I woke up quite early because we had ranger training today. I got up, got ready, grabbed my backpack and waited for Hayley before we went to the base. I have been thinking about who could've pulled out the gold power star. But also about Brody. He was just so familiar to me but i can't seem to know why.

"Hey are you ok? You've been really quiet." Hayley asked me. I sighed before answering her

"Yeah, just i've been thinking about who could've pulled out the power star from the prism." I told her

"I don't think its just that." she said. Ugh sometimes i hate that she could see right through me.

"Well i have been thinking about Brody." i said.

"Ohhh do i sense some love in the air?" She teased with a small smirk.

"No no! He's just very familiar to me. Like i've seen him before." i told her.

"Well maybe you should talk to him about it." she said putting her hand on my shoulder.

"I will but not now. I need to think more on it." i said. She nodded and we got to the base. The base turned out really nice when we finished it. We changed into our warm-ups and we all started training. Sarah and i even did a spar. I actually won it and helped her up. Then we saw Brody, Mick and Redbot coming out from the base. Redbot was holding a box.

"What's that Redbot?" i asked him. He opened the box and in it there were six stars in it. We all took a closer look at them.

"They're called element stars." He said as he looked at us. "Galvanax is sending more powerful monster, so uh... you're gonna need them." he expained to us.

"Thanks Mick." Prestion thanked him.

"Happy to help." Mick replied.

"My dad always said that a ninja is a one with his surrondings." Brody said, picking up one of the stars." Fire" he said giving it to Calvin before he continued. "Water" giving it to Hayley. "Earth" giving it to Prestion as Prestion mumble a 'cool' "The forest" giving to Sarah. "Lightning" giving it to me. "Metal" he continued taking a star for himself. "The basic elements of nature are our weapons" he finished while we all looked at our new stars.

"Lets give this a go." Calvin suggested getting into position.

"You can do it Calvin." Brody encouraged him. I hyped him up. We all backed up a little. He looked at the star before pulling out his sword.

"Lock in!" he shouted locking his star into his sword. "Element star! Ninja water attack!" he exclaimed pulling his sword close to his head. But nothing seemed to happen. He turned to his sword with complete confusion. He tapped on it trying to activate it.
"Uh its... not working." He said while we all looked at each other in confusion. Then water shot through the sharp part of the sword and flew Calvin to a pile of junk. I laughed then went to check if he was okay.

"Are you alright?" i asked laughting a little and helping him up.

"Ha Ha Ha." He laughed dryly. "And im okay." he assured.

"So much for water mode" Brody said. "Who wants to try fire mode?" He asked turning to us but we all ran away since we didn't want to get burned like bacon. We got back into our clothes before Brody came into the base and started getting dressed. We all went to the table where out backpacks were.

" Hey. We need to get to class early so we can practise for the quiz." Hayley said slumping her bag on her shoulder. She and Calvin went ahead and Sarah went to Brody.

"You wanna do well in your first day of high school." She told him hyperly patting his shoulder.

"You guys go ahead. I'll catch up." Brody said pointing to the exit. Sarah said a simple 'kay' with a smile and left. Then Prestion went up to him with a red backpack.

"Here. You need a bag for your first day." He said giving the bag to Brody. "My rabbit chewed a hole in it." he said putting his fingers through the hole. "But, should be fine." he finished with a smlie.

"Thanks. Its perfect." Brody thanked him as Prestion left. I had a few notebooks and a red pencil case with pens, pencils, eraser, sharpener etc to give to him.

"And here is some stationary." i said putting them on the table.
"Some of them may have corner drawings, But they should be functional." i told him. He smiled at me and put them in his bag.

"Don't worry. Its everything i need, thank you. " He thanked me. I return a smile and went to the exit. When i didn't hear Brody's footsteps i turned around.

"Hey are you coming?" i asked him.

"Yeah, just give a minute. " he said as he faced me. I nodded at him and went to class.

*an hour later*
All of us, except Brody were in the classroom as students watched a new youtube video. It turns out that Brody went to fight a monster on his own without telling. Someone managed to film the fight and the video is now viral. Everyone was amazed. I crossed my arms over my chest and had a look of disapointed.

"Guys. That fight just happened." Prestion said getting our attention and pointing towards the students with the laptop "And he didn't even tell us..." he was saying but Sarah and i stopped him.

"Shh Prestion, someone might hear." Sarah shushed him.

"Talk about it later" i told him. A while later Brody came running in.

"Sorry im late." he apologized.

"Brody." Sarah started getting of the table. "We just watched the video of the fight. You fought a monster and didn't ask us for help." she said with sadness in her voice looking at the students then at Brody but he was just looking at the video with amazement.

"You guys had to study. Don't worry. My datacomm and i handled it." Brody reassured tapping his datacomm but Sarah just sighed and brushed it off for now. Just then Mrs. Finch came through the door.

"Quiet down everybody." She said closing the door and getting everyones attention. "Morning. Take your seats." she greated putting down her stuff as everyones sat in their seats. I sat between Hayley and Calvin. "We have a lot to get through, so try to uh well .... keep up" she said putting her coat on her chair. Of course Calvin forgot his pencil case so i offered him a pencil and he thanked me with a smile. "First of all we have a new students with us today." she informed refuring to Brody as Sarah bumped her elbow with his ashe just smiled. "Uh would you tell us a little bit about youself... um Brody?" she finished looking up from her book.

"Hi! My name's Brody..." he was saying standing up and waving to the class but the teacher interrupted him.

"Great!" she chuckled. "Now lets get on to the quick fire quiz." she to everyones as Brody sat back down confused. I groaned a little and got ready. The six of us were on the green team while Victor, Monty and four other students were on the orange team. "Quiz question one:if Mark has $6.50 and gives $1.20 to Liz and two other friends a quarter each, how much does he have left?" she told the question as everyone started working. I took a peek at everyone and saw Brody bending down from his desk. I think he was talking to his datacomm. Then bend up raising his hand.

" $4 and 80 cents. "he said the answer. Mrs. Finch looked at her flashcard.

"Correct! One point to the green team." she said walking to the board to write out point.

"Phht. What a stupid question. No one gives money to their friends." i heard Victor comment. I just rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, for you, since you don't have any." i mumbled and i guess Calvin and Hayley heard me since they both chuckled. I heard Sarah talking to Brody about not using his datacomm to cheat.

"Quiz question two:if i ran for 20 minutes, skipped for 10 and jumped for 3 how long did i work out for? " she asked everyone one.

"if it applies to Calvin then it wouldn't even be a minute." i joked quietly and that earned me a shove from Calvin. I chuckled at his face as Prestion stood up to answer the question.

"Oo uh....." he was saying but Brody interrupted him.

"33 earth minutes!" he shouted the answer raising his hand. That answer made me think he didn't listen to Sarah.

"Another point for green." Mrs. Finch said as we all looked at him with disapointment while he was smiling . I was suprised when no one questioned the fact that he said 'earth minutes', well maybe except Victor and Monty.

"So much for teamwork." Calvin mumbled as we all nooded except Brody. And every question that was asked he used his datcomm and answered the questions. We all just have up at one point and just stared at Brody as he answered all the questions. The only good thing about this is how Victor was getting more and more angry till the point he broke his pencil. After the next question was asked Brody again used his datcomm but i looked at Victor squinting at us, specifically Brody. He must've seen Brody use his datacomm.

"20.3 miles." Brody was answering the following question but Victor interrupted him.

"Hold it. Mister smarty pants over there is...." he said pointing at Brody then he stood up. "cheating" he finished. "Mrs. Finch i saw the new kid use that... thing on his wrist." he pointed out while i just rolled my eyes.

"Is that true, Brody? " Mrs. Finch asked, walking to him while Victor had a look like he won a debate. "What is that lelelelelalda think-a-magic you have?" she asked him pointing to his datcomm.

"Its my datacomm. It gives me answers to everything." he answered like it wasn't a big deal. I mentally and physically slaped my forehead becase of his studipness. I saw Victor whisper something to Monty

"Well i don't know about your last school but around here that's against the rules." she told him. "I don't wanna see that again okay?" she demanded.

"But..." he tried to debate but she shut him out. "Fine." he nodded his head and put his datacomm in his bag. Mrs. Finch walked back to her desk mumbling about not hearing such nonsense. Then the bell rang and we all got up our seats and headed to the door.

*2 hours later*
Recess rolled like a breeze. Brody, Hayley, Calvin and i were at the Snack stop. Brody and Calvin got smoothies while i got a cupcake. Hayley was currently telling Brody about not using his datacomm for everything.

"If the datacomm just gives you the answer, you'll never figure out how to do things on your own." Hayley explained to Brody as were waking towards the table where Sarah was.

"If you have a tool, you should use it."he said as we got to Sarah and Calvin gave her the smoothie she asked for and she thanked him." That's all im saying. "he finished as Prestion appeared between Brody and Hayley.

"Guys, bad news." he said as he looked around. "The monster Brody fought... he's back." he told us.

"Come on guys." he started as we all walked to the exit. "Now you'll see how useful my datacomm really is." he said reaching into his backpack to get his datacomm as we walked pass him. "Oh no."he said as we turned to face him." My datacomm must've fallen out the hole. We have to find it before we go against that monster. " he whispered very worried but i was just annoyed with him.

" Brody, we don't have much time. We'll be able to fight him without your datacomm." i told him and everyone agreed with me. But Brody was too distressed about his datacomm.

" Come on. "Sarah ushered him as we all went to the door. But of course he didn't listen to us.

"Don't worry, i'll-i'll be fight behind you guys." he said as he rushed to the classroom.

"Let's go." Calvin told us as we went to fight the monster. We went to the location where Spinferno was, already morphed when Prestion spotted him.

"There he is!" Prestion shouted as we ran up to Spinferno. He turned around and was shocked to see us. "Stop right there, flame-face." Prestion yelled at him when we reached Spinferno.

"Stop!! I don't know the meaning of the word." Spinferno yelled trying to scare us.

"Don't worry. We'll help you learn it." i told him.

"Lets take this firery freak down." Calvin told us as we all got in a fighting stance.

"Bring it!" Spinferno challenged as he started rolling to us. We ran to him and Calvin and Sarah did a few back-handsprings(sorry if its wrong i don't do gymnastics) while Prestion, Hayley and i tried to hot him with out swords but he dodged them by rolling away really fast. "Say hello to the ground!" he yelled as he grabbed Prestion by the torso and pushing him away to avoid Prestion's attack then he dodged all our attack. Sarah and I tried to hot him but he just threw us away and we landed next to Calvin and Hayley. Spinferno threw Prestion at us but i caught him, before he hit the ground. I helped him up and he thanked me.

"Okay! Time to hit the brakes!" Calvin exclaimed as he got infront of us and got his sword out in a defensive stance.

"I won't hit the brakes. I'll hit YOU!" Spinferno shouted before he skated to attack us again. "Coming through! Move it!" he shouted dodging Prestion and Calvin's attacks and hitting Sarah."Get off the road" he yelled when Hayley and i went to help the guys, but he just tripped us. "Hey! Im skatin' there!" he exclaimed pushing us away. "You can't keep up!" he yelled before activating something on his wrist and shooting it to us, knocking us down. We all grunted andngroaned from the impact. He was cackiling when i heard someone shout.

"Ninja blast!" the person shouted, blasts coming from behind us. Those blasts knocked down Spinferno, rolling him back. I turned my head and saw Brody running to us. Are you guys okay. "he asked us helping me up then checking the others. We all nodded at him to show we were alright.

" Missing your datacomm?! " Spinferno questioned showing us Brody's missing datacomm." You're in trouble now! " he warned us. But when i looked at Brody, he didn't even seem bothered by it.

"I don't need my datacomm. What takes to be a ranger isn't in a computer. It's right here." Brody said pumping his fist to his heart. I smiled at that.

"And here" Sarah said copying Brody.

"And here!" we all said following his movements.

"Ugh. Yuck!" Spinferno exclaimed in disgust. We all got in a stance as Brody pulled out his star and morpher.

"It's morphing time! Power star, lock in!" Brody shouted locking his star in his morpher."Ready! Ninja spin!" he yelled spinning his star and morphing into the Red ranger.

"Power of the ninja! Ninja Steel Red!" he shouted

"Stealth of the ninja! Ninja Steel blue!" Prestion shouted.

"Strength of the ninja! Ninja Steel yellow!" Calvin shouted.

"Spirit of the ninja! Ninja Steel white!" Hayley shouted.

"Speed of the ninja! Ninja Steel pink!" Sarah shouted.

"Shadow of the ninja! Ninja Steel Black!" I shouted.

"Power rangers, NINJA STEEL!" we all shouted getting into a fighting stance.

"Kudabots!" Spinferno summond the kudabots to slow us down.

"All right team. Lets do this." Brody told us before we all flipped and went to fight the kudabots. All of us were doing flips and hit all the kudabots.

"Kudabots go down easy." Prestion shouted pushing a kudabot away.

"Yeah their real pushovers." Calvin said as he he got under then kicked him in the butt.

"Not even breaking a sweat." i commented slahing there more Kudabots.

"Brody and Prestion, get the monster." Hayley told them before slashing another Kudabot.

"We'll take care of these freaks." i assured them dodging a hit for them. It took us some time but we finished them.

"Come on, lets find Brody and Prestion." i told them pointing to where they were last. When we got there we saw Spinferno blasting them.

"Guys. Oh no." Hayley yelled as we ran to them to help them.

"More rangers. Catch me if you can. Toddle loo." Spinferno exclaimed rolling away from us.

"He's getting away." Sarah said as she looked ahead. We helped the boys up and they thanked us

"Calvin, catch up to Spinferno and lure him back to conifer park." Brody instructed Calvin. "We'll have a trap ready." he continued.

"Got it. I'll give water mode another shot." Calvin accepted before running towards Spinferno.

"So how are we going to trap that fire-jet? " i asked Brody using a nickname i though was funny.

"Yeah he' s too powerful for our weapons." Sarah said looking at her sword.

"No monster is more powerful then the six elements." Brody said pulling out his element star then looking at us. Then we ran to the entrance of the park and hid in the bushes and waited for Spinferno to appear. After a few minutes we heard roller blades.

" I can see the park entrance. Im gonna win. " i heard Spinferno say rolling past us but we came out and blocked both ways.

"Suprise!" Brody said When we got out.

"Ninja spin! Element star! Forest attack!" we yelled setting our stars on forest mode then spinning the stars and pointing our swords at Spinferno, green vines coming out from them. They wrapped tightly around Spinferno trapping him.

"Gotcha." Calvin said When he came to us.

"You tricked me." Spinferno exclaimed like it wasn't obvious.

"Yes we did." i said in a matter-a-factly tone.

"And looks like this rave is over." Brody said before we all set our element stars on fire attack.

"Element star. Fire attack!" we yelled spinning our stars. "Final strike!" fire shot through our swords and burned Spinferno for good. We all cheered at our victory. But just as we were about to leave, a purple beam shot through the sky and a 30ft tall skeleton monster appeared. Just our luck. We all looked up at the sky.

" What in the world. What is that?!" i wondered aloud.

"That thing looks crazy!" Hayley said a little scared.

"Yeah well out zords are crazy too." Prestion said pulling out his sword. We all pulled out our zords stars and swords.

"Zord stars, lock in!" Brody shouted as we all locked our Zord star to our swords and pressing a button. "Activate!" we ran a finger down our swords, putting them on our shoulders.

"Ninja spin!" we all shouted spinning our stars and our zords appeared for battle.

"Ninja Steel zords, out of the shadows!" Brody said as we jumped into our significant Zord.

"Dragon Zord, fire breath." Prestion shouted shooting fire, burning the monster a little. "You like that bonehead?" he rhetorically asked the skullgator.

"How about this?" Brody attacked then tumbled away then caught the skullgator's arm before it hit him.

"Heads up!" Calvin came with his nitro Zord with boulders in the trunk. "Got some presents from my Zord." Calvin told Brody and Brody holded the skullgator in place. "Nitro Zord, boulders launch!" he shouted, the zord's claw threw the boulders, hitting the skullgator. Then the claw span Calvin around and launched him toward the monster's nose. "Hey! I think you got something on you face!" Calvin yelled stabbing it's missle. "My star blade." he finished getting off the skullgator and back into his Zord. We all cheered for him. But the skullgator just roared really loud. "Woah, i think i just made him angrier." he said shocked.

"Follow me! I have an idea how to beat him!" Brody instructed getting off his Zord and into the ground.

"Roger that." We all got off our zords and went to Brody.

"Just like we've come together as a team, i think our zords can too." he suggested.

"You mean, like a Meagazord." i asked him

"You know it." he answered me pulling out a different Zord star.
"Ninja Steel Meagazord, combine! Lock, in! " he shouted locking his star into his sword and putting it onto his shoulders. "Ninja spin!" he yelled spinning the star and all Zord zords combined.

"Robo-red Zord!" Brody shouted.

"Dragon Zord!" Prestion shouted.

"Nitro zord!" Calvin shouted.

"Kodiac zord!" Hayley shouted.

"Zoom zord!" Sarah shouted.

"Pheonix zord!" I shouted.

"Ninja Steel Megazord, ready." Brody shouted when the Megazord was complete. All the other zords were the body while my zord was the shield and sword. We all appeared in what looks like a white cockpit with red essenses everywhere. We all looked at it in awe.

"This is wicked awesome!" i exclaimed in amazement.

"This is unbelivable." Calvin said shocked.

"But it doesn't seem to be energized." Sarah pointed out. Then i looked at the dash board next to me and there was a star there.

"Guys check it out." i said picking up the star and getting their attention. They also saw the stars and picked them up.

"I wonder what these ninja stars do?" Brody questioned

"These stars have ninja masters on them." Prestion told us.

"They must activate our power." Brody finished Prestion's theory. "Ninja master mode stars." he shouted as we held the stars in front of us.

"Lock in!" we shouted locking our stars. "Ninja spin! " we spin our stars and we got into some sick gear. Brody got some fancy blade.

"Ninja master mode, ready." Brody said spinning his blade while we took out our swords. "The ninja master blade is ready to rock." he said examining his new blade while we just looked at each other with this new sweet look.

"This new mode is exactly what we need." Prestion told us and i gotta agree its what we needed.

"Being a ranger keeps getting better and better." Hayley said excitedly.

"That thing has no hope now." Sarah said putting her sword on her shoulder.

"Lets teach this bad boy a lesson." Calvin suggested pointing towards the skullgator.

"Ninja slash!" Brody shouted swinging his blade and megazord did the same and hit the monster. "This megazord has awesome strength." he said swinging the monster again. We hit him again and it backed away. "Lets finish this. Ninja master blade, energize !" he exclaimed putting the blade and spinning the star before the blade activated. It was incredible. The megazord's sword also energize.

"Ninja Steel megazord. Master slash!" we shouted swinging our swords. "Final Attack!" The megazord slashed the skullgator and the slashes were in our significant colors. It groaned before talking down and exploding as the megazord turned around. "Show's over, ninjas win!" we all shouted in victory. We all cheered.

"Alright! We did it team!" Brody congratulated us.

"We sure did." i said.

"Right on!" Hayley exclaimed.

*time skip*

All of us except Brody were in school. We were playing pool at the pool table and it was now Sarah's turn. She hit the ball but it didn't get in the hole.

"Guys." Brody said getting our attention as he walked to us. "I've got a suprise for you." he said putting his bag on the table.

"Ooo i love suprises." i said and Brody chuckled at that.

"Mick and i made these, and there my way of saying..." he took a breath before continuing. "im sorry for relying on my datcomm instead of my friends. Together we'll face a lot of different problem. The solution's always the same: team work" He apologised looking at us and we nodded smiling. "Galvanax cut my datacomm connected to the Warrior dome and Mick couldn't reconnect it, but..." He said as he rumaged into his bag. "He made these ninja comms." he continued pulling out six ninja comms as we all gasped in excitment as he out them next to each other. "We can communicate with each other." he finished as everyone took one each and put them on our wrist.

"Ninja comms?" Hayley questioned excitedly. I just couldn't believe it. Brody was just looking at us with a smile

"So now their connected to something even more powerful than the Warrior dome." Prestion pointed out.

"The ranger team." Sarah said putting her fist in the air. The rest of us did the same and when we did our ninja comms glowed. We all chuckled at that.

"What? That sounds like me." i heard Victor's voice so i turned around and saw Victor covered in foam. Apperently Victor wanted to become more famous then Brody so he tried to fight a monster but that went terribly. Someone edited the video and it is now viral. At least he wish came true. He and Monty got closer to look at the video.

"How could you do this Monty?" Victor asked Monty in shock.

"Victor I-i'm so sorry." Monty started apologising but i saw a smile on Victor's face.

"You're a genius. I finnaly have more views than the power rangers." He said happily grabbing Monty's face and turning it to the laptop.

"B-but um." Monty was saying but Victor interruped him.

"They love me. They really love me." he said looking proud of the video. Monty was smiling as much as he could to support Victor. Us on the other hand were laughing and Sarah facepalmed herself. I then looked at Brody and saw a necklace around his neck. It was so familiar. Thats it i have to talk to Brody and im planning tomorrow.
