When we got home me and Colby changed into easier clothes to party in. Ive only known these guys for a week and it felt like ages, as if I already knew them.

"Alright so, Brennen. What did you bring?" I walked downstairs seeing down at the bottom step. "I brought drinks like alcohol, whisky, and that crap." He slightly chuckled. "Well I'm not planning on getting drunk so keep it away." I laughed raising my hands in front of my face so I didn't see the bottles.

After everyone brought what they wanted and everyone showed up then the party lit up. We used Colby's disco and place it on a table in the middle of the kitchen to make it seem legit.

Then the TV played some music out of its power to the speakers in the room. People were crousing the place. Now I only knew the Roomates, Brennen, and Elton, but no one else. So I'm guessing everyone else knows who everyone is.

"Woah." Brennen limped around, drunk. I ran over and caught him before he face planted to the ground.

"Ok you need a break." I giggled lifting his body with a slight struggle. I walked out the door and saw many people croud the people and talk. A few drunk people did stupid things in the pool but sobered up.

Brennens eyes were shut then I tossed him into the pool. Everyone glanced over at me giving me a dirty look. "What? Its to sober him." Then Brennen hopped up to the surface of the pool. "Geez." He brushed his face with his dripping wet hands.

He jumped up I the curb at the edge of the pool and swung his legs up and stood straight in front of me. "Sorry, you almost died in there." He laughed and rested his arms on my shoulders.

"Yea. Thanks, but where is Colby?" He asked while setting his hands to his sides. "Not sure." I replied as we walked back through the glass doors.

"Oh there he is." Brennen Pointed over to a brown haired guy with a blue Take chances hoodie. "Colbs." I waved to get his attention. He looked over to see me and ran through the crowd.

"Hey." He high fived my visible waving hand. "Well Brennen was having a tough time drunk." I laughed as he still leant on my shoulder. "Can I sleep." He cammanded instead of asking. "Yea. My bed will be fine." Colby looks up to the stairs and back down at me. Brennen left towards the stairs still wobbling.

"So, you planning on getting drunk?" I asked Colby as his eyes pierced through mine. "No. Ive only drank Inc and it was a stupid jacob sartorius thing." Colby shook his head no and looked up the stairs repetitively.

"What's up?" I asked seeing his jaw and neck tighten. "Brennen is drunk and smells like alcohol. I don't want that on my bed." He looked back towards me.

"Sucks." I laughed heading for the front door. Then, of course, Colby followed me like a poodle. "I'm taking a breather." I explained so he would take one with me. "Yea, I understand." He replied still walking with me as we pushed people to reach the doors.

Then I opened the door trying not to crash into anyone. I made it through successfully, but then turned around to see Colby not behind me. "Colby?" I called out - still getting a few stares. "Colby?" I ran back inside to look for him.

"Has anyone seen Colby?" I asked everyone and no body answered. Plus so many people were drunk. I kelt on running and pushing people around to find him.

My heart raced, breathing patterns changed, my eyes welled. I could feel myself get light headed from all I the running and looking. I finally searched the whole house and couldn't find him so I ran through the glass doors and ran around the pool looking for him.

"Colby, come here. I want a selfie." I heard a girls voice peer from behind me. I turned to see Colby walk with her over to behind the building next to the gate.

I ran over to him and called his name. "Colby." I smiled and chuckled realizing I actually lost him. I looked around the corner and saw them taking a picture but then the girl, must've been a fan, pull him into a kiss.

"Thanks Colby." She walked off acting like nothing happened. I stood still and looked at him. "Colby." I turned around and walked fast to look d that girl. "Am, please." I heard Colby Chase and call my name from behind me.

I walked into the house and looked above everyone's head to recognize hers.

I saw her brunette hair in the kitchen next to Brennen drinking a beer from where in could see. I quickly dashed over to her still hearing Colby call me.

"Hey." I acted nice and happy to talk to the girl. "Hey." She turned around me. I used my police skills and punched her in the nose. "Ow." She covered her nose and tears weeping from her eyes.

"Amber?" Brennen looked over to me. Then the girl gave me a disgusted look. "What the hell?" She asked. Then there was a circle that appeared around us. Everyone was watching.

Then I heard a familiar voice. "Am?" I heard Colby call. Then I see him run through the circle wall. "Am?" He stood there frozen and shocked at what he saw.

"Thanks for the drink." I quickly took he bottle and drank the rest. But I quickly realized it was beer. "Don't mess with a cop, butt hold!" I screamed in her face. I saw blood run down her arm. "Don't mess with my boyfriend ever again!" I screamed then pushed her.

She removed her hand and through a punch to my eye. I'm not going to lie but she had a good punch. I covered it and kicked her stomach. "Am!" Colby grabbed my arms and jerked me back.

"I warned you, don't mess with him!" I screamed then lost balance. Colby dragged me back from the empty fight circle.

"I'm lightheaded." I said as Colby sat me down on the couch. "Do you even know what you did?" Colby asked as I rested my head in his lap. "No." I giggled then saw the Roomates crawl through the crowd next to me. "Dang. You weren't wrong about being a cop for sure." Aaron implied with shocked and wide eyes.

"Ugh." I groaned while running my eyes then I just passed out. It felt like sleep but quick sleep. I couldn't hear, see, or feel anything after that.

I felt so dozed out that I swear I must've been drunk. But how?

I woke up to see myself laying on a couch. My eyes itched so I rubbed them as I lifted my chest up. I felt like I was going to fall back so I caught myself by pacing my hands behind me.

I turned around feeling legs and saw Colby sleeping. He must've stayed awake with me in his lap all night.

I looked around seeing cups around all over the floor and tables. I saw a few papers and garbage laying across the house.

I pushed myself up and off the couch. I couldn't remember what happened at all last night. Did I fall asleep early?

I looked back over to Colby and shook him awake to see his eyes partly open. "Colby. Explain what happened." I shook him until he rose his hands in the air to say stop. I stopped then saw his eyes open completely. He lifted his head to match his gaze with mine.

"Can you sit down?" He asked with a groan as his rubbed his face and fixed his messy hair. I sat next to him on the couch. His mouth began to speak.

"Listen. You were crazy last night. A girl was taking a picture and you saw but then she kissed ME." He placed his hand on his chest saying it wasn't him kissing her. I nodded so he could move on.

"Then she walked away and you freaked. You followed her, so I followed you but then I lost you in the crowd. I saw people watching something in the kitchen. I saw you standing in front of the same girl that kissed me. She had a bloody nose." Colby kept eye contact. Eye contact is like a turn on for him. He slowly smiled.

"Then you said something like "don't mess with a cop and don't mess with my boyfriend again."' My mouth dropped realizing I called Colby my boyfriend. "How awkward was it to hear that?" I cringed and felt my face scrunch up and wrinkle.

"It was actually not that bad. I've been told that all the time." He laughed and rested both hands on my thighs that were facing him. "But then she threw a punch at you then you faught back. I pulled you out then you were just laying on my lap and fell asleep. The thing was that she was talking trash to you while you slept." He explained while rubbing his thumbs in circles on my thighs.

I lifted my hands and layed them ontop of Colby's warm hands. "What did she say?" I asked with worryness spread through my body like an electric shock. "She said you were a piece of crap and you should be burned to hell. But she doesn't know how great of a person you are. Plus you kinda faught for me because she kissed me in the first place." I left my hands resting on his.

I kept eye contact through the whole conversation. A smile crept onto my face then I heard running and laughing run down the stairs. Corey turned around the corner with Jake and saw my hands on Colbys. Me and Colby quickly pulled back.

"Ooo. So, g and b?" I had no clue what Corey was saying but Colby did. "No, shut up." Colby gab them and smirk, but an adorable one.

I nodded no to just groove along. "Ok. Then why were you saying he was your boyfriend last night, Amber?" Jake asked with the sassy hand and hip movement which caused a slight chuckle escape my mouth.

"Listen. I was probably drunk somehow because I don't remember anything but I was just getting rid of the celeb kisser." I scoffed and rolled my eyes just thinking of her face in front of me.

"Yea. She called you many things." Corey walked close and sat next to me and Colby as Jake stood in front of us.

"But." Jake held the 'u' in but. "When your drunk you express feelings you feel all the time. At least that's what Brennen says, cause I'm assuming he's been drunk before." I nodded with furrowed brows. "Deffinetly drink before." I nodded to asure of it.

"But it was to defend Colby." I explained while raising my hand to point at Colby's beautiful face.

"Ok you know what? Let's get you to a lie detector pro." I heard Sam walks down the stairs. He must've been eavesdropping. "You heard?" I asked looking over to Sam and his brand new Beyond merch.

"Yup." He exaggerated the 'p' on that one. "Well I'm down." Colby laughed looking over to me.

If your down then you don't truly love me like I love you.

"Uh, yes. I'm down." I stuttered acting like I was fine with it. I am good at lieing. This thing will be intense.
