Won't look down
Won't open my eyes."

12- YEAR OLD NAOMI watched the woman entered the train with her daughter and continues to follow her target. She chose a seat not far away from them. The woman she's following seems to be in a hurry.

She waited for a few minutes before she saw the woman whispered something to her daughter, stood up and went to the direction of the bathroom.

She followed her and started acting like she was in a line to avoid the suspicious looks of the other passengers. That is when she realized the other cabin is completely empty. Great. It is after all 4:00 in the morning. She looked around before closing and locking the door of the cabin as she waited for her target.

Jasmine Wayne walked out of the bathroom and smiled at the kid.

"It's your turn now, sweetie." She said then started to walk away.

She doesn't recognize me? Is it the hair?

Naomi unconsciously touched her wavy shoulder length hair before snapping out in her thoughts when she heard the rattle of the sliding door of this cabin to the other where her daughter is now.

"It won't budge." She said blankly while looking at the older woman.

"Oh? You tried it?" She said, still using that damn soft voice.

If Naomi doesn't know better, she'll think this woman in front of her is completely innocent. Too bad she remembers what she did that day.

"Oh, no." She said making the forehead of Jasmine Wayne creased, "...it won't work for you. But it'll work for me." She added.

"Look kid, no pranking today okay? I have a daughter waiting for me in the other cabin." She tried to explain.

"Does your daughter have a lovely father?" She asked the woman. The woman smiled, thinking about something else.

"Is this what this is all about? Look, I can let you meet my husband or guide you to the nearest orphanage. You can have a family there, all you need to do is open this door." She bargained but the stern order can be traced in her voice. Jasmine Wayne thought that that kid is a beggar or an orphan (which she is, but she can live by herself. Thank you very much)

"So she does." She voiced out loud, "Good. She'll need the guidance." She said before making her eyes glow red while looking directly in the older woman's eyes.

"You..." Her eyes widen in surprise and fear before her lungs stopped working. She felt a strong force holding her neck, slowly making her float.

"Stop... Please..." She croaked, pleading for her life.

Naomi freed her, letting her fall to the metal floors with a thud. She walked slowly to the mother who crawled away from her, still desperately finding some air. She continues to crawl backwards before her back felt the metal door of the cabin, stopping her.

Her eyes glowed red, brighter than before. Then the train starts to speed up, the announcement of the conductor to tell everyone to calm down and just sit still echoed in the train. Jasmine's eyes widened, remembering her daughter.

She turned around and banged the metal doors in desperation to save her and her daughter's life. However, her banging to the door doesn't make any noises which resulted her to punch the door with so much force, her knuckles starts bleeding.

"Tss. Look at what you did." She shakes her head from side to side, looking at the bleeding knuckles of the woman.

"You can't make any noises." She taunted the older one.

She stopped in her tracks when she found herself standing before the woman.

"Please..." she pleaded for her life.

"I'm sorry." Naomi said, faking her sympathy.

"No you're not. You're cruel." She said bitterly which caused the 12 year old to smirk evilly.

"Let's make this quick, yeah?" She asked.

"No! No please. I'll do anythi--" she was cut off when Naomi cracked her neck sideways with her powers which resulted in Jasmine dying in the process.

She stood in the middle of the empty cabin, spreading her arms and a red ball of light appeared in her palm. She moved her fingers as the red web encircled her hands, she guided them to the squeeky wheels of the train and forced her power to slow it, causing the train back to its normal speed.

She quickly teleported away from the scene but not before opening the lock of the door with a wave of her hand. As soon as she disappeared, the door opened and Jasmine's body plopped to the cold metal floors.

"Here! Medic!"

January 1975

"You need to focus, 002. Don't let your emotions control your power. Control your emotions for you to be able to control your powers." Dr. Martin Brenner spoke through the mic.

002 said nothing and continues to focus. But how can she focus if she is targeting her own brother.

Dr. Brenner instructed 002 to fire her red energy to her brother who has the ability to move fast and run like the wind.

007 nod at his sister, telepathically telling her it's fine.

002 blasted her energy towards her brother who tried his hardest to run and avoid her sister's destructive energy balls.

When a minute has passed, Dr. Brenner ordered them to stop. They both ran to each other, checking if the other is okay. When they saw that they're both alright, they stood side by side, like army waiting for instructions.

The twins saw a man wearing a suit, who looks like he was here for business, talking to Dr. Brenner. 002 got curious at what they were talking about and she unconsciously read Dr. Brenner's mind.

"You've done a great job, Brenner. If you continue this you'll be a hero." The man praised the head director of the Hawkins Laboratory.

"Thank you for taking your time to visit our laboratory. I'll work even harder."

And he did.

The next weeks, Dr. Brenner pushed them to work harder. Practice their abilities and never stop.

Sometimes if they didn't do it, failed, or even just refused they were sent to this room for punishment. 002 did not want to go there.

And for some reason, 002 and 007 became fond of the nurse named Jasmine Wayne. She became a mother figure to the twins. Sometimes, standing up to them or letting them eat some food they weren't allowed to.

October 1984

"Let's make this fast. Give me Eleven and I'll show you mercy." Naomi ordered.

Her once braided hair was gone making her hair a bit curly. Her dress was still the same dress she wore in the dinner with the Henderson's. Other than that, everything about her is the same yet... different.

It was then Samuel Owens looked around to see that she took him somewhere.

"You like it?" Naomi asked, she was walking around him like a predator circling it's own prey, "I made it. This is my own dimension." She explained

The place is red, everything is red. Just how she liked it.

"Naomi, why are you doing this?" He asked the teen.

"I'm just doing what I should've done a long time ago." She explained herself.

"Naomi!" The doctor shouted. "Stop this, this instant!" He ordered.

"Dr. Owens, you have no authority here." She taunted, "Now, everything is easy. Just give me my sister and I will leave Hawkins." She ordered.

"What are you planning?" The doctor asked. Naomi took a moment, just looking at the doctor.

"Dr. Owens..." She started, "if you knew there was a universe where you're happy, wouldn't you wanna go there?" She asked.

"Universe?" Dr. Owens connected the dots and looked at her in disappointment "What's going to happen now?" He asked, just to confirm his theory.

"I'm going to leave this reality and go to the one where I can be with my family." She admitted.

"Naomi, don't do this. This is breaking the rules!" Samuel Owens tried to explain, "of the universe." He added.

"You've done a great job, Brenner. If you continue this you'll be a hero."

The thought entered her mind.

"People like you break the rules, they become the hero. I do it, I become the enemy." Naomi reasoned and started walking towards the doctor. She then stopped and leaned to whisper, "That doesn't seem fair."

She stood straight and walked backwards to create a space between them, still smirking evilly. But Dr. Samuel Owens saw it. A glint in her eyes that screamed loneliness and sadness.

"But Naomi, your parents are dead." Dr. Owens said, "you told me that."

"Parents are supposed to die first." Naomi acknowledged, nodding slightly. "But how about your own brother?" She asked. Samuel looked at the ground, the thought of 007 saddened him.

"My brother barely lived. He died thinking he was named as number 007!" Naomi shouted.

"007 ---" Dr. Owens started

"Naveen! That's his name." Naomi corrected.

"N- Naveen. I don't understand. Brenner said he died in cancer. He was doing everything he can to cure him." Samuel tried to explain to Naomi. Thinking that maybe she didn't understood what happened to her brother because she was so young.

"Lies..." Naomi mumbled, enough for the doctor to hear.

"Papa always lie!" She shouted and in a wave of her hand, she teleported them somewhere.

No, not somewhere. A memory. Naomi teleported them in a memory.

Dr. Owens can see both young Naomi and Naveen eating and a nurse with a nametag that says, Jasmine Wayne, watching them with a smile.

Naomi didn't saw it before but her smile screams evil. Naomi saw Jasmine patted both their heads after they finished eating. The twins, naively, smiled at what they thought was a mother figure.
"March 1975..." Naomi narrated.

Dr. Owens stood still in shock. He doesn't know that Naomi can do this. He watched as Jasmine walked away, holding a tray in both hands, and close the door. After that, Naveen stood up but swayed when he felt his vision spinning.

Young Naomi was quick to guide and help her brother before he falls to the ground. She led him to his own bed.

"They were feeding him something." Naomi started, her eyes flash in nostalgia as she looked at the young Naveen, "They deemed his power useless. They said he can just run fast." She looked at the young version of herself who started shouting for help when her brother started shouting in pain, holding his head for dear life.

"They gave him my power." She said, her voice cracked as she tried to stop the tears that's threatening to fall.

The memory changed to his brother tied up as a blue energy surrounded him. He was screaming for help. For it to stop.

"Please stop..."

They heard Naveen begged. Naomi's tears started falling as she watched his brother suffer. He was screaming in pain.

They saw young Naomi crying while talking to Dr. Brenner.

"Please..."

"Please..."

Both young Naomi and older Naomi said. The latter mirroring the former. The pain in her voice still in there.

"No more tortures."

"No more tortures." She continued. She looked at the doctor with her, shocked at what his former director did.

They continued to watch as Dr. Brenner kneeled in front of young Naomi. His words still engraved in her mind until this day.

"Look at what you've done."

Dr. Brenner said rather harshly to the 7- year old.

"He blamed me. I was naive to believe his words." She said, still looking at Dr. Brenner in hate.

Young Naomi cried harder while looking at her older brother.

"I'm sorry." Young Naomi chanted repeatedly.

"He said that," Naomi gulped, "... it's my fault because its my power who's torturing my brother."

Dr. Brenner didn't move from his position as he watched young Naomi cried for her brother.

"Look at this very carefully. Because I don't think you understand. The greatest threat to our universe... is you."

He pointed his finger at young Naomi who watched him in horror. Their attention went to the screaming Naveen who broke all the lights and the glass pane window that's separating the twins. A strong wind pushed the other doctors to the wall and killing some of them in the process. Martin Brenner hold to the nearest thing to save his own life.

Dr. Brenner looked back to the 7- year old Naomi.

"It's time for you to stop him." He ordered. Naomi's eyes widened along with Dr. Owens.

Young Naomi reluctantly approached her brother.

Naveen, who has the power of Naomi, read his sister's mind and looked at her, pleading.

"Please..." Naveen cried.

Naomi started sobbing as she watched her younger self look back at Dr. Brenner.

"You have to do this or I will."  He threatened.

"Please..." Naveen begged again.

Young Naomi started sobbing as she held the face of her brother.

"You can do it. I know you can, sister." He smiled.

Both Naomi started sobbing louder.

"Please... Do it please..." He said breathlessly.

Naomi hesitantly raised her hand, a red ball of light went out and she screamed. Thinking that, just like before he will run and avoid her energy balls but he didn't. He stayed still. She targeted his forehead and atleast give him a painless death.

She was sobbing as she guide her powers to try to kill her own brother.

Naveen smiled and whispered something that made both Naomi sobbed even harder. And he died. He died in her hands. She killed her own brother.

Her screams echoed in the room as a surge of power came out of her hand, killing the remaining doctors left in the room. Sadly, she missed Dr. Brenner.

Her knees buckled and she fell to the ground. Not caring that she killed half of the doctors. She was sobbing and crying.

Dr. Brenner went to her and hugged her, like a father consoling his crying daughter. But it was not that. Dr. Brenner was not her father. And she was certain, he wasn't consoling her either. He was praising her. Praising her because she killed her own brother.

In a blink of an eye, Dr. Owens and Naomi went back to dimension that Naomi build. Samuel Owens looked to the ground, still in shock and Naomi's tears fell one by one.

Her thoughts went back to her brother.

"You are my everything."

"You are my everything too."

"He took everything from me." Naomi started. Hatred still in her voice.

"Naomi..." Dr. Owens started. He wants to console the crying teen in front of him but he didn't know what to say. It was like his words are stuck in his throat.

"I blew a hole in the head of the brother that I loved and it meant nothing to him." She emphasized. Tears still falling from her eyes.

"How do you still remember it?" He mumbled softly, enough for her the hear. Still looking at the ground in wonder.

"It's hard to forget when a person can remember everything." She said blankly, the tears already stopped falling. Samuel looked up at her, eyes widening.

"You have---" he was cut off.

"Eidetic Memory. Both a blessing and a curse." She explained. "Blessing because you can remember the happy memories and dreams but a curse because you can remember the nightmares."

"Every night, the same dream and every morning the same..." A single tear fell, "nightmare."

"I'm just asking you a simple favor. Give Eleven to me." She said, now emotionless. She was looking at him blankly, unconsciously making the latter shiver in fear.

"What do you want with Eleven?" Dr. Owens asked. He looked defeated. He knew that Brenner was a bit cruel but he didn't expect him to order a kid to kill her own brother.

"She opened a portal to a different dimension. Who says she can't open it to a different universe?" She said then started walking away.

"Eleven's dead." Samuel Owens announced but Naomi continues to walk.

"Who says?" She answered still walking away. Samuel doesn't have a choice but to follow her, keeping a distance for his own safety.

"What do you mean by that?" He asked curious.

"The portal that she opened is still open. That means, she's still alive." She said, leaving the doctor confused.

She finally turned around and stopped walking, resulting for the doctor to do the same. She smiled at him.

"Give Eleven to me." She ordered. "Or Naomi will not be your enemy." Her smile slowly, disappearing.

"It'll be 002." She said and waved her hand, gracefully controlling her red glowing ball.

The next thing, Dr. Owens knew is he is standing in front of the gate of the lab.

"Dr. Owens!" Shouts of the guards on duty can be heard as he scanned his surroundings to find the teen.

Until he heard a whisper from the wind.

"Give me Eleven."

Author's Note,

The "Eleven can open a portal to a different universe" thing is just a thing for the plot. So don't be confuse. Also the "Eleven is alive because the portal is still open."

Anyway, I'm just asking. Is the story understandable? Like is it too fast or just right?
