16.Jerry/quirks: purity of form- if user comes in contact with someone stronger than them or with a better quirk user will get a copy of the victims quirk that's 2 times as strong or if there physically stronger they'll get plus 2 times strength to there original strength user can also grow themselves bigger or smaller depending on there current situation user can not control that fact, might of all- user can use all quirks there have ever bin or are still alive without second thought quirks are double the strength of original copies (mutant quirks turn into transformation type quirks) user can also use them expertly
