Chapter 9

Bakugou and Kirishima landed on a nearby cliff, after they had been flying for a few hours. Bakugou jumped down from Kirishima's back, once they landed. He even brought some food for them both. Kirishima on the other hand, stretched out his wings and legs. He opened his mouth, yawning. His sharp teeth were showing.

Bakugou stretched out his arms and sat down on the ground, crossing his legs. Kirishima, who was still in his dragon form, sat down next to him. They both looked out at the amazing view they got from the cliff.

The skies were showing clearly, and the sun was still shining. Bakugou and Kirishima just sat there, enjoying the view.

"Oi. Kirishima." Bakugou called out, getting his attention. "Catch fast." He threw a big pice of raw meat up to the sky. Kirishima stretched out his neck as long as he could, grabbing the meat in his mouth.

Bakugou whistled, chewing on his food. They just there for a while, eating and doing nothing else than enjoying the view. Bakugou even let Kirishima rest for a while, until they continued to get going.

Bakugou climbed on top to Kirishima's back. He placed his feet properly on the stirrups, and held tight onto a rope that was attached to one of the equipments Kirishima had on.

And so they flew off.

After another couple of hours flying in the sky, they landed on the ground. Kirishima carefully landed, his legs feeling the grass. They landed in the forest, where no humans could catch them, especially a dragon. Who knew what would have happened if they saw a dragon out of nowhere? Dragons were just in fairytales and such. They weren't real. They were just made up creatures, but Kirishima prove us all wrong.

Bakugou jumped off Kirishima's back, with some small bags. He threw them on the ground and gave a signal to Kirishima to lay down on his stomach - which he did.

He then managed to get all the equipment off Kirishima, just so it would be more easier for Kirishima to transform to his human form.

Kirishima got up on all four legs, once Bakugou got rid of all the equipments. Smoke started to fill the forest, though it didn't smell at all. Bakugou automatically shut his eyes tight. Somehow the smoke made his eyes watery.

Then he opened them slowly again, and there were no dragon there. It was Kirishima. His red eyes stared into Bakugou's eyes, as a wide smile formed his lips.

"I'm back, Bakugou!!!" Kirishima opened his arms for a hug, running toward Bakugou. However, Bakugou just ended up avoiding the hug and pushing him away by the face.

"Stupid. You're naked." Bakugou mumbled under his breath, and made Kirishima stop. He took off his jacket, letting Kirishima wear it.

"Eh? For me?" Kirishima pointed at himself, quite surprised.

Bakugou clicked his tongue, turning his head away. "It's not like I could just bring a naked boy into someone's castle, as if it is nothing wrong with it.." He almost stumbled with his words.

Kirishima chuckled. "Alright! If the king says so!" He took the jacket, putting it on. Out of nowhere, pants were thrown at his face. "Ehhh??" He held it, studying it. Then looking at Bakugou, confused.

"Wear it and let's get moving." Bakugou pointed at one of the bags that he got it from.

Kirishima just smiled. "Okay! Katsu-"

"Don't even think about it." Bakugou crossed his arms. Kirishima let out a disappointed chuckle.

The guards let Bakugou inside the Todoroki' territory, though they did sometimes stop Kirishima, asking who it was. Bakugou just simply told them that he was a friend. This happen a several times, making him annoyed, until they finally made it to Todoroki's castle.

Bakugou saw a figure standing by the exit to the castle. He knew from far away that the figure was Shoto Todoroki. Kirishima had no idea where they were or who the person by the castle was. He just followed Bakugou from behind, like a dog.
Not that Bakugou cared. He was king after all. People were supposed to follow him and obey his orders - not disobey them.

"Bakugou.." Todoroki let out when he met Bakugou, pausing for a moment, then bowing his head at him before speaking. "Who have you brought with yourself?" He continued, nodding his head toward at Kirishima.

"This is-" Bakugou inhaled. "- a friend." He let out.

"I'm Eijiro Kirishima! Nice to meet you!" Kirishima brightly showed off his smile, his sharp teeth being seen. He reached out his hand for a handshake.

"You idiot!" Bakugou smacked the back of Kirishima's head, making him bow his head by pushing it down by force.
"Bow your head! Especially to the soon-to-be-king!" Bakugou complained.

"Huh?" Kirishima raised his head, raising an eyebrow. "But Bakugou, aren't you a king?" He questioned, getting confused.

"I am." Bakugou made clear, crossing his arms. "But I'm king over the Bakugou' territory." He explained, averting his eyes from Kirishima.

Kirishima became silent for a moment, shifting glances from Bakugou to Todoroki - who he had no idea who was. "You're uhhh... a king?" He made eye contact with Todoroki.

Todoroki nodded his head once. "Soon." He took a grip on Kirishima's hand, shaking it.

They just shook hands for a few seconds before Todoroki let go of his hand.

"I'm Shoto Todoroki. Nice to meet you, Kirishima." He gave off a friendly smile.

Kirishima on the other hand quickly bowed down. "I'M SO SORRY YOUR MAJESTY!!!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, making the birds on the trees fly away.

"Shut up!!!" Bakugou shouted back to Kirishima.

"I'm sorry!!" Kirishima whined out.

"This is going to be a long week.." Todoroki sighed out.
