A/N: This is an AU where Weyoun 6 lives and stays on DS9

It would take Weyoun a while to fully be comfortable on the station. He'd feel so out of place and would struggle to make friends. Weyoun would have to learn what it meant to be friends with someone, as well as learning how to trust those around him. When you started to spend more time with him and open up to him, he'd be very excited to have a potential friend, but would also be quite nervous at the same time.

You and Weyoun would have meals together at least once a week. You wanted him to feel welcome, and you wanted him to know that he had a friend in you. You'd also show him around the station and tell him all sorts of secrets about the station to make him feel more at home.

He would be eager to help out around the station in anyway he could. He'd look for all sorts of odd-jobs and would offer to help others if he could. You'd give him suggestions of what he could do and would also recommend to others to ask for his help, depending on the situation.

Some people on the station would be wary of Weyoun living there, especially when tensions between the Federation and the Dominion were high. You'd defend him to others, especially when people accused him of being a spy. He would appreciate your trust in him and your courage when defending him. After he was on board for a while, more people would start to see that he was a good guy.

As you and Weyoun spent more time together, he would start to develop romantic feelings for you, but wouldn't quite know what to do with him. He'd never felt that way about anyone before, so it would be overwhelming and confusing. He'd ask your friends for advice on what to do. He truly valued and appreciated your kindness towards him and wouldn't want to ruin your friendship. Your friends would tell him to go for it, but to be gentle with you and to not pressure you.

Weyoun would very awkwardly ask you out—stumbling over his words, stuttering, shifting his gaze, and fiddling with his hands. You would smile and gently tell him that you would love to go on a date with him, which would be the beginning of a very fulfilling relationship.
