after a few weeks school was in a month. yeah.. hyuck had to celebrate his birthday in the hospital. luckily he still had the mostest important people to be there.

during his stay in the hospital, hyuck became close with renjun and mark because of the visits they would make frequently.

"okay bud ready to go ?" johnny grabs his hand. theyre at the front desk and ready to officially go home.

"we can schedule another check up around.. two weeks from now to check if he's remembered anything or any changes." the front desk lady says looking back and forth the computer screen.

back at home, jaehyun and taeil wanted to make a party for hyuck being back home again!

jungwoo wanted to come even though he isnt that close with hyuck. taeil appreciated that jungwoo wanted to help welcome him home.

them three hung up decorations, jaehyun got a cake, and the other guys would bring snacks and drinks.

hyuck hasnt been home for awhile so they wanted to celebrate him home after months in the hospital.

the others came around then same time and luckily it was before johnny got home.

its been from 10 am to 1 pm of working on the party. jaehyun noted  in his head that he would never do this ever again.

"thanks guys i dont think i could do this alone." jaehyun scratched his neck while looking at the whole set-up.

everyone in the room replies with "dont worry" and "of course we'd never let you do this alone" and some giggles here and there.

after taeil got a message from johnny saying 'were in the parking lot' he announced the text and everyone went to their place.

they silently sit, nerves jumping everywhere upon hearing keys outside the door. the door knob wiggles and hyuck walks on trying to find the light switch.

once he clicks it on, he turns around and hears people saying 'welcome home'.

"mark ! renjun ! chenle !" hyuck cheers as three small boys run straight to him.

"yay now we can play games together without you sitting in bed!" chenle claps.

"jaehyun im proud of you. this looks great!" johnny gives him a soft pat on his shoulder.

"actually.. thank taeil and jungwoo too ! oh and mark they helped a lot because it took forever to get this all done." jaehyun waves his arms around at the apartment.

johnny looked around. seeing everyone giving hyuck all the hugs in the world, people eating and laughing with hyuck, kids running around the house with hyuck.

just seeing hyuck home made johnny feel at ease.

"are you zoned out..?" taeil blurts out next to him. johnny felt his mood lighten up again.

"just enjoying the view taeil." johnny puts his arm around him. hes feeling bold.

"i have something important to tell you so.. dont leave too early." johnny whispers faintly next to him.

its quiet but aeil heard every word that came from him.

jungwoo saw taeil looking red so he saved him from johnny. what a friend.

"taeillll whatt did he sayyyy! i wanna know.. was it dirty? was it like embarrassing or blackmail ?!" woo hops around.

"jungwoo take a chill.. we can forse it out him he looks in shock." doyoung puts both hands on jungwoos shoulders to keep in still.

"i- i think hes gonna get back with me." taeil confesses.

"but what if hes trying to let me go without making a scene."
