Colby's POV 

Once I stopped in my tracks, my eyes widened. In front of me we're police and ambulance. I looked down to what seems to be my mother being resuscitated. I cried out her name, my voice cracking. 

"Mom!" 

Before I could get to her lifeless body the police officer pulled me away. 

"Hey! Calm down! Is this your m-" before the police man could finish his sentence Dean came out of the house, screaming and wrestling a police officer, once he laid eyes on me, he came at me. 

"YOU LITTLE FUCKING BASTERD!! YOU SNUCK OUT YOU PIECE OF SHIT!! I KILL YOU JUST LIKE YOUR FUCKING WHORE OF A MOM!!" 

Before he could come any closer the authority took control and arrested him putting him in custody. 

Time Skip~~

After hours and hours of questions, the police decided it would be best to find my real farther and live with him if he will take me. 

If he wanted me in the first place, wouldn't he of stayed? 

It's been a long 6 hour's since I found out my mom died after a 3 hour surgery only for her to die of blood loss, it's been even longer since I've seen Bronwyn,  and to be honest, that all I want to see. Jamie, the police man has been nice, he gave my sister and I some warmth and a bottle of water. 

My sister finally fell asleep and I've been trying too. But I just can't ever get my moms face out of my head when I saw her on the cold concrete. She didn't look like herself, her body had no light to it, she was pale and her eyes were lifeless. 

My head hurts from crying, and I feel like I could cry more but I think there is no more tears left for me to cry, now I'm just hurt. I slowly started to drift  asleep to the sound of my sisters breathing. 

Tony's POV  

Once I snuck out of Peps and I's Bed to work downstairs in my lab I finally felt relaxed, haven't been able to sleep lately but to be honest I like working down here with Jarvis late at night. It wasn't until I got a call. I thought to myself. 

Who the hell will be calling me at 4:30 in the mornin?

With a little hesitation I answered the phone to be shocked. After a lot of sweating and stutters I hung up and sat down on my chair. I felt like I was gonna faint 

"Sir, your heart level is raising tremendously do you want me to wake Pepper Potts up, This could be leading to a Anxiety Attack!" 

I didn't want to wake Pep up, but I just can't bring over these kids who are mine and not tell her? And I cannot just not take them? Even though I left Maggie because we had to many fights doesn't mean I don't love her. And there is no way if her kids that she had are my kids I am going to leave them. I was kinda angry that she didn't tell me she had kids! I mean how old are they, He? She? I was kinda getting a little excited. 

"Sir?"  Jarvis Spoke again 

"Jarvis wake Pep up! And get a car ready!" 

"Right away, Sir!" 

I ran up the lab stairs into the make area of my penthouse. 

"Tony! Are you okay?" Pep said running to me 

I was rushing to get my keys ready I hardly noticed her..

"Tony!" 

I turned to her. 

"Pep it's a long story.. I tell you in the car but we gotta get to the hospital right away!" 

"Hospital? Tony? What is Happening" 

I rolled my eyes realising I won't ever hear the end of it. 

Time Skip~~~ Again... 

As Pep and I arrived at the hospital I flew out of the car. 

"Tony wait! So, now you are just going to take care of these kids? I mean we are getting really busy soon with the conference and plus IF we accept we gonna have to have a funeral to take care of too?!" 

"If? So you don't want kids?" 

"No tony! I'm just saying this is not a great time" 

"Look Pep, I didn't even know this people existed! Okay! Or I would've told you!" 

We went into the hospital trying to find our way around, just before I could go any further, I was stopped by a police officer. 

"Tony right? We talked on the phone? Jamie!" He introduced 

We shook hands, quickly he made a motion with his hands for us to follow. We followed and he told us details about Maggie's children. 

"Well, Tony, brother and sister, Colby and Ellie.. Colby is 15 turning 16 on 23 of December~" 

I widened my eyes realising that's soon. He carried on... 

"And Ellie is 4.." 

"4? That means she's not Tony's" Pep spoke up 

"Yes, Mam, But the stepfarther is in jail for murder of Maggie, their mother... and pretty sure Ellie and Colby are close" Jamie went on. 

I nodded as Jamie opened up a door with two kids that I mine. My eyes firstly landed on Colby he dark hair going over his eyes with Ellie on top of his sleeping, Colby's eyes met with mine as Ellie woke our gaze disconnected and all the attention went to her. I've realised Colby looks like me but has his mothers eyes, Ocean blue- green colour. Ellie has a lightish brown colour hair which is about shoulder length she has a darkish green- brown colour eyes. 

Once Ellie got off Colby's lap he stood up too, He was about 3-4 inches smaller than me to my estimate. 

"Uhh Tony!" I turned around to the voice behind me, to be met with this child care or whatever. I wasn't really paying attention I just signed the paper and agreed to whatever the bitch was talking about. Ugh 4:30 in the morning and still doing my signature on papers. I mentally groaned. 

After a long painful process, I finally heard a graceful words of... 

"Congratulations! The kids are yours!" 

I smiled leaving the seat to meet up with Pepper and the kids, I went back into the room to see Ellie talking to pepper and Colby packing his backpack I heard him mumble something and then sigh from frustration. 

"You okay champ?" I questioned 

He turned "yep perfect.." he zipped up the bag putting it on his back. Ellie straight away went to him to hold his hands. 

"Okay... how about we go home?" Pepper said to lighten up the mood but the only one getting excited was Ellie. 

We walked out of the Hospital and get in the car. I looked at Colby seeing if I got any impressed eyes. Normally people like him would be screaming when they meet me. But I saw nothing.. My mood died down abit..

We all hoped in the car. 

"Heyy cobee can u help me with my seat belt?" I saw Colby reach over and do her seat belt. I smiled. 

"We need a booster seat.." Colby said. I started up the car.. 

So far this isn't what I imagined, but I guess in reality I didn't expect much, I mean I haven't been there for any of them for 15 ALMOST 16 years! And they just lost their mother. 

I hope this just goes well. And we all become close. But like Pepper said we're becoming really busy after like 3 more days! 

I just hope it doesn't effect us!
