Let's Try Not To Kill Each Other, Kay?

Woot woot!!!! Double digits!!!!!!! Yay!!! Also, I do have to say, sadly, this story is coming to an end soon.

There'll probably be only one or two chapters after this, although I'll definitely do an epilogue ;) . The reasoning is, first of all, I think the story is actually wrapping up, and I don't really have anything planned after. Also, school is starting in a few weeks, and trying to balance this with homework and all the fun stuff that will come with school during a pandemic? Yeah, no. But, I'm excited to finish and am so grateful for all the support I have been getting!

Also, I think it would be fun if on the epilogue, I will do a first name reveal (of my own name duh) if I get... how about three reviews / comments on this chapter and the next ones asking me to do it. :)

Also, for this one special occasion of double digits, I will say the disclaimer myself.

Every single person in this fanfic: YAAAAAY!!! THANK YOU!!!

*Flips hair* I know, I know, I'm just that awesome.

Every single person in this fanfic: *rolls eyes*

Okay, so I don't own any characters in this fanfiction (All the people who just talked) because, you'll never guess, I'm not actually Brandon Mull or Rick Riordan! Ha! Fooled ya with my aMaZiNg writing skills :)

Okay, enjoy this chapter!!

~~~~~~~1st Person Nico~~~~~~~
We explained everything that had happened to Will with Percy and me objecting that we had not almost ended the world throughout. We also received our order and devoured some tasty McNuggets. Once everyone was introduced, Will cleared his throat.
"Okay, well, I have some... er... news." Everyone became uncomfortable.
"How about we leave the McDonalds first?" Piper suggested. I nodded my head, for although our meal had been delicious, it was getting awkward being cramped into the tiny booth with too many others for so long.
Will winced. "Well... I don't know if that's such a good idea... I mean..."
I glared at him, although I knew my boyfriend was immune to my death stares. "Spill."
"Sunshine, I would, it's just-"
"Tesoro, the only one allowed to use baby names right now is me. Because you're hiding something. Tell. Us," I commanded in my most adult voice. Well, I was chronologically an adult - an eighty-something year old one at that. But biologically... not so much. I also wasn't sure where I had learned those big words - probably Annabeth ranting all those times.
Will sighed. "Fine. But don't explode on me, it isn't... technically my fault." I glared some more, and was joined by almost everyone else in doing so.
Will took a deep breath.
"BasicallyallofCampHalfBloodisoutsidereadytoattackbecausewethoughtpeoplehadcapturedyouorsomethingbecauseyoudidn'tshadowtravelbackwithPiper!" he blurted. I blinked.
"I only got, like, none of that," Percy admitted.
Will covered his eyes and groaned. "Fine, I'll say it again, but I don't want half of the strongest demigods in history attacking me if you don't like what it is. Basically all of camp is outside ready to attack at the slightest sign because after you didn't shadow travel back with Piper after a few hours, we got... worried, to say it lightly," he explained.
We all stared at him in shock.
"When someone leaves for an hour, your first idea is to track them down and attack?" Kendra exclaimed angrily. Will shrugged helplessly.
"Yeah?" he said, although at this point it was obvious his only goal was not to be murdered by his boyfriend.
"That's my cue!" Piper said, standing up. Everyone in her way grunted and said 'sorry' multiple times as she wormed her way past them and out of the booth.
"I'll go out and tell them everything is okay. If that doesn't work, I'll use charmspeak. If for some reason that doesn't work, I'll come get you guys and show them everything is alright. Got it?" we all nodded as Piper walked outside.
~~~~~~~1st Person Piper~~~~~~~

I walked outside, taking a deep breath. My eyes skinned the few trees around the parking lot of the McDonalds, and I quickly noticed many campers that I recognized from camp standing behind the foliage.

"Hey everyone!" I said, prompting them to come out of hiding. They didn't get into battle stances, but they didn't relax or put their weapons away either.

"So, no need for those. Everything is fine. Is it okay if I get the others from inside?"

Most of the campers seemed to glance around at each other, silently agreeing to assume battle stances.

I rolled my eyes. "Not to attack. I don't know, to say 'hi'?"

They all remained tense, until someone spoke up - I recognized her as Katie Gardener. "Piper, we can't know for sure that you aren't being controlled or forced to say that. You've been missing for a while, and if you're kidnapped, you, Annabeth, and two children of the big three - all powerful demigods - have been captured. So we're not taking it lightly."

I snorted. "I can see that much," I said, then decided to finally add some charmspeak, as this confrontation clearly wasn't going anywhere.

"Everything really is fine, guys. It's all a misunderstanding, we'll explain it if you would just not attack us." Finally, everyone relaxed, nodding their heads. Sure, charmspeaking a big group of people had been hard, but it helped that they all wanted to believe what I was telling them.

"I can't tell if you just used your pretty girl talk," Clarisse said, shifting her weight from one side to the other nervously, "but I hope you're not lying."

I smiled and walked back inside.

"Hey, we're good to go, thanks to yours truly," I said.

Percy rolled his eyes at me as everyone followed me back into the parking lot.

Everyone had tensed up again in my absence, but they still didn't look like they were going to attack.

The non-demigods of the group seemed nervous at seeing so many kids posed to fight.

"Are the kids demigods?" Clarisse asked.

"No," Kendra said, speaking up for herself, "we're not. And we have a lot to talk about."

"Like what?" Katie said.

"How we aren't from the world of Greek or Roman mythology," Bracken said, adding himself into the conversation.

Malcolm, a son of Athena, groaned from somewhere in the back of the group. "Don't tell me there's another Pantheon of gods."

"No," Kendra said, "but we're part of a magical world that overlaps with yours quite a bit."

"And we're not being held hostage," Annabeth added helpfully. All the campers put down their weapons, deciding to believe the daughter of Athena.

"Not any more," Nico grumbled under his breath. Seth stuck his tongue out at him. Nico rolled his eyes.

"Would you stop being so childish?" Kendra asked her brother, exasperated.

"I'm a child, so I have the right to be," Seth quickly retorted.

"You're a teenager, actually," Percy corrected.

"Would you shut up!?!" I shouted, turning to the troublemakers. They shut up.

"Thank you. Now, let's get acquainted. Residents of Fablehaven, meet the demigods of camp half blood."

Sorry it's a pretty short chapter, but... uh yeah, I have no excuse. Sorry! Oh, and don't forget to review if you wanna hear my name!
