Joey's POV

My eye started to open, seeing myself right next to Bryan. We were on my couch and our faces were so close to each other. I looked at him and he looked back. We both smiled and kissed for only about a second. I was still tired and my back and neck hurt from sleeping on the couch. Bryan didn't move though, so we just laid on the couch for awhile. Eventually, Bryan grabbed his phone and showed it to me. He showed me pictures of us on the couch. All of them were just Bryan smiling and me being asleep. Then, he showed me an Instagram story, saying that we'll be at the office tomorrow. Wait what. I shockingly looked at Bryan, then began to speak.

"Wait what? We're going back to the office? Since when did I ever agree to this?" I asked Bryan.

"Relax, and I feel like everyone else should know by now, they are our friends," Bryan said.

"Are you sure?" I asked Bryan again.

"I mean, yeah, I'm sure that no one is homophobic and if they are, they would just have to deal with it."

I had major doubts about this, but then I realized that he posted it on Instagram!

"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, did you post that on Instagram? I bunch of fans will see us and you put the image of you kissing me!" I said to Bryan

"Joey, it's fine. I only made it visible for the Team Edge account to see. I wouldn't make it so everyone that follows would see it, I know some of our fans are stupid. They can also potentially be homophobic," Bryan said.

I was relieved and I know that Bryan wasn't that dumb. Regardless, I can't get mad at him again and that was majority of my fault. I still can't believe that Bryan posted that without my consent, I guess it wouldn't really matter though. Since I still do love Bryan, I'll try to suck it up for tomorrow.

*The next day*

Yesterday, we didn't do a lot, we just decided on what we're going to wear. I mean, it didn't have to be formal since it was our work, but we didn't care. I got the car started and I was waiting for Bryan to arrive. I quietly sat on the front seat, waiting for Bryan to come out. Minutes passed and he was taking too long, so I started honking. I don't know if that got his attention, but I starting to get concerned. I got out of the car and went back inside the house. 

"Bryan?" I yelled out.

"Huh? Yeah coming!" Bryan said and was right in front of me.

"What were you doing?" I asked.

"Oh, sorry my Mom was calling me," Bryan said.

"Your Mom? What was it about, if I'm allowed to ask." 

"Oh yeah sure, she was just notified that we were dating by Kevin, so she fully supported us. It's nice everyone in my family supports us," Bryan said.

Hm, I don't know if he was lying or not, but I'll take his word for it.

"Oh, okay cool. Well, hurry up, I want to get their early," I said.

We eventually got out of the house, locked the front door, and began to drive to the office. It's going to be so weird to see everyone again, I just hope that everything goes correctly this time. Last time we were at the office, we barley got to see anyone, which was kind of good. I was also called up to a meeting with Matthias, so that happened. We eventually arrived at Red Base, so we decided to go in. It was pretty early, it was about 6:30 A.M, so no one was at the office yet. We decided to look around to see if anything was new or renovated. Nothing new, but our office was the same. I have forgotten that I moved in with Bryan that day. I looked at my old office and a lot of stuff were put into there. I'm assuming that they're temporarily going to this for storage. Bryan and I haven't been at the office for a few weeks, so we didn't know what to work on. Instead, we decided to go to the Edge Space. Once we opened the door, there were walls surrounding the sides. What the heck was this? Bryan and I were both confused and we decided to look over the walls. I was taller, so Bryan lend me a hand so I could see better. As I looked around, there were more walls with separate areas. Bryan placed me down and I looked at him.

"Huh, I think they made a maze for us," I said.

"Oh what the crap, if they're going to celebrate about us dating, we've already did one. Plus, I'm too tired for this," Bryan said and I agreed with him.

Since we didn't feel like doing the maze, we just knocked down every wall that was in our way. They were all pretty weak, so they mostly just tumbled. There was a sign that said, "Click this!" It was the garage opener, so I'm assuming that this was our exist. As I opened it, the garage began opening. In front of us was everyone from the Team Edge office.

"SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled out.

"Oh um, did you guys bother to even do the maze?" Bobby asked.

"No, we were both tired so we just bolted through everything," Bryan said.

"Oh, well congrats guys!" Bobby said as we waved his hands up.

What was also in front of us was Natalie taking a picture of Bryan and I.

"BOBBY MOVE! Smile for the camera guys!" Natalie said as she took a picture of Bryan and I.

Bobby got out of the way, so it was just Bryan and I. We didn't really do a pose, I just held his shoulder as we both smiled. After that, I was just thinking. Was this it? This was the whole party surprise thing. This felt kind of lame, even my family's congratulation party was better than this.

"Well, since you both are here, I want to talk to both of you," Bobby pointed at Bryan and I.

Bobby escorted us back inside Red Base, but we went upstairs. We went inside the meeting room, and Bryan and I were both confused.

"Guys, I need to know something. I need to know, your effects with Team Edge," Bobby said.
