1 week later,

Everyone in the palace of Vidarbha was extremely busy as the princess was getting married the next day,
The groom's procession had already arrived and where kept in the wing opposite to that of the princess.

Prince Rukmi was extremely happy because somehow Rukmini had agreed to the marriage and seemed to be happy.

Rukmini had spent the week pretending to think and be happy about the wedding but in reality, she was happy because she knew Krishna good come for her.

Shishupal and Rukmi were playing a game of dice when a servant came and said," Rajkumar Rukmi ko Mera Sagar Pranam, Rajkumari Rukmini ab Se bhent Ki ichchuk Hai, Rajkumar!"

Rukmi looked at Shishupal and said," kshma karna Mitra Kintu bahan Bula rahi hai jana padega."

" avashya jaaiye Mitra, Aakhir aapki bahan Hamari Hone Wali Patni hai Unki Har jarurat Ka Khyal Rakhna Hamari jarurat hai," he said lewdly

Rumki left the chambers to go find his sister, he met her down the hallway and asked," Kya Baat Hai Bahana? Tumhen Kuchh chahie?"

" han bhratashri anumati chahie,"
Said Rukmini shyly.

" kis baat ki anumati chahie Bahana?"
He asked curiosity was clear in his voice.

" Gauri Mandir Jaane Ki!"
She said turning even red.

" Achanak Gauri Mandir Jaane Ki Kaise Suji Bahana?"

" bhratashri aap bhul gaye, Hamare Yahan Parampara hai Ki Hone Wali Vadhu Apna man Chaha Pati Mila isiliye Gauri Man Ko dhanyvad Kahane jaati hai aur apne Pati ki lambi Umra ki Kamna karne bhi." She said turning completely red from the continuous blushing.

Rukmi gets a big smile on his face as he sees his sister blushing for Shishupal,
and says, "Avashya jao Bahana!
Kintu Apne Sath dasiyon Aur sainikon Ko Bhi Lekar Jana aur Jyada Aam Logon Mein ghulna Milana Nahin,
Thik hai." she nods her head and he gently pats her hair in affection.

Rukmini scoffs in her head as she remembers these very hands were pulling her hair a week ago when she had wanted to marry Krishna.
She rushes back to her room and completes getting ready, she looks at herself in the mirror and blushes as her maids compliment how good the Pitambar was looking on her.
They made her wear heavy jadau jewellery, as it was another custom that the soon-to-be bride must always be decked up.

They soon left the palace.

After reaching the temple,
Rukmini started her veneration and started singing Artis, she pleaded to Ma Gauri that her Narayan come and get her before she was forced to marry that shishupal.

After completing her Pooja she glanced outside the temple but no sign of Dwarkadhish, her heart started shrinking as it was gripped by fear.
Hermits insisted that they return to the Palace but she said that he wanted to stay in the serenity of the temple.

1 hour later when Krishna had still not arrived, she had given up hope and was about to return to the palace when you heard the sound of the horse hooves
And that made her smile return,
a Chariot stop just a few metres away from her.

She Goes towards the Chariot but is unable to lift her face, she is overwhelmed by what is happening and tears start leaking from her eyes,
A hand gently lifts her face and wipes her tears, her round fish-like eyes meet with his giant lotus ones and everything around her disappears and suddenly he becomes the centre of her universe.

He gently caressed her face and brought her out of her Trance," mujhe laga tha Pitambar sabse sundar Mujh per lagta hai, Kintu aapane To Hamen galat Siddh kar diya Rajkumari ji!  Aapke Upar Pitambar aisa sajta hai Jaise Sone per Suhaga." he flirts making her blush and turn her face away from his as she complains," Itni der kahan ho gai? Aapko pata hai aapki Itni Si der ne, Hamare Pran nikal Diye."

" bad mein jo dand dena hai De dijiyega Rajkumari, Kintu Iske pahle ki aapke Rakshak apni Talwar Hamare Hriday ke आर-पार kar de, kya Hamen aapko Le Jaane Ki anumati Hai?" he asks continuing his flirting as he extends his hand to help her on his chariot.
She takes it without blinking an eyelash climbs onto the chariot and looks at Krishna expecting him to take her away but he bends down to take something out.

He looks at her confused expression and says," Aa toh Mein Yahan Bina Bataye gaya tha, Kintu Agar inhen Bina Bataye Inki Putri ko Lekar Chala Gaya toh Tumhare pitashri ka apman hoga."
He blows his conch panchjangya
and then starts the Chariot,
Her Guards and maids run to inform Rumki about the turn of events.

Kundinpur Palace,

Shishupal and Rukmi were happily playing chausar and having the time of their life when a servant came rushing in and informed them about the things that took place outside the Gauri Mandir, Both were fuming in anger.

Shishupal was about to go and face Krishna when Rukmi stopped him and said," Ruk jao Shishupal, abhi Rukmini per Tumhara Adhikar Hua Nahin.
Tum Yahan ruk kar cal ki taiyari karo main jakar Rukmani ko use gwale Se Wapas Lekar Aata hun."

He collects his weapons gets on the chariot and arrogantly says to himself," Vasudev Krishna Aaj Meri Bahan ka Haran Karke Tumne apni mrutyu Ko aamantran Diya Hai."

Krishna and Rukmini were having fun talking and getting to know each other
In the form,
Rukmini found out that somehow his flirtatious behaviour had doubled in this human form.

After a while of Talking, she asked,
"Prema kaisi hai Arya?" Krishna smiled and said," Apni bahan se milane ke liye bahut utsahit hai aur Thodi Si थकी-धकी Rahti hai."

Rukmini hits Krishna's shoulder and angrily asks," Meri Bahan Itni thaki Hui Kyon Hai? Kahin aap sara kam Usi Se To Nahin Karvate!" she accuses.

" Dekho Priye Aise aarop Lagana acchi baat nahin hai! Aur jahan tak baat Rahi kam ki to aajkal to vah Rajpath ka kam bhi nahin karti, Sab Mujhe hi karna padta hai." He says unable to believe that this was the same woman who was blushing a few minutes ago.

" Agar bacchi Kam Nahin Karti To Hai Itna thaki Kaise?" She asked with a raised eyebrow as she hit him on the shoulder again, he rubbed his shoulder with his left hand and said," Woh Itni thaki isiliye hai, Kyunki vah Garbh se hai." Rukmani freezes for a second before squealing in happiness as she side-hugs him and happily exclaims,
" haaye main Masi banne wali hun!"
But her happiness doesn't last long as they hear a voice scream from behind,

" Vasudev Krishna Tera Itna dushshahas
Ki Tune Meri Bahan ka Haran kar liya!"
Says Rukmi angrily but before Krishna can get the chance to retort Rukmini excitedly says," Yah Samay Krodh ka Nahin prasannta ka hai bhratashri,
Aap mama banne Wale Hain!"

This caused a shocked rukmi to stop the Chariot and Krishna to burst out laughing as he said," Priye! Apne bhai ko Puri Baat batao Nahin to unko Dil Ka Daura a jaega." Then she looks at their face of Rukmi and looking at his flabbergasted expression realises her mistake and corrects herself,
" Prema Garbh se hai Bhratashri."

A smile spread upon the face of Rukmi,
But it goes away as soon as it comes as Krishna greets him," Apni bahanoi ka Pranam swikar Kijiye bhratashri!"

" tum abhi Rukmani ke Pati Nahin Hue Ho, to apne aap ko Mera bahanoi mat Kahana, gwale." He says in a disgusted voice.

" Agar Main Rukmini ki baat kar raha Hota To Main hone wala bahanoi Kehta bhratashri,
Kintu Main To aapki sabse Chhoti bahan Prema Ka bhi Pati hun Toh is Rishte se hua na main aapka bahanoi."
He teases as he starts the Chariot again.

" Kisi Aur ki chij per Daka Dalne per Lajja nahin aati Krishna!"
He said bringing tears to the eyes of Rukmini and anger to the eyes of Krishna as he stopped the Chariot and said," Maine Kisi Ki chij per Daka Nahin dala hai, Ek Kanya Jo Mujhse Prem karti hai aur Main jisse Prem karta hun use Ek anchahe Vivah se Bhaga Laya hun."

" Rukmini Shishupal Ki Hone Wali Patni thi!" Exclaims Rukmi

" ab sahi bola hai apne bhratashri,
Vaise Ek Baat puchun? Aap bura to nahin manenge na! Aapko Lajja nahi aaye apni bahan ko chij bolate hue.
Aaj Maine Rukmani ka Hara Nahin isiliye Kiya Hai Taki Aap Jaisa Har bhai Yad Rakhe ki ek Kanya ka Vivah uski Marji Ke Bina Kabhi Nahin ho sakta.
Hamare shastron mein bhi aise Vivah ko Rakshas vivah Kaha Jata Hai,
Jise todne ka Hak Har Kanya ke pass Hota Hai." said krishna fuming with rage

" apni bahan ki ichchaon ka Samman na karne ke liye aur uski tulna Ek Vastu se karne ke liye, Bina uski ichcha ko Dhyan mein rakhe Apne Mitra ko uska Hath Bhed-bakriyon Ki Tarah De dene ke liye aapko dand to Milana chahie bhratashri." Saying that he called for the Sudarshan Chakra but Rukmini fell to her knees begging for him to spare the life of her brother.

He lets the Sudarshan Chakra go and instead of cutting his head off, it cuts away all his hair except for on the sides,
He makes Rukmini stand up and as he holds her hand says," aapke yah kate hue Bal aaj ke bad Kabhi Nahin ugenge,
Taki aapko aajeevan Ek Stri ka Samman kaise kiya Jata Hai vah Smaran rahe
Agar Prem se Aashirwad Denge to hamare Vivah mein sammilit hone ka aamantran hai aapko aur Agar Nahin to Kanyadan karne ke liye aapke pitashri bhi Kafi hain."
Then he helps Rukmini sit comfortably in the Chariot and both of them ride to Dwarka
