"Ph-phi G-em-ini , yo-u l-ef-t m-e. I -uh ah"

Gemini shot from his seat hearing the painful whisper from Fourth who was lying on the bed.

Phuwin and Satang hurried towards the bed at the same time .

"He is going to wake up , don't make him anxious." Phuwin whispered reading his vitals on the screen.

"Ph-I G-em ....Wh-y" fourth started squinting his eyes like he was in a lot of pain. His words were muffled with sobs.

"W-hy did you leave me Phi? I am scared ." He dragged his inhales trying so hard to breathe and speak at the same time . Gemini was breaking down at the scene of his baby struggling so hard .

"No love , nong fot , I am here na , I am here , open your eyes baby"

With so much struggle fourth opened his eyes which were swollen due to tears.

Slowly he scanned the room finally holding his view on Gemini.

"Phi, phi Gemini, you , you are dead , you died , infront of me , why did you die , why , whyyyyy"

Fourth screamed in agony.

Gemini felt his heart was ripped open by someone.

It took few seconds for Phuwin to understand the condition of Fourth. Before even he could stop him ,Gemini moved towards fourth , trying to get a hold of Fourth between his hands , desperately.

"No, no I am not dead fourth, I am alive, see I am here -I "

"No, please , stop lying, you are dead , please stop" fourth kept screaming ,curling his body into a ball trying to get away from Gemini's touch. He didn't believe Gemini was alive.

"Love, fourth, come here please-"

"You are dead , please go away , you left me , please leave me , please don't come near me" fourth started begging , blocking his ears with his hands . His vision was blurry. It hurts , trying to scream. He had no energy. He was scared . His phi was dead,that's what he saw , that's the last thing his brain knows.

Gemini's knees gave in stumbling him on the ground.

"Please fourth , don't say that love, don't ask me to leave , please"

"Noooooooo" that was fourth's last cry before his body collapsed onto the bed , with closed eyes resulting him to lose consciousness .

"Satang take Gemini out of here , phi pond prepare the shot , be quick." Phuwin moved near fourth, operating the machine which was connected to him .

Gemini felt nothing. He was numb. Nothingness is the worst feeling in the world. Because you are empty, you can't cry, you can't let it out , you can't do anything. Like a switched off human. He couldn't do anything for his loved one other than throwing himself in one of the chairs nearby.

Gemini didn't know when Phuwin arrived until he felt a slap on his shoulder.

"Gem..gemini .. fourth is okay now , nong is okay, breathe, he is okayy." Phuwin repeated until his brother could understand him. Gemini didn't ask what happened to Fourth. Phuwin decided to continue himself.

"Gem, listen to me na , fourth is going through concussion right now . He is under observation, so don't worry."

"Because he saw me getting shot ?"Gemini's piercing glare made Phuwin uncomfortable. It's always hard to break the news , when your patient is someone close . But he is a doctor, he cannot lie either .

"Yes gem, he saw you getting shot infront of him . His brain is temporarily in a state where he thinks you are dead. Due to the immense shock his brain is not ready to acknowledge your presence for now."

Gemini said nothing. Do words could bring him back ? Should he kill that underaged shooter ? But will that bring his fourth to him?

"Gem listen, fourth will recover, he should! I will make sure he will recover. But we can't be sure when he will be recovered, it might take time if it develops into post concussion syndrome. In the meantime I want you to heal with fourth , take your time and ... let's keep a distance with him for a while okay ? It will be good for both of you ."

"You want me to stop going closer to fourth!" It was more like a statement than a question. Phuwin found it hard to look at his brother's face. Gemini was trying so hard to not to breakdown in-front of his brother.

"No , no gem , you can see him , you can take care of him , just for now let's do that from a distance na, let's be careful to not to make any mistakes, okay?His brain can't comprehend that you are alive yet , but he will recover, soon, I promise."

Silence was Gemini's best reaction right now. Slowly he went towards the glass window where he could see his fourth . Now pale ,with a painful expression ,tear streams running down through his once lively rosy cheeks .

"I am sorry fourth , I am so sorry my love ...." Gemini dragged his finger on the glass, outlining fourth's pretty face on the window.  His lips never stopped mumbling sorries.

Every night after fourth was put to sleep with his medication, Gemini came to his room. That's the only time he was allowed to spend time with him . But of course with medical assistance near fourth's room . In the day time Phuwin, Satang and fourth's cousin Winny took care of him .

Gemini had to hold himself for fourth. For his kitten. He dropped his eating habits for one meal , he barely slept accompanying his baby to sleep afraid something would happen to him while he was asleep. Fourth often got nightmares, but Gemini was able to comfort him as in Fourth's memory he is meeting Gemini in his dreams.

Gemini missed his baby so much . He loved listening to his heartbeat every night . It was a twinkling tune in his ears. Gemini cuddles him, squeezing him tightly in his arms afraid to let go . He couldn't stop smelling his baby's body. So calming. Every night he kissed his baby on the top of his head. Oh , how he wished to be kissed back . How he wished to be hugged back , he missed the soft loving gaze , pretty smile of his baby . But for now it's a clocked fantasy which has to end by 3am . Because that's when Gemini had to leave his fourth for the day .
