Previously:

"Phew that was a close one." i said taking a breath in relief. "So what were those? " i asked Mick.

"They're called Basherbots. They are like minions working for Galvanax." he said. Then he looked at his device on his wrist. "I have to get this fixed so i can contact Brody."

"What about the school. There are plenty of tools , you can be sure to fix it there" Calvin suggested.

"Yeah thats a good idea" i agreed. Mick agreed to the suggestion and we headed to school hoping we do not bump into those monsters again.

Present:
Kaylee's POV

We were driving for an hour until we got to the school.

"Let's go round the back entrance." Calvin suggested to Hayley. She agreed and pulled over to the entrance.

"So this is shop class, where we built and fix things" Hayley explained to Mick stopping the truck. He slipped off the truck as we got off it.

"There's plenty of tools in this class, so hopefully can fix this wrist thing of yours." Calvin said to Mick pointing to shop class. I saw a green coat hanging so i took it and went up to him.

"Mick um, just try to.. blend in." I said putting the coat behind him so he can move his arms into the sleeves.

"I can change into a tire." he said excitedly trying to turn into a tire, but we stopped before he could.

"No No No! Not that kind of blend in. Just act normal and no one will notice your here, okay." Calvin said putting his hands in his pockets while i put the coat on Mick. Mick was a bit confused but he agreed and we went inside. When we got in, there were students working around, noise coming from every angle.
Suddently we heard someone shout.

" You!!" it was Principal Hastings pointing her pen towards Mick. She walked towards us and i thought we were busted, but what she said next suprised me. "You must be our new shop teacher, im Principal Hastings very nice to meet you." she said streching her hand out to Mick so he can shake it. I took a breath in relief. We really did need a new shop teacher. Mick shook her hand in an interesting way and held his hand like he was gonna wave.

" I'm Mick. Its uh very nice to meet you too. " he said offering a smile while principal Hastings tried to remove something from her hand. Then she smiled at Mick and put her hand on his back, walking away from us. There was so much noise that i couldn't hear what they were talking about. But it didn't look like a bad talk. She then walked away from him.

" Good luck!!" she shouted rushing towards the door and getting out of the room.

"She thinks im your.. teacher." he said confused pointing at the door and walking towards us.

"At least your..." i was saying, but i got interrupted by a honk. We turned around and saw Victor Vincent in a car and his minion Monty pushing it.

"That'll do Monty. We are all finished with the paint booth" he said as they got out of the paint booth, not knowing one of the wheels of the car was over a cable connected to a machine (i don't know what the machine is called). "So, you are our new instructor" he saidto Mick as he got out of the car and walked to us.

"Well uhh... " Mick tried to say something but Victor interrupted him.

"The name's Victor Vincent. Six pack abs, impeccable teeth." he introduced himself, pointing at his stomach then his mouth, flashing a smile. "Clearly your top student." he continued pointing at Mick. I rolled my eyes and silently scoffed at his introduction. Mick looked at us before he was pulled by Victor. "And i just did a paint job almost as perfecto as i am" he said showing Mick the car.

"Almost" Monty added.

"i said almost" Victor argued. He continued to show his work. "Just look at the sleek.. lines. Look at the sweeping curves hmmm." he hummed in satisfaction after they moved to the side of the car. "Truly one of a kind." he said his hands on his torso. Then a noiseof a machine came out of nowhere. Mick ducked and suddently blue paint exploded on Victor and Monty. I bit my knuckles as i tried so hard not to laugh. Then Mick rose up.

"And now you are three of a kind. " he joked and left them. They lifted their goggles looking at each other dumbfounded.

"Now that 1000% made my day." i laughed not being able to hold my laugh any longer.

* Time skip *

We waited until everyone left so Mick can fix his data comm thingy. Calvin and i were watching him work while Hayley was guarding the door incase someone came in. It looked like he was just about done.

"Ha, piece of space cake" Mick said as sparks came from the device. He dropped the tools and removed his goggles.

"Guys, everyone's going home. We gonna have to leave soon." Hayley warned, running to us.

"Let's hope it works" Mick hoped. He pressed a button and the data comm opened with a turquoise light shining from it. He then tried to contact Brody, whoever that is. And he succeded. Someone appeared on the screen who i pressume it's Brody.

"Brody, are you okay?" he asked Brody worried.

"Yeah i'm fine, but we're in trouble." Brody answered. "We know where the ninja steel is, but so does Galvanax. And we need to get to the high school." he continued with determanation in his voice.

"Okay we're on way." Mick said almost declining until he thought for a minute.
"Wait i'm at the high school." he continued excitedly with a smile.

"What?! That's great!" Brody exclaimed.
"The ninja steel is in my dad's trophy" he explained. Then a blonde girl showed up that looked quite familiar.

"It's in front-center of a school trophy cabinet. Look for the name Dane Romero." she said. Then i remembered. It's the girl from this morning.

* Flashback *

We were at school. Calvin's truck couldn't start so he had to fix it. I was playing a little with kodi while we waited.

"Try it now." he said to Hayley coming from under the truck. Hayley tried to activated and it worked.

"Yes! It worked!" Hayley exclaimed excitedly. I heard something from behind and i saw a girl on a hoverboard. Wait, a hoverboard! I've never seen something like that.

"Coming through" the girl shouted. Calvin screamed and ducked so he wouldn't get hit and the girl flew over his head. Calvin rose his head up and the three of is looked at the girl in amazement.

"Sorry about that!" she shouted an apology. I haven't seen her around. She must be new.

* End of flashback*

"Grab it and we'll come meet you." Brody said, taking me out of my thoughts.

"Okay, see you soon." Mick replied giving him a thumbs up then declining. He turned towards us.

"Let's go." he said rushing to the door, us following close behind.

* Little time skip *

"There it is." Mick said when we got to the trophy cabinet. He grabbed the trophy and open the top."The ninja steel." he said with relief. He closed the top. "Let's go meet Brody." he said and we nodded. We ran to the back of the school and got outside. "Oh which way? He asked confused. Out of nowhere the same beam of light from the first time came and another monster appeared. He looked like a robot with saws attached to him. The three got in a defensive stance.

" Gotcha! Give me the ninja steel.. or else." the monster said before throwing two purple saws towards Mick knocking him down.

"MICK! " i yelled running towards him checking if he was okay. Hayley and Calvin looked at us then each other before they ran to some sport bags on the floor.

"Grab something!" Calvin exclaimed grabbing a metal baseball bat, while Hayley grabbed a tennis racket. They went to the monster and started fighting him. They each took turns delivering a hit to him. But when it was Hayley's turn the monster tripped her, but Calvin caught her just in her.

"Nice catch." Hayley complimented. Calvin thanked her and continued to fight him. Mick and i watched them fight and i was very worried. They tried to hit him together, but he blocked there attack.

"I gave you a sporty chance, now the game's over." The monster said pushing them away.

"This bat's made of metal." he exclaimed while looking at his bended bat and Hayley's broken racket.

"First the bat, and now... your boomed!" The monster exclaimed shooting purple saws at them and they fell to the ground.

" NOO! " i yelled watching them get knocked down. The monster started walking towards us and i got up in a defensive stance, but i didn't have anything with me, so he pushed me away efforlessly getting closer to Mick. I hit my head quite hard, but not hard enough so i can pass out. Mick got up on his feet.

"Ha ha ha now hand over that trophy!!" the monster demanded, kicking Mick's foot making him fall down. "I see you want to do this the hard way." he laughed ready hit Mick, but Mick blocked his hit with his arm, breaking his data comm as a result.

"My data comm." Mick said with sadness in his voice looking at his now-broken data comm.

And that's not all i'll destroy!" the monster exclaimed ready to hit Mick.
