Soon after the whole thing, everyone went inside. Nori started a movie for everyone to watch, then went to go get some fruit.

"Darling, you should go watch the movie, " Jotaro sighed with a soft smile.

"I thought it would be nice for everyone to have a snack, " Nori smiled

"I'll take care of it then, " Jotaro raised an eyebrow.

"Okay, thank you, " Nori said.

Noriaki kissed his husband on the cheek and walked to the living room. A few minutes later Jotaro came out with the tray of fruit.

Soon Nori got a call.

"Sorry, let me get this, " Nori said getting up.

Nori looked to see the caller ID which made him smile.

"Hello, Avdol!" Nori said with a soft voice.

"Hello, Noriaki! It's been a while! Ever since Ponaleff turned into a turtle I've been busy," Avdol said over the phone.

"I assume you want to talk to Jolyne?" Nori asked.

"That's not the only reason I, sorry we, called. Polnareff wants to talk also, " Avdol informed.

"Right, you've been taking care of Polnareff and Iggy for the past few years," Nori smiled.

-The three talked for five minutes-

"Well, Noriaki, it was fun to talk a bit but I have to wish Jolyne a happy birthday," Avdol informed.

"I'll go get her," Nori replied walking inside. "Jolyne, someone wants to talk."

"Okkayyyyy!" Jolyne smiled jumping up from the couch.

Nori smiled as he handed her the phone.

"Where did Jotaro go?" Nori asked sitting down.

"He got a call from work a little bit ago," Josuke informed.

Noriaki sighed knowing what that means. Jotaro will have to go on a trip sooner than they planned; it happened 1 in 3 trips.

"Alright," Nori smiled a bit wider.

-a few minutes later-

Jotaro came back into the living room.

"What did work want Jotaro?" Josuke asked.

"They asked me to come with the next trip, Tuesday" Jotaro replied with a sigh.

"How long is it?" Giorno asked.

"2-3 weeks, depends on what they are looking for," Jotaro informed.

Jolyne walked into the room with a big frown.

"Papa? You're leaving again? You said you didn't have to go in for another trip for a month or two," Jolyne mumbled.

"Jolyne, I'll get you something really special from Rhodesia Island, promise," Jotaro smiled at her holding out his pinky.

Jolyne looked at it for a minute then put her pinky out, a pinky promise one no one can break.

That Monday Josuke, Giorno, and Trish left. Tuesday Jotaro left for Rhode Island. Everything went back to normal:

Noriaki and Jolyne are at home together, having fun, just the two of them. They laughed and played, tea party after tea party. Jolyne went to school and talked about the girls she played with.

Jotaro would come home but would only stay for two weeks maximum. Years passed like it, yes sometimes people important to them stoped by or they went over to see them.

Every year it wasn't the same but it got predictable...
