It was a late Sunday night. Jay and Elliott were already asleep in their sleeping bags. Jay thought it'd be fun to sleep outside the bedroom so he brought some sleeping bags with him. Voxle however was still up and awake.

The place was a mess. Papers all over with Voxle's handwritings, Mostly because Jay slipped and hit the table with the papers on it. Causing it to flip and scatter the papers all over the place. Luckily Jay is fine, no permanent damage done.

Voxle: "Sheesh. This place is a mess, better clean up before they come back."

-Voxle POV-

I stood up from the couch I was sitting on so I could start cleaning up the room. I started picking up the papers and saw a paper with a drawing of a protogen next to Elliott.

I looked closer and the drawing looked like me, or atleast I think so. I then noticed the pencil next to Elliott's sleeping bag.

Voxle: "He draws too. That's nice."

I put it at the bottom of the stacked pile of paper, just in case someone finds it. I looked for somewhere to put the papers, then I found the drawer. I opened it and luckily there was enough space.

I carefully place the papers inside the drawer and close it. I walk back to the couch and sit at the exact same spot I was sitting on earlier.

Voxle: "Alright, Now that's done I can go to sleep."

I power myself off. The lights on my body gently fades. It was quiet. The only sounds that can be heard were the gentle drops of water left over from the rain and some crickets chirping. It was peaceful until...

*Ping*

I quickly jolt awake from the sound. It was just BETA with a notification.

Voxle: "Agh. BETA you scared me!"

BETA: "Sorry captain but you must know about this."

Voxle: "Well what is it?"

BETA: "Your ship... Is here."

Voxle: "What? How, I didn't even..."

Voxle: "Xero."

BETA: "I have located the ship. It's pretty far away but I'm sure we'll make it."

Voxle: "Can you scan the ship? Check if someone is there."

BETA: "Scanning ship... Please do not turn off."

I sat there, waiting for BETA to finish scanning. I look around for something to do and found a sheet of paper. It was blank but after looking at it for a while I notice that it was written on. I could see the marks of a pen but there were no ink.

Voxle: "Whoever wrote this must have a hard grip."

I brighten my vision a bit and I can finally see what was written on the paper. It was a phone number but to whom?

Voxle: "The two kids might know, I'll ask tomorrow."

BETA: "Scanning complete. There are lifeforms near the ship. 3 of them seemed to match the biology of a protogen and the rest are just bugs and bacteria."

Voxle: "You have any info on them?"

BETA: "2 of them is Zyphon and Yuni."

Voxle: "They might have come to rescue me... Wait who's the 3rd one?"

BETA: "It's... Inorganic. I can't really analyse this one very well because right now it's just a puddle of molten metal and one other familiar substance. I'll let you know when there's any changes."

Voxle: "Probably just a foe they encountered. Glad they dealt with that."

BETA: "Before you go to sleep. Would you like me to assign the waypoint to the ship tomorrow?"

Voxle: "Yeah. That'd be nice"

I went back to sleep.

-Zyphon POV-

After bumping into a bunch of asteroids and almost burning the controls. We've finally made it, Earth.

Zyphon: "Well, we're here."

Yuni was sitting on the corner, shook. They were still panicking from the time Zyphon almost crashed into an asteroid.

Yuni: "Do you have ANY experience of driving a spaceship?"

Zyphon: "Yeah. This is my 2nd time."

Yuni: "W-What happened in the 1st?"

Zyphon: "Well..."

-Flashback-

It was chaotic. Everything was on fire.

Zyphon: "HOW DO I STOP THIS THING?!"

Voxle: "JUST TURN THE SHIP OFF!"

Zyphon was in a ship. It was their first time driving one and everything seems to be... Not ok.

Zyphon: "WHERE IS THE POWER BUTTON?!"

Voxle: "JUST EJECT!"

Zyphon presses a button and gets encased in a pod. They were then launched out of the ship.

And just a few seconds after the ejection. The ship crashed into a planet and blew up. Zyphon safely landed back in the burning station.

Zyphon: "Hehe... Sorry."

Voxle: "Yeah maybe these kind of stuff don't mix very well with you"

Zyphon: "Yeah I agree. Wanna go for a snack?"

Voxle: "Yeah."

-End of Flashback-

Zyphon: "It's a long story but to make it short. I crashed and blew up a spaceship and almost destroyed the station. Voxle and I just went for a snack afterwards. Like nothing happened.

Yuni: "O-okay... Maybe I should drive the way back."

Zyphon: "Fair enough."

I turned on a computer hologram on the ship and did a scan.

"Voxle nearby"

Zyphon: "Huh how convenient. Let's see how far they are."

The computer zooms out, Displaying the planet earth and rotates pretty quickly. After that, it zooms in a spot and puts a marker there.

Zyphon: "Okay, That's far. Yuni, wanna come with?"

Yuni: "Yea sure. Who will guard the ship though?"

I lead Yuni outside and took out a hologram pad and tapped on a button. The ship cloaks itself.

Yuni: "You sure no one will find this?"

I look around. Trees were everywhere, no city nearby, just a lot of green.

Zyphon: "Yep. We're in a jungle of some sorts."

Yuni: "This is gonna be fun..."

Zyphon: "You say that like you don't really mean it."

Yuni: "It's sarcasm."

We both start our search for Voxle. Walking in the huge green jungle. It was just trees and a lot of green.

Zyphon: "Something feels... Off."

Yuni: "Must be the silence."

Zyphon: "Was that sarcasm"

Yuni turns to look at me with an annoyed face displayed on their visor.

Zyphon: "I'll take that as a yes."

Yuni facepalms theirselves and I lightly let out a chuckle.

-Narrator POV-

Back in the cloaked ship right after the two protogens left for their search, the puddle of molten metal can be seen. It was what remained of Null, The primagen created by Xero themselves... Along with some help from the synths.

The puddle of molten remains starts to glow green. The green crystal emerges from the puddle and starts sparking. The puddle starts to glow green and floats along with the crystal. It starts to form legs, arms, and the head.

It stops floating and stands up there, dripping. Then it starts walking, dripping while it does so but each drop comes back to its body like a magnet. It reaches the ship's exit and starts to harden, no longer dripping. After hardening back to metal. Null was back and alive.

Null: "I'm not done yet..."

Null starts heading where the two protogens went. And with the same blank and emotionless face on their visor.
