Callen's POV

I heard Nell and Deeks yelling, assuming that they had found Jack and Kensi. I turned to Hetty and she gave me the rod, telling me to turn around and start running to where Nell and Deeks were. She followed behind as fast as she could until we got to where Deeks and Nell were. I looked inside and there was, what looked like a jail cell?

"I bet you're as dumb as you look. What? Were you dropped as an infant? Or were you just born stupid?" Nell asked, with an evil grin spreading across her face. Deeks and I looked at her, wondering why the hell she was saying that.

"Excuse me?" Jack asked. Nell smiled. "Haha, well. For starters, look over there." Nell stated. Jack turned around and looked where Nell was pointing when Nell cut a string that was hanging from the roof, allowing the light bulb that was hanging from it to smash on Jack's head. She then kicked Jack in his..you know, causing Jack to fall to the floor in pain. I got out a small rope I had found and walked up to Jack, pulling him to his feet and tying the rope around his wrists.

Deeks ran over to Kensi's aid. She had woken up now and Deeks had picked her up and started walking out of the building. "Nice job, Nell." I informed, turning towards Nell. "Thanks, G." She replied, before falling to the ground.

I ran to her, sat next to her and lifted her head up off the floor. "Nell? Nell! Can you hear me?" I yelled. No response. I looked down to see a knife jabbed into her stomach. Jack must have done it when Nell kicked him. I carefully pulled out the knife and held her jacket over it, to stop the bleeding. "Guys! I need an ambulance! Now!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. An ambulance must have already been here for Kensi, because within seconds of me yelling, paramedics came rushing in and carefully lifting Nell up onto a gurney.

When I walked out of the building, I saw the team standing around a bench. They all ran up to me, worried. "What the hell is going on? Is Nell okay?" Eric asked. I looked at him. "Eric, Jack stabbed her in her stomach. They are taking her to the hospital." I informed. Everyone stared at me in shock, until Eric screamed and ran to the gurney that was being loaded into the ambulance. "Nell!" Sam ran after him and held him back. "Eric. She can't here you." Eric turned around to Sam, tears pouring down his face. Sam wrapped him in a hug, before Eric ran up to the ambulance and asked one of the paramedics if he could go with her.

Eric got into the ambulance and sat down beside Nell, holding her hand, tears still pouring down his face. I had never seen this side of Eric before. Everyone was staring in shock as the ambulance drove off.

I sat down on the table and put my head in my hands. I was worried and scared, but my mood was slowly lifted, when Joelle came up to me. "Callen! Oh my god! Are you okay?" I looked up and nodded. "Aww, Callen! I'm sure Nell will be fine. She's a fighter!" Joelle added, before pulling me into a hug. "I'm here for you, Callen. I love you. With all my heart." I looked at Joelle shocked. "What did you just say?" I asked, unsure if I heard right. "I love you, Callen." She repeated. I smiled. "I love you too, Joelle." I tightened my grip around her waist and planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Oooh! Public display of affection here!" Deeks teased, walking over to us, supporting Kensi by holding his arm around her waist. "Hey, guys? Where's Nell and Eric?" Kensi asked. Sam and I exchanged looks. "Uhm, Nell got hurt and her and Eric are on their way to the hospital." Sam informed, trying to make the situation sound a whole lot better than it actually is. "What? What are you talking about? She was fine when I left with Kensi! What happened?" Deeks questioned.

"Jack must have stabbed her when she kicked him, she was knocked unconsious." I added. Kensi and Deeks looked shocked. "Oh my god! This is all my fault! If I hadn't of gone all crazy on Jack, none of this would have happened and we would be sipping hot cocoa around a campfire." Kensi stated. "Kens. This is not your fault! You didn't know Jack was going to do this." Sam informed. "Yeah. I mean, it was my fault. I should have stepped up myself. If I had of gotten to Jack first, Nell would be here right now. Probably holding hands with Eric." Deeks stated. "Guys! For crying out loud! This is nobodys fault, but Jack's! You did all you could! Stop blaming yourselves!" Joelle yelled, making everyone shut up instantly. "Thankyou!" I yelled, looking at Joelle and smiling. Joelle nodded and smiled back.

"Okay. So are we going to meet Nell and Eric at the hospital or do you guys want to just sit here and think negative for the rest of the day?" Michelle asked, looking around to the rest of the team.

We all nodded and walked quickly our cars.

We got to the hospital quite quickly,probably because we were all driving like complete maniacs. We didn't care. Nell was apart of our family and she was hurt. We needed to be there,we needed to know if she was going to be okay. Eric is probably a mess.

We walked into the hospital and saw Eric sitting on a chair in the waiting room. I was right he was a mess. His face was full of dried up tears and his hair messier than usual. "Eric. Hey. How's Nell?" Kensi asked, sitting next to Eric. "I don't know. She's still in surgery." He replied. "Eric. She's going to be okay." Deeks informed. Eric nodded. "I know. I just can't stand not knowing what's happening. I just got her. I don't want to lose her." Eric looked like he was going to start crying again. I sat down on the other side of him. "Eric, Nell is a tough girl. You are not going to lose her." I stated, placing my hand on Eric's shoulder, trying to comfort him.

"Family of Nell Jones?" A doctor asked, walking up to the team. Eric quickly got up and the mention of Nell's name. "Thing's didn't go as well as we hoped."
