familiar. I have a strong urge to knock on the door.

I look up and see Olivia through the upstairs window.

I sigh and walk away.

I notice the arcade I always went to when I was younger and walk in.

"Had a feeling you'd be coming in today." The man at the counter says.

"You always come in whenever you're down. You mom said you might come in today." He says.

I grab a card from the holder and hand it to him.

"Max it out." I say.

"You got 100 bucks?" Micheal asks.

"Yeah." I say opening my wallet.

I hand him the $100 bill and and puts it in the register. He swipes the card and hands it to me.

I notice Tetris in the back and I walk to it. I swipe the card and put it in my pocket.

I used to be really good at Tetris from what I remember.

10 minutes later...

"Y/n?" Someone asks.

I turn around and see Olivia. The machine makes a loud noise and starts over.

"Damnit." I say.

"Sorry." Olivia says.

"You okay? You've been avoiding me lately." Olivia says.

"No, I'm not! Everything fucking sucks!" I say.

I see Micheal staring and Olivia takes me outside.

"What's wrong?" Olivia asks.

"I made a stupid wish and now everything is fucked up. I thought everything would be so much better — I wanted it to be." I say.

"My mom has been dead for 10 years, we've been dating for 2 years, Iris barely even likes me, I've only been to this arcade 2 and that guy knows my name, and I'm older than I used to be." I say.

"I miss you. I want to be with you." I say.

"Y/n what are you talking about? I'm straight." She says.

I didn't write a song about my ex today

I call Jimmy and he answers on the first ring.

But I called my friends and I told them

"You wanna hang out tonight?" I ask.

We should hang out if it makes sense
