GIDEON'S APARTMENT
Gideon is bleeding out on the floor, from the pair of scissors that Billy jammed in his neck, when Quinn walks in after going to grab breakfast.

Quinn: "Okay, not only are you super cute and have a great address, but you have literally the nicest people working in your bagel shop that I have ever—" she starts before spotting Gideon. She then drops the bagels and coffees in her hands to rush to his aid. Once by his side, she pulls out the scissors, causing him to bleed out even more, and tries to grab the phone to call 911, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Oh, god. Ohh. I-I Ohh. Ohh. Oh, god. Ohh. Oh, g-- You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. You're--you're gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. I'm gonna get help. Hold on. Just hold on. Hold on. You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be..." she repeats while trying her best to reach for the phone and keep pressure on his wound. As she keeps trying to grab the phone that is just a bit far from her grasp, Gideon eventually stops moving and succumbs to his injury. Quinn stares at his body for a moment before walking over and picking up the phone.

CYRUS'S HOUSE
Mia is lying on the couch in Cyrus's office, when he walks in and over to her. He then lightly shakes her shoulder to try and wake the sleeping twenty-two year old.

Cyrus: "Meems... Mia... Mia." he says, causing her to stir and slowly open her eyes.

Mia: "What?"

Cyrus: "You fell asleep on my couch last night after we finished talking." he informs her, as she sits up and takes in the morning sun, as well as the fact that Cyrus is fully dressed and looks exhausted.

Mia: "If you're just waking me now, why does it look like you've been up for hours. Hell you're even in a suit." she pauses as he goes quiet. "You've been up for hours. What, did you go to the White House?"

Cyrus: "I had to talk to him about the tape and realization that you had." he sighs.

Mia: "And?"

Cyrus: "He wasn't there." he states through gritted teeth.

Mia: "He wasn't there? Where in the world would he... Liv?"

Cyrus: "Yep."

Mia: "Okay, it's too early for me to get involved with that mess of a problem. So I'm gonna go and let you get back to the White House."

Cyrus: "I can't believe he has me going to war with the two of you and then he spends the night there." he rants, while she picks up her things to leave and as she does her phone starts to ring.

Mia: "What's up?... Okay, slow down, what happened?... Okay, I still can't underst—... okay, have you called Olivia?... Okay, I'll go grab her and then we'll head straight there." she says over the phone before hanging up.

Cyrus: "Who was that?"

Mia: "One of are associates. I couldn't understand most of what she was saying, so I'm going to head back to my apartment, grab Liv and then head over there. Because thank god, that at least I could understand where she's at." she informs him as she gives him a hug goodbye, "Bye, Cy."

Cyrus: "Bye, Meems." he replies back as she walks out of his office.

WHITE HOUSE
Morris: "Morning again, Mr. Chambers." he greets, as Billy walks up to the front gates, "You've been a busy man. I signed you in two hours ago. Most people are just prying their eyelids open, And you've already been out causing trouble."

Billy: "Right. Have a good one." he says before making his way into the White House.

While walking towards his office one of the aides is telling him a list of things he needs to do, even though he's really not paying attention to them.

Aide: "You have a 9:30 with the legislative affairs team to discuss the Gulf Coast Initiative. The advance briefing is on your desk, and then at 10:00, the Vice President would like you to join her for the prayer breakfast, and then—" she tries to tell him as he shuts the door in her face with shaky hands. He then walks over to his desk and starts typing something on his computer.

GIDEON'S APARTMENT
Olivia: "So she just called you and told you to come over?" she asks as the two walk up to Gideon's apartment door.

Mia: "Honestly I couldn't understand most of what she said, the only words that were coherent were Gideon's apartment."

Olivia: "So we have no clue what we're about to walk into?"

Mia: "No clue, what's so ever."

Olivia: "Great." she says before knocking on it, and when receiving no answer she starts to open it.

Mia: "Quinn?" she questioningly greets as her and Olivia walk into the room.

Quinn: "Thank you. Thank you for coming. I didn't know what to do. I'm sorry. I didn't know. I'm sorry. I was gonna call 9-1-1, And then he—" she informs the two as they finally get a glimpse of Gideon's dead body.

Mia/Olivia: "Quinn, who else have you called?" they both ask, shocked at what they're now looking at.

Quinn: "You. Just you, Mia, because whoever k-killed Gideon, he's out there. We should call the police. We should. The police have to be called."

Mia/Olivia: "Quinn, we can't call the police."

Quinn: "Why, why, why, why, why? He's dead. When someone's dead, you call the police." she asks, as she wipes her bloody hand on her cheek, to try and wipe away a tear.

Mia: "Quinn, you know why we can't call the police." she calmly tells her.

Quinn: "What? He's dead. Why can't we? We have to. Why?"

Olivia: "Because if we call the police, they'll find out who you really are." she states, causing Quinn to look at the two with fear in her eyes.

WHITE HOUSE
Fitz: "Cyrus." he greets from his spot at his desk when Cyrus walks in and sits next to him.

Cyrus: "James wants to adopt an Ethiopian baby."

Fitz: "That's good."

Cyrus: "It is. It is good, but I've been fighting him on it, been making all sorts of excuses about why it's not a good idea. I'm not a young man. I work crazy hours. Once you have a kid, your life's no longer your own. The usual suspects. The whole thing was off the table, at least until last night."

Fitz: "Last night?"

Cyrus: "Yeah, last night, when I went looking for the President of the United States and found out that he was at his girlfriend's house."

Fitz: "Here it comes. Cyrus the Holy."

Cyrus: "You tell me to go to war with Olivia Pope, then you spend the night with her. Are you out of your mind? What did you do, throw pebbles at her window? Hide under her bed while her mom and dad came by her room, said good night?"

Fitz: "All right. That's enough."

Cyrus: "Why did you even run for this job, to get laid? You couldn't get laid as Governor?"

Fitz: "Get out of my office."

Cyrus: "What you did last night was stupid and reckless! You want to know what I gave up to put you here in this office, what I've done for you, the ends that I've gone to? If you had any idea—"

Fitz: "I am so sick of you saying you put me in the White House. I got myself elected. I put myself in the White House!"

Cyrus: "You were a flyboy with a good head of hair and a pushy dad."

Fitz: "I'm sorry if one of the girls that you hired, the girl you mentored, the girl you brought in to save the day, one of your girls, fell in love with me. That must really eat at you, Cy."

Cyrus: "You don't deserve this job."

Fitz: "And yet here I am!"

Aide: "Sorry to interrupt, Mr. President. It's the cult situation in Georgia. Three ATF agents were just shot near the compound." she says as she walks into the room to let Fitz know about the situation.

GIDEON'S APARTMENT
Mia and Liv are standing in front of Stephen, Abby, Harrison and Huck, as Quinn is staring at Gideon's corpse.

Mia/Olivia: "She's our client."

Harrison: "We barely know her."

Stephen: "No, she's an employee."

Harrison: "Who we barely know."

Mia/Olivia: "And now she's our client."

Abby: "There is a dead reporter on the floor. Can we have this conversation someplace else?"

Harrison: "I don't know why we're not calling it in. I'll dial 9-1-1 right now."

Olivia: "We can't do that."

Stephen: "Why not?" he asks, as Quinn tries to move which immediately catches Mia's eye.

Mia: "I'm gonna have to ask you to not move." she instructs her.

Quinn: "Huh?"

Huck: "You're leaving footprints."

Olivia: "If we call the police, there's gonna be a problem for Quinn."

Harrison: "What?"

Abby: "What problem?"

Mia: "She can't be photographed, booked, or fingerprinted in any official capacity."

Olivia: "She cannot be connected to the crime scene in any way."

Stephen: "Why not?" he asks, causing Mia and Olivia to look at one another and nod before turning back to the group.

Mia/Olivia: "Her name isn't actually Quinn Perkins." they inform the group causing their eyes to widen.

Stephen: "What?"

Abby: "Who the hell is she?"

Mia/Olivia: "She's our client. That's who she is."

Olivia: "That's all we need to tell you. That's all you need to know."

Mia: "She's our client, and she needs our help."

Abby: "What are we supposed to do? She's covered in blood. Her fingerprints are everywhere. How do you think we're getting her out of here?" she questions, causing Liv and Mia to look towards Huck.

Huck: "I'm gonna want hands covered," he states while grabbing a bag of gloves and a hair tie, "and Mia, your hair sheds, so it need to go up." he says to her, as she grabs it and puts her hair into a bun.

Stephen: "No way! I am an Officer of the Court. So is Harrison. So is Abby. So is Mia. So is Liv."

Abby: "Okay, if we're doing this, we're destroying all the evidence. You realize what this means?"

Harrison: "I've been to prison, and I'm not going back."

Huck: "You were in prison for three days."

Harrison: "It was prison!" he shouts at Huck, before turning to Quinn, "Who are you?"

Mia: "No! Do not. She's our client."

Abby: "I don't—"

Olivia: "Hey!" she yells out, as she spots Quinn trying to move again which gains Mia's attention.

Mia: "No moving." she reiterates. 

Mia/Olivia: "We can't leave her here." they repeat back to the group.

Stephen: "Okay, I'm gonna want you to say it, because once you say this, there's no going back. The police will never be able to find Gideon's killer. His murder never gets solved." he states to the two, causing them to look at each and then back to the group.

Mia/Olivia: "We clean it." they inform them, as Huck gives them each a pair of gloves and they go to start cleaning the apartment. Abby goes over to the body, Stephen goes over to coffee table with a bunch of files on Amanda Tanner, Harrison and Huck go into the bedroom while Olivia and Mia head over to Quinn.

Abby: "Take 'em or leave 'em?" she asks about the scissors, that were once in Gideon's neck.

Huck: "Did you touch them?"

Quinn: "What?"

Huck: "Did you touch the scissors?"

Quinn: "I pulled them out of his neck."

Huck: "Take 'em."

Quinn: "What's happening?" she questions while looking around the room confused.

Harrison: "I think they had sex."

Quinn: "What's happening?"

Olivia: "Did you sleep with Gideon last night?"

Quinn: "What's happening?"

Mia: "If you did, your DNA could be on the sheets. We'll need to take them. Did you?"

Quinn: "I don't understand." she whispers to her.

Harrison: "I found some clothes. I think they'll fit." he informs them as he lays the clothes on a chair in front of Quinn.

Mia/Olivia: "We're gonna need you to change the clothes that you're wearing."

Stephen: "There's some research here about Amanda Tanner. A laptop computer. We should take it."

Quinn: "What?"

Olivia: "You'll need to remove your clothes."

Abby: "Judging by lividity, he's been dead less than two hours."

Huck: "They had sex and ate grilled cheese. I bagged that, too." he says walking out of the bedroom and into the kitchen that opens up to the living room.

Quinn: "Can someone—"

Mia: "Your clothes, they're covered in blood. Your shoes, too. I'm gonna need you to take them off. Put on this t-shirt and sweatpants." she informs her while pointing to the clothes and grabbing some wipes to clean off the blood on Quinn.

Quinn: "Uh," she mumbled while trying to move.

Olivia: "No moving! Right here."

Quinn: "What?"

Olivia: "Quinn, I'm sorry, but—"

Huck: "Please do not spread your DNA any further. Just change right here."

Quinn: "I don't-I don't understand." she says looking at Mia.

Mia: "Look, you have to change, and it has to be now, okay? You're the client. No one's looking."

Quinn: "These are—"

Mia: "Gideon's clothes. I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to put them on." she tells her causing her to nod and then take off her clothes while Mia wipes the blood off of her. The rest of the group are cleaning any and all DNA that Quinn could have left. 

Mia/Olivia: "We ready?" they ask once everything looks all cleaned up.

Huck: "We're good."

Mia/Olivia: "We sure?"

Huck: "We're good."

Quinn: "What's happening?"

Stephen: "We're cleaning the scene. You were never here. Let's go." he says once they get ready to walk out the door.

Quinn: "But we can't just leave him here like that on the floor by himself. We can't j—"

Stephen: "Do you know what we just did for you?!"

Mia: "Stephen," she tries to say, but he ignores her and continues.

Stephen: "Do you know what's happening, what this could do to us?!"

Quinn: "He'll be all alone." she quietly tells them, causing Liv to go and pick up the phone and make a call. 

Operator: "9-1-1?"

Olivia: "Hello. I'm at 2950 Prospect Street. I'd like to report a murder."

Operator: "What?"

Olivia: "A murder." she states before hanging up.

Mia: "Everybody out."

Huck: "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait."

Mia/Olivia: "What?"

Huck: "Did anybody get his cell phone?"

Mia/Olivia: "What?"

Huck: "His cell phone. Anybody find it?"

Stephen: "We don't need to—"

Huck: "We need it!"

Olivia: "I already called the police."

Mia: "We have maybe eight minutes before they arrive on the scene."

Huck: "He's 202, Quinn?" he asks trying to call Gideon's cell.

Quinn: "Uh, 555-0196."

Abby: "Where is it?"

Stephen: "We're running out of time."

Harrison: "I got it. It's there. It's in his pocket." he points out, as it's in Gideon's pocket.

Abby: "Get it."

Harrison: "I'm not getting it!" he shouts causing Abby to walk over to the body and take the phone.

Abby: "Let's go." she states and causing them all to head out.

WHITE HOUSE
Billy walks in, with a letter that he just typed, as Sally is talking to some people. He goes over to her desk and sets down the envelope.

Billy: "For you, when you get the chance."

Sally: "Mm. Well, aren't you going to join us for prayer breakfast?" she acknowledges and then asks once he begins to leave the room.

Billy: "No, I've got a full plate this morning. Mention me in your prayers, though. I'll take all I can get."

Sally: "Everything okay today, Billy?"

Billy: "Well, why wouldn't it be? I've got the greatest job in the world! Giving a voice to people who don't have one, people who depend on us every day to make this country better for them. We're blessed to be doing what we're doing."

Sally: "Someone give this man a raise and a pulpit."

Billy: "Working for you has been reward enough, Madam President." he says as he walks out, causing her to look at him strangely before continuing on with her previous conversation.

OPA
The group, minus Quinn who is sitting in Olivia's office, are surrounding the conference table and going over their information on Gideon.

Olivia: "All right. Gideon Wallace,"

Mia: "What do we know?"

Abby: "The last couple of weeks, he's been working on a story about Amanda Tanner."

Harrison: "Obviously he got too close to something, got a pair of scissors in the neck for his trouble."

Olivia: "He figured out who sent her to sleep with the President." she states, causing everyones eyes to widen and Mia to give Liv a look.

Abby: "Somebody sent Amanda in to sleep with the President? How do we know that part?"

Mia/Olivia: "We just do." they say, as Mia doesn't take her eyes off of Liv.

Abby: "But how do we just do?"

Stephen: "I don't think it's important."

Mia: "Let's move on."

Huck: "Gideon made 28 phone calls last night, All D.C. and Virginia area codes. The last call was to the White House switchboard."

Harrison: "So he was trying to call one of these people."

Stephen: "'Boyfriend lives in Logan Circle?' Amanda had a boyfriend?" he asks after reading it from one of Gideon's notes.

Abby: "Who works at the White House."

Mia/Olivia: "That's our guy."

Olivia: "What about his laptop?"

Huck: "He was on it most of the night looking at videos. It's gonna take me a few hours to go through it all."

Olivia: "Abby and Stephen, call every number on that pad."

Mia: "Harrison, follow up on the addresses." she instructs him as Quinn comes out of the office and behind Liv and Mia.

Quinn: "I can help. I'd rather be doing something, anything. Let me help." she tells them as they turn around to look at her.

Mia: "You can help by sitting on that chair and not moving."

Olivia: "You're the client, Quinn. Let us do our job."

WHITE HOUSE
The White House press secretary, Marvin, is standing in front of reporters and answering questions, as Billy is standing in the back.

Marvin: "At 9:30 this morning, gunfire erupted outside the Heaven's Rapture compound in Hacklene, Georgia. Three ATF agents were wounded, though I can confirm that they're now in stable condition." he informs them at the podium before the reporters all start asking questions over one another, "Come on. Come on. Come on. Folks, please. Please. One at a time. It's been a long morning. Yes."

Reporter: "What course of action can we expect from the President?"

Billy: "It's a crazy world we live in, Ted." he whispers to the camera man.

Ted: "What?"

Billy: "You're gonna want to get this next part loud and clear." he says, ignoring his question, and making his way to the front.

Marvin: "...which include Vice President Langston and Attorney General Sawyer, are determined not to use force. That doesn't mean they're not going to, and as to further details... I can't tell you anything new."

Billy: "Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me." he says while walking past people.

Fitz, Sally and a handful of others are sitting around a conference table getting briefed about the situation, as Sally opens Billy's letter and begins to read it.

Woman: "We have a couple of options here. If we go in through the back of the compound, that will give us the easiest access to the schoolhouse building. Our satellite images confirm that the adjacent armory is accessible through an unarmed rooftop doorway—"

Sally: "Holy crap." she proclaims after skimming Billy's letter, causing the rest of the room to look at her, while she looks up at Fitz.

Marvin: "The President is determined not to use an—" he starts off saying as Billy makes his way to the podium, "Billy?"

Billy: "Sorry about your morning, Marv. It's about to get longer. Good morning, everyone. My name is William David Chambers, and for the past 14 months, I've had the great honor to serve Vice President Sally Langston as her Chief of Staff, so it is with deep sadness and regret that I will resign my position officially, effective immediately. Now I've prayed long and hard for a solution to the painful situation I find myself in, but... but I've come up short. Now the Bible tells us, 'A false witness will not go unpunished. And he who pours out lies will perish.' So I will take what little solace I can this morning by simply telling the truth. And the truth is this... I had an affair with a White House Aide, named Amanda Tanner." he announces, which causes the reporters to begin shouting questions over one another again.

OPA
Mia is standing next to Liv, reading the papers, over her shoulder, about some of the information Gideon had found, as the group discusses his findings.

Olivia: "Gideon had it narrowed down to 57 male employees in the West Wing."

Quinn: "He's on tv right now." she quietly says, while walking in the conference room, gaining only Mia's attention.

Olivia: "I want blood types on everyone. If we cross-match them to the coroner's report,"

Harrison: "Find Amanda's baby daddy, and Gideon's murderer."

Mia: "Who's on tv?" she asks Quinn, as everyone else goes on with the previous conversation.

Quinn: "He's on tv right now." she tells the room again, while Mia walks pass her and into Liv's office.

Harrison: "It's a twofer." he whistles continuing on with the original conversation.

Quinn: "HE'S ON TV RIGHT NOW!" she shouts, gaining the rest of the groups' attention.

Mia: "Holy shit!" she yells out, from Olivia's office, causing the entire group to rush into the other room.

WHITE HOUSE
Billy: "Amanda and I met on the campaign trail two years ago. Uh, we fell in love, and when I learned that she was carrying our child, I planned to propose. So you can imagine my shock and horror when I learned that the President of the United States was abusing his power and privilege to take sexual advantage of Ms. Tanner, when I learned that she killed herself only weeks after sleeping with the President, and when I... when I found an explicit audiotape that Amanda had made of her sexual encounter in the Oval Office with the President of the United States. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to take them."

Reporter 1: "Have you spoken to Ms. Tanner's family?"

Billy: "I haven't, but, uh, obviously, my thoughts and prayers are with them and have been all along."

Reporter 2: "Where did you find the tape?"

Reporter 3: "What does it have on it exactly?"

Billy: "Please guys, one at a time."

Reporter 4: "Did Amanda Tanner tell you she was seeing the President?"

Billy: "She did. She was very upset about it. She came..."

Woman: "Red team will take the lead they will secure all of the children in the compound first, prior to the arrival of the blue team and intelligence—" Fitz hears, listening to the options that can be taken to handle the cult situation, when a secret service agent walks over and whispers in his ear, causing the President to look towards Sally.

Mellie: "Now what's interesting is, Lincoln never actually..." she says, while giving a tour, but gets cut off as the group focuses on the tv.

Reporter(on tv): "Have you had a chance to talk with the president?"

Mellie: "...slept in the Lincoln bedroom." she finishes saying, before turning to watch the tv. 

Billy(on tv): "No, I haven't. I-I don't think the President cares to speak with me right now but uh, if he ever should, the doors always open."

Reporter(on tv): "How did you find the President's sex tape?"

Billy(on tv): "I discovered it among Amanda's personal effects."

Reporter(on tv): "So, Billy, you've heard the tape yourself?"

Billy(on tv): "Unfortunately, yes."

Billy: "Look, when you hear the tape, and I-I can promise that you will, I think you will all agree that it is unmistakably President Grant." he says to the press, as Cyrus comes rushing into the room. Once there, he gets Marvin's attention and beckons him over. 

Reporter: "Do you feel the public has a right to hear what's on that tape?"

Cyrus: "You get him down." he starts off, after Marvin finally makes his way over to him, "I don't care how you do it. Why is he still talking? Your twenty-two year old predecessor could have gotten him to shut up. So, why is he still up there!?"

Marvin: "All due respect, sir, we need to consider the optics here."

Cyrus: "Oh, no." he says to him, before pointing to security to get Billy off the podium, "Go."

Marvin: "Forcibly removing the Vice President's Chief of Staff from the press podium is just gonna legitimize..."

Cyrus: "I want him down now."

Marvin: "Whatever this—"

Cyrus: "Now! Now!" he states, as security is removing Billy from the stage.

Billy: "Everyone, it looks like that's all the time I have."

Marvin: "It's been a morning..."

Cyrus: "You're fired, Marvin." he informs him before walking away.

OPA
Reporter(on tv): "And it was just minutes ago, Former Vice President Chief of Staff Billy Chambers leveled some truly shocking charges against President Grant."

Billy(on tv): "The President of the United States was abusing his power to take sexual advantage of Ms. Tanner." the group watches on the televisions in Liv's office, before her and Mia share a look.

WHITE HOUSE
Mia: "I can't believe I didn't see this coming." she begins to ramble, while walking up to the gates with Liv, "I mean this all makes since. Billy has always wanted Sally to be president, he wasn't thrilled when she told him that she accepted Fitz's offer for the VP slot. It make so much sense that he would have been harboring over this for years. I mean... holy shit. This is insanity. This was the missing puzzle piece I was thinking about. I didn't even consider that Billy was still this pissed off that we had beat him during the primaries, but now he may hav—"

Olivia: "Your rambling. Are you drunk, right now? I cannot deal with 'Drunk Mia' at this moment."

Mia: "I'm not drunk." she states to Liv as she gives her a look. "I'm not. I had one drink last night when I went to Cyrus's, but that's it."

Olivia: "You saw Cyrus?"

Mia: "You saw," she starts before whispering, "you know who." causing Liv's eyes to grow slightly while Mia sassily continues, "You want to talk about that?"

Olivia: "There's nothing to talk about."

Mia: "Nothing to ta—..." she then whispers again, "Liv, everyone in the country, no wait, the world, will have heard this tape by this time tomorrow. I would think that there's something to talk about with that, especially with the fact that Amanda's is not the one on it."

Olivia: "There is a lot to talk about with this, but one, now is not the time, two, this is not the place, and three, we have to—"

Mia/Olivia: "Fix it." they say as the two make their way to the gate.

Morris: "It's about time they brought you two in. They need the big guns on this one."

Mia/Olivia: "But we can't make any promises."

Morris: "Hey, in all my years here, he's the only President who's made a point to ask about my wife and kids. You do your best, ladies." he tells them before they make their way through the White House grounds.

Meanwhile, reporters, all over the lawn, are going live as they continue talking about this latest scandal.

Reporter 1: "Only deafening silence from the White House in response to the allegations."

Reporter 2: "Details are starting to emerge about Amanda Tanner ..."

Reporter 3: "While the female voice on the tape can't be determined at this time, we can clearly hear the President saying the words 'take off your clothes.'"

Cyrus is leaning against a desk outside of the Oval, when Mia and Liv walk up to him and stand on either side of the Chief of Staff.

Cyrus: "You know, in Vegas you can bet on political candidates. Before I brought you two on board, the odds on Grant for President were listed at 70 to 1."

Mia/Olivia: "You should have put money down." they say, as Cyrus stays silent, "You didn't."

Cyrus: "Won enough for a nice vacation I'll never take. Think we could do it again? The impossible?"

Mia/Olivia: "Or we go down trying." they tell him, before the three head into the Oval Office to work.

Olivia is sitting on the couch, with her receiver up to her ear and a reporter on the other end, while Cyrus is pacing pack and forth, as he talks on the phone to a chairman. Meanwhile Mia is standing off to the side, with a landline in her hand, talking to a news station.

Olivia: "You publish President Grant's political obituary, and you will eat those words for the rest of your days, Tom."

Mia: "You know what Jason, you're not going to release anything because I said so. Yes I said so, cause it seems that you may have forgotten that it was thanks to me that you even have your career right now."

Cyrus: "I'm just asking you to keep the damn caucuses at bay until I get you talking points."

Olivia: "Well, that's why you should wait for the whole story. Do you want to owe your readers an entire apology?"

Mia: "Yes, I started your career. You wouldn't be where you are today if I didn't get you that exclusive during the whole Blagojevich Senate Seat scandal. So, yes Jason. I am the reason you have a career even worth mentioning."

Fitz: "Everyone." he says, while walking in and trying to gain the room's attention.

Olivia: "No, it happens."

Mia: "If you go forward with this, you're going to regret it."

Cyrus: "Yeah. No. There are a lot of—"

Fitz: "Everyone!" he shouts out, causing everybody in the room to turn towards him.

Olivia: "Hold on." she says to the person on the line.

Fitz: "I need the room. Cyrus, Olivia, Mia, stay."

Olivia: "I'm gonna need to call you back, Tom. But you are to make no decisions without talking to me first. Clear? Got it? Thank you."

Mia: "Really, is that your comeback? And you call yourself a writer."

Cyrus: "I have to call you back."

Mia: "Well, screw you too!" she exclaims, before dramatically hanging up the phone and gaining attention from the three, "I'll call that network back later."

Fitz: "Umm... catch me up." he says after a short pause following Mia's outburst.

Olivia: "Billy's making the rounds."

Mia: "Networks are wall-to-wall with this. Majors broke into daytime and trotted out the big guns."

Olivia: "We need a statement from you, on camera,"

Mia: "Preferably with Mellie by your side." she adds in.

Fitz: "That ship's sailed. She's taking the kids to Santa Barbara for... a while."

Cyrus: "Fine. You alone from the Oval. A flat denial."

Fitz: "I'm not lying about this, Cy. Anyway, a cover-up's always worse than the truth."

Olivia: "Well, we don't have enough truth yet."

Mia: "There's more to this story." she says as her and Liv look at each other and then back to Fitz and Cyrus.

Mia/Olivia: "We're sending you to Georgia."

Olivia: "Milk the end of the cult standoff."

Mia: "It will buy us some time."

Cyrus: "He'll look like he's running from this."

Mia/Olivia: "He'll look Presidential."

Mia: "We need you business as usual, focused on what's important for the country."

Olivia: "Wave as you walk out to Marine One. Remember, you're not dodging, you're working. We'll let that image speak for us until we figure out what Billy's up to."

Cyrus: "Yeah."

Fitz: "I never thought it would be one of our own trying to sink us." he says to the three, before looking at Mia, "Missing puzzle piece?" he asks and receives a nod from her, causing him to sigh.
