This story is not edited. If you see errors please tell me. This is my first story so i need you guys to criticize it. you wont hurt my feelings i promise. Thanks tell me what you think and i will keep writing if you like it  

                                                                        Chapter One

Daniella

My name is Daniella and I'm a werewolf. Actually I'm the only she-wolf in this state, but no one knows that. I am 17 years old. I'm 5'4", hazel eyes, and i have dark brown hair. My wolf oddly enough has pure white fur, blue eyes, and is also 5'4". Ten years ago, my parents died in a house fire. No one knows how it happened or how I survived, but I did. 

I live with my sister, Samantha. She was at a friends house the night of the fire so yes, she is alive. Luckily she was 19 with a stable job, so we weren't required to live in the pack house. When she finds her mate and leaves, i will have to move into the pack house. In our pack you either have to live with a relative over 18 with a job or in the pack house. Of course i chose to live with my sister, she's awesome. 

"Remind me again why we have to attend the human school." I thought to my wolf Maria. 

"The council made a new law. We are required to  go to the human school." She replied in a "duh" tone. 

"Smart ass." I said muttered.

"I heard that!"

"You were ment to." I sang.

I heard a knock at my door. "Daniella, are you awake?"

"Sadly, yes."   

"Well breakfast is ready....It's bacon!" That put my ass right into gear, I love bacon! I hopped in the shower not even waiting for the water to heat up. I washed my hair as fast as I could without leaving behind suds. When I got out I ran to my closet to find some clothes for school. I picked out a baby blue blouse, dark jeans, and black flats. Cute and Comfy. I towel dried my hair and brushed it out, not needing any heat beacause my hair is naturally straight. I was just finishing up when the delicious aroma of bacon hit me.

I made my way downstairs quickly, but not to fast beacuse my sister doesnt even know I'm a she-wolf. When I was 5 my father told that i couldn't reveal myself to anyone. He said that there were people who think she-wolves were too dangerous. When I walked into the kitchen, I seen my plate at the table across from Sam. I immediately began to scarf down my food. "Slow down Dani! Your eating like the guys." She laughed. "It's just so good!" I mumbled between bites. After I was finished, I put my plate in the sink. "I have a present for you, Dani."    

"My birthday is'nt until tomorrow Sam." Did she really forget what day it was on. "I know, but since todays the first day of school i figured you would need it today. Go look outside." I made my way to the door afraid of what I was going to see. My sister is'nt exactly the best at buying presents. When I stepped outside I could barely breathe. Parked next my sisters pink bug was a baby blue Harley! "HOW...H-HOW..DID YOU..." I stuttered out. "I had it customized to be your favorite color." I pounced on her almost knocking her down. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I was hugging her so hard I think she was turning blue. "C-Can't breathe Dani!" Oops. I released her from my death grip. "Sorry Sammy!" 

"Now go on. Go to school and show off your new ride." She chuckled. I can't wait to see John's face when I pull in. John has been my bestfriend since pre-school. He is absolutely amazing if he wasn't gay he would so be mine. What? A girl can dream right? 

I made my way to school which wasn't to far. It was about a 5 minute drive. When I pulled in the parking lot all eyes were on me. Okay maybe not all but a few. I parked next to John, who clearly doesn't recognize who I am. "That is one sweet ride. I'm John. You are?" I giggled. I removed my helmet shaking out my hair. "Hey John!" His eyes looked like they were about to pop out of his head. "Dani!! I missed you so much girl, nice ride!" He grabbed me up in a bear hug. I laughed, "John, it's only been a few weeks, and thanks it was an early birthday present." We headed towards the front doors. There were wolves everywhere, looking out of place. Humans knew about us so they cleared out a spot for the guys to stretch their wolf legs. "Sadly, we won't be able to." Maria whined. "I will let you run after school before Sam gets home." I could tell she was basically running around in circles out of excitement. Being the only she-wolf  was complicated. I always have to wear vanilla perfume to cover my scent. 

We heard a loud beep over the intercome, I guess to get our attention. Beeeeppp..."Attention all members of the pack. Please make your way to the forum. You will be seated by grade. Thank you." Beeeeppp. "Well then. I think we should head that way. Come on John."  We all were ushered in the forum.    " Juniors and Seniors on the left. Freshmen and Sophmores on the right." Me and John headed to the seats on the left towards the front. " Dani, why do you always sit up front like a nerd." John whined. " Because I am a nerd. Plus, its easier to pay attention up front. Now quit being a baby and sit down." I laughed. Along with the principal our Alpha Peter was on stage. "Good morning! My name is Darcey Meselton I am your principal." She has a really cheerful voice. It's kind of annoyeing. Next, Alpha Peter spoke, "Attention pack! I have a very important announcement before class begins. There will be a new pack joining this school with us. The Sleepy Hollow pack." Gasps were echoed throughout the room. I was even shocked. The Sleep Hollow pack was one of the strongest packs. Stronger than us. I wonder why they decided to come here? "Now, I know this is quite shocking," he chuckled, "but they have their reasons and we will respect that. With that I will leave." He left the stage. "Alright now. Teachers will be passing out schedules shortly. Please remain seated till you get your schedule then you can head to class." It only took a few minutes for me and John to get our schedules since we sat close the front. "See sitting up front has its perks." I teased him. "Yea. Yea. Let me see your schedule." He scanned over my schedule. "Yes! We have all our classes together!" He was jumping up and down like a girl. I couldnt help but to laugh. "Okay, calm down and lets go." Our first class was English it was pretty easy to find. When we walked in we sat next to eachother in the middle of the room. John doesnt want to be labeled as a "nerd" for sitting up front. "So Dani, how was your spring break? Any cute guys? Go to the mall? Tell me girl!" I can tell he missed me. I chuckled, "Calm down John. It was boring as usual. No cute guys and I only went to the mall once to go school shopping. What about you cutie pie?" Haha! He hated that nickname. He glared at me for a second before he launched into a huge story about spring break. I pretended to listen though my mind was somewhere else. Tomorrow is my birthday, I'll be 18! Which meanssss.... "MATE" Maria shouted in my head. "Yes Maria, we will find our mate!" 

"MATE. MATE. HE'S MINE!"   What the hell. The most intoxicating smell entered the room. It couldnt be. Im not suppose to be able to find my mate till tomorrow. There HE was. OUR MATE!
