(Beau's P.O.V.)

I held my brothers close to me as I saw the message written on the wall. I thought it was just the six of us in the small room but, apparently not. Damion, Dallas and Bia were all in a corner, that was in my line of sight, and they were too far from where the message was written so, it couldn't have been one of them! Nor could it have been one of my brothers because, we were sitting in the middle of the room and were obviously occupied with something else.

"Who's there?" Luke asked in the direction of where the message was written. Damion, Bia and Dallas had moved closer to my brothers and I so, the six of us were now huddled in the middle of the small room.

"I said, who's there?!" Luke asked again but, silence was the only answer. As we waited for a sound of some sort, a paper airplane suddenly came into view as it flew over our heads and landed close to where we were all standing. Dallas put a hand up as a signal for all of us to remain still as he went to go retrieve it. Once he grabbed it up off the floor, he came back towards the five of us and he began to unfold the paper plane.

Inside the paper plane was yet another message. It said,

'Just like a paper airplane, you can have the illusion that you're flying. Though soon enough, you'll find yourself crashing and burning. So, get ready to crash and burn ;)'

"What the-" Before Damion could finish his sentence, the small wooden door swung open. We all snapped our heads towards it, and we saw no one other than Nonna herself. I'm not sure if I should be frightened or relieved.

She had a look of panic on her face and she was breathing as if she had just finished a race. I pushed my brothers behind me and Dallas did the same with Damion and Bia. She looked over her shoulder quickly before she turned her attention back to us and said,

"What are you all doing standing still in this room?! Don't you know what's happening? You all should be hiding in a better place than this! It's to obvious here!"

I was very confused so I asked,

"What are you talking about?"

She frustratingly sighed then said,

"The officers of the T.A.T! They're looking for you guys! You all should be running and hiding! Not standing around! Have you all lost your minds?!"

Fear engulfed my chest as Nonna said that the officers were after US in particular. What did we do?! Bia began to cry and Jai took a tight hold of my hand. Though, Luke stepped forward and asked,

"And how do we know if you're not lying? What if this is a trick?"

"Well, I have officially done my part. I have warned you. Whether or not you will take my word for it, is a problem of your own." Nonna said before she left the small room rather quickly. Luke looked back at Jai and I with dark eyes as he said,

"Boys if we run, we can make it up to our room without getting caught. There, we can think of a way out of this place."

"What about them?" Jai referred to Dallas, Damion and Bia. Luke shrugged and heartlessly said,

"I don't care what they do because, my priorities are only the both of you. I don't know them and I don't care to know them either. Now c'mon! We're running out of time!"

"Are you serious? Luke we can't do that! Mum always said that-" I was interrupted by Luke who said,

"Mum is dead! Okay? Dead! All that stuff she said about sacrificing yourself for others? Yeah it was a bunch of bull! She sacrificed herself for us and look where we are Beau! Look around! We're miserable! We probably would've been better off if she would've let dad take us!"

"Then what about her? How do you think she would've fallen asleep at night, knowing we were in the care of a killer? What do you think she would've done all day with the thoughts of guilt penetrating her mind? She would've become desperate Luke! At least she died in peace, knowing that we at least had a chance of making it! We're gonna lose that chance if you don't start realizing that it's not just about us! Her sacrifice didn't make us miserable. It gave us a chance that we wouldn't have had with dad and you know that." I told him with a firm voice. Though, my words weren't enough because, he shook his head and said,

"But I don't know them well enough to sacrifice our lives for theirs. They aren't worth it to me!"

At these words, Damion stepped towards Luke and said,

"You don't know us? Well here, let me enlighten you. I've lived here for 5 years and never have I ever seen brothers like you guys. You three haven't given up on each other yet and usually at this point, blood related siblings forget about one another. Maybe the burning love you guys have for each other is what this foster home needs! The love that melts away the hate."

Damion soon added,

"Don't let that love be used for the wrong reasons though. Use it to save, not destroy."

Luke then looked down at the ground and began to think silently to himself. Soon enough, Dallas cleared his voice to gain everyone's attention so that he could say,

"I've lived here at the foster home for 12 years. I had a little brother who passed away a few years ago. I lost belief in love and happiness but, ever since you boys came along, I feel like there's a chance you know? I feel like someone out there still loves me and you boys taught me that. If anything, I feel like you boys know me better than anyone else."

I think what Dallas said was enough to thaw a little bit of the ice that barricaded Luke's heart. Bia then spoke as well with a small voice that said,

"I care about you Luke." Her words were soft, yet very firm.

Luke looked at her while displaying a small smile. I know it's hard for him to sacrifice the safety of Jai and I but, he knows that he doesn't HAVE to help them. He can simply say no, and Jai and I won't argue any further. I just hope he makes the right choice.

Luke walked over to Jai and I then simply hugged Jai. I know why too. Whenever Luke is stressed or pressured, he simply hugs Jai because, something about having Jai close calms him down enough to think straight. Luke then asked,

"What do you think Jai? Run or help save?"

As Jai hugged Luke back, he shrugged and said,

"Every life is worth it. Any life can be neglected. A life of any kind is valuable and yet vulnerable. A life can be easily given up, ignored, or abandoned but, did you know something exists that can prevent or heal any of those things from happening to a life?"

"What is it?" Luke asked and I wondered as well.

"Love. It protects and it heals. It forgives and gives chances. It has no meaning yet, it means everything. It's blind, but sees a heart perfectly clear. It sacrifices, even if it has everything to lose. It even gives, when there is nothing left to share. The best part though? The fact that it can do all these things without being loved back. It feeds off of the love it gives and in that way, it saves a life." Jai said and I began to think about love in a whole new way.

"Then what you're saying is, that by simply loving others, I'd be able to save the two of you?" Luke asked but, Jai just shook his head.

"I'd save Dallas, Damion and Bia as well?"

Jai shook his head again.

"Who else then?"

"Everyone."

Jai said and I believe that in that moment, Luke understood all that he hadn't before.

"Well then c'mon everybody we have to get a move on! Dallas, you carry Bia because, we'll move faster that way. Damion, you lead us the fastest way to get to the second floor. Beau, hold Jai's hand and don't let go. I'll follow up behind alright?" Luke said and I have never been prouder of my little brother.

We quickly gathered ourselves and soon prepared to leave the small room. Dallas had Bia in his arms, while Damion was in front of them. I stood behind Dallas and Bia with Jai's hand held tightly in my own while Luke was behind us all.

"Everyone ready? We have to be quick if we don't want to get caught." Damion reminded us and we all nodded. Before I could even process anything, we began to run.

We ran out of the room and through the halls. Though, as we were running through the commons room, some of the officers in grey spotted us. Three of them blocked the exit we were going to go through, and three more blocked the way we came from so, we couldn't turn back. More men in grey came out of no where and soon enough, we found ourselves surrounded.

No where to go. No where to run. No where to hide.

We've been caught and this time, I don't see a way out.

As I pulled Jai closer to me and used my free hand to grab Luke as well, I heard Jai whisper,

"But love can crash and burn. Just like a paper airplane."
