Training to be Teachers

For the next three weeks Hitoshi and Izuku would do their schoolwork before going to visit All Might to see how he was doing. Izuku tried to ask him about his quirk. He really wanted to know the answer to that question more than anything as All Might's quirk 'looked different' it was more substantial than any other quirk he had sensed before. However, no matter how many times he asked, All Might would not budge.

After their visitation, Hitoshi would train, while Izuku was grounded, but for the first week that didn't bother him so much as he still felt tired more than usual. The strain he put on himself to help heal All Might was still there so for the first week whenever he wasn't doing homework, studying, or visiting All Might, he was asleep.

After the first week, Izuku finally felt more energized, but still his father didn't allow him to go train.

"But why not? I'm all better," Izuku said.

"Since you don't know when to limit yourself, I have to set limits for you," Shota replied, "Two more weeks. Maybe you could help your mother around the house to make up for worrying her so much."

So, the next part of Izuku's punishment began. Inko was able to take it easier with her son helping. She felt at ease with her son around her more, and Izuku managed to make it through the next two weeks well.

Once his training started back up Izuku was thrilled to be back but was curious as to why Sir Nighteye and All Might had met them at the training area.

"What's going on?" Izuku asked.

"It's time we did some combat training, you two want to be a hero team, then you need to know how to fight together like a team," Shota explained, "As punishment for putting you at risk, Sir Nighteye will be your sparring partner."

"You're going to have me fight two kids as my punishment?" Nighteye asked amusingly.

"Yep, oh and before we begin, quirks may not be used during the fight," Shota said going to sit next to All Might to watch the fight. "You have 15 minutes, begin!"

Sir Nighteye kept his cool not moving much keeping up a defensive strategy, let them wear themselves out. The attacks were powerful, but predictable so it was easy to avoid.

'Wait, what?' Nighteye asked himself as the two boys switched up their styles. Hitoshi used his capture weapon to launch Izuku who landed on the opposite side of Nighteye. While Nighteye was preoccupied with where Izuku was landing Hitoshi took the initiative and tried to sneak up on the distracted hero, but he managed to turn just in time to duck out of the way of Hitoshi's capture weapon before having to avoid Izuku's capture weapon as well.

The three fought for what seemed like forever, no one gaining any advantage before... "Time!" Shota shouted.

"Is it over?" Nighteye asked.

"Round 1? Yes. Training? No," Shota responded, "You will have five minutes to rest before the next round, and we will do four rounds per day until we're finished." The look on Nighteye's face was priceless, oh how Shota wished he had a camera. Even All Might looked worried for his friend. Nighteye rested on a seat next to All Might. "Nice to know the Symbol of Peace's right-hand man struggles fighting two 10-year-olds."

"Those aren't normal kids," Nighteye rebutted, "How long have you been training those two?"

"About four years," Shota replied.

"Why start so young?"

"Izuku wanted to train to be a hero the second he got his quirk, I told him to wait till he at least started Elementary School."

"How often do they train?"

"Everyday. They don't get out much, so this is sort of their entertainment outside of TV."

"That's... terrifying."

"You want terrifying? Try looking through Izuku's quirk notes."

"Quirk notes?" All Might asked.

"Yeah, Izuku likes to analyze heroes and writes down his thoughts on their quirks, how their implemented, possible weaknesses and limits."

"So," Nighteye said, "Once they defeat me or I defeat them, I'm free to go?"

"No, once they defeat you a few times together, then they will work on taking you down by themselves. Once that's done, then you are free to go," Shota smirked.

After the first two weeks All Might took to walking around in his powered-up form since he'd gotten the go ahead from recovery girl. Then two weeks later All Might was also able to get his hands on Izuku's most recent Quirk Notebook and found a page with his own name.

Hero: All Might

Quirk: Energy storage? Builds up kinetic energy within his body to pull off powerful feats.

Applications

Super Strength

Super Speed

Flight

Limitations

Quirk requires All Might to stay awake to stay active.

Seemingly no time limit.

Possible limit to how much he can enhance his own abilities before he will hurt himself.

Special Notes

He is reckless when it comes to his own safety. May not back out of a fight, even if the odds are against him.

'What the?' All Might thought to himself. "What do you mean I'm reckless?" he asked the Greenette taking a break nearby.

"Nana said you were, so I wrote it down," Izuku replied.

"Yeah, because he's the ONLY reckless person here," Hitoshi remarked.

All Might continued reading and found another page.

Hero: Sir Nighteye

Quirk: Foresight, he can see into the future

Applications

If used in a fight could make it so he predicts his opponents moves before they made them, allowing him to easily win.

Limitations

It's possible that what is shown is not set in stone and may be changed. Though Sir Nighteye claims otherwise.

According to Nighteye:

He cannot hear the future, only see it.

He doesn't always know when something will happen, only that it will.

Special Notes

He is an All Might fanboy.

All Might couldn't help but laugh at that.

Nighteye's punishment didn't last long after that, though All Might wasn't allowed to leave yet, Recovery Girl's orders. The next thing the two worked on was combat using quirks. They would each have to fight a separate "villain" using both their fighting style and quirk to get the upper hand.

Hitoshi vs Present Mic, and Izuku vs Midnight. Of course, these battles were too easy. Hitoshi got a reply from Present Mic almost as soon as the battle started, and Midnight couldn't use her sleeping gas while Izuku erased it and defeated her in roughly 10 minutes.

So, they switched. Although his quirk was gone Mic still gave Izuku a proper fight. Lasting about eight minutes before he was wrapped up in Izuku's capture weapon.

Hitoshi's was difficult. He covered his mouth and nose with his capture weapon so as not to breath in the fumes that Midnight was producing. So, he couldn't use his quirk to fight. Though he managed to get away from her enough that sometimes he could catch a breath and managed to beat her in around nine minutes.

"You two need to stop holding back," Shota reprimanded the two pros.

Three years passed after Izuku, and Hitoshi had begun their new training regimen. They'd gone against most of the teachers of UA, and Nezu finally revealed his intentions to Inko and Shota.

"You want my sons to teach?" Inko asked, "You mean once they've finished school, right?"

"No, I mean for them to start in a couple years. You two may not be aware of this, but I've been teaching Izukun and Hitokun beyond their years for a while now. It won't be long before their education is complete, and they can register to take the hero exam."

"What would be the point in this?" Shota asked, "Why rob them of the chance to go to UA like normal students?"

"You know as well as I do that those two attending UA as students would be boring and tedious after the years they spent under our tutelage. Besides this way they'll also be able to become heroes faster."

"Just how close are they to being done with their hero education?" Inko asked.

"Academic wise, they have a few months left. Training wise, that's up to you," Nezu replied, "But you're running out of teachers to test them against."

"So, it will be up to me to determine when they are ready?" Shota asked gaining a nod from the Principal.

One year of intense training later Shota finally gave in and said his sons were ready. The two boys were led to the Hero Public Safety Commission by Shota and Nezu. They stopped at the front desk to find a very tired man sitting behind the desk.

"Can I help you?" the man asked.

"We are here to apply two people to take the Pro Hero Licensing Exam," Nezu said.

The man handed them two forms, "Please fill these out, and turn in the appropriate paperwork showing they've received their heroic education."

Izuku and Hitoshi filled out their forms, Name, Quirk, Age, Hero Name, etc. The man looked at the forms and blinked before realizing he had just been handed these forms by two teenagers. "I don't get paid enough for this," he told himself, "I'll file these and if approved the test will take place in three months."

Despite their initial hang-ups, by the Commissions own rules, Hitoshi and Izuku qualified for the Pro Hero Licensing Exam. So, when the time came the two went and took the written portion of the exam showing what they had learned about heroics, laws involving what a hero can and cannot do, etc. Then came the practical portion of the exam. They had been each given a fake city block being attacked by a villain. Their jobs: save the citizens, keep damage to a minimum and fight off the villain. Hitoshi's got Mt. Lady as his villain to fight, while Izuku got Ingenium.

Mt. Lady proved too easy for Hitoshi at first. With her attitude she couldn't help responding to one of his sarcastic comments. Soon afterward he was ordering her to help him save the citizens and had managed to save most of them before a piece of debris woke her up. Realizing she had been brainwashed she lashed out at Hitoshi who dodge it. He focused his efforts on saving the rest of the people trapped. Once that was done, he dodged her attacks to the best of his ability.

The only way to get her to shrink was for her to do it herself or for her to fall unconscious, and unfortunately for Hitoshi he wasn't strong enough to beat her with a building. His only chance was to brainwash her and get her to shrink.

"Hey, ugly hag!" Hitoshi shouted.

"What did you call me?!" Mt. Lady roared before her eyes became blank and she was back under his control.

"Shrink down, and go turn yourself in."

—————————————————

Ingenium aka Tensei Iida was a different case. He had read the file he was given on Izuku. 'Quirk Control, so he can erase quirks just like his father, so he can only erase it when I stop using it. He won't get the chance,' Tensei said to himself. As soon as Izuku came in Tensei activated his quirk and was running through the area ready to knock the would-be hero around.

Unfortunately for Tensei he didn't read ALL the file. As he ran towards Izuku, who quickly moved out of the way as Tensei's motors began to work in overdrive. "Wait, what?" Tensei wondered aloud as he Recipro Bursted into a wall. He quickly rushed over to the depowered Tensei quickly wrapping him up in his capture weapon. Now that his engines were off, if Izuku kept his mind on him he wouldn't get loose as he went about rescuing the civilians. He gave himself a minor headache with that one, but it was worth it.

Afterwards they met the two heroes they had tested with. "No hard feelings, right?" Hitoshi asked Mt. Lady who nearly responded before covering her mouth. "Relax, I'm not going to brainwash you for no reason."

"It was an honor Ingenium," Izuku said.

"Same here, and call me Tensei," he said shaking the boy's hand, "But did you have to run me into a wall?" At that Mt. Lady seemed to chill as she laughed at the man's unfortunate crash. "If you don't mind me asking," Tensei said interrupting the laughing woman, "So, why are a couple of 14-year olds trying to become heroes?"

"After something that happened in 1st grade, we were taught by Nezu and our dad trained us. We always wanted to be heroes, and Nezu thought it would be a good idea to have us teach," Izuku replied.

"You're going to teach? At UA?" Tensei asked again for clarification at which the boys nodded, "Cool, hey look out for my brother, he's applying next year."

"We don't even know if we passed," Hitoshi remarked.

"True, but you two did very well, I'm certain you made your father proud," Tensei responded.

"Wait, you know their dad?" Mt. Lady asked confused.

"Oh my god, did you even read the files they gave us?" Tensei reprimanded her, "Did them sharing his last name tell you anything? Maybe the 'Eraser' title?"

"Your dad's Eraserhead?!" Mt. Lady asked getting a nod from the two boys, "But... how?"

"Well, when a boy and girl really like each other," Hitoshi began before bursting out laughing as Mt. Lady began to shout at him.

"Well if you make it, look out for my brother, Tenya, he's applying next year," Tensei said before leaving to return to his normal schedule.

They bid Mt. Lady goodbye as the two headed home to wait for the results of their tests
