My heart is happy today it seems,

It is at ease, there is an unfamiliar peace.

But chaos is also there surrounding my core,

Which used to disturb me but not anymore.

I think it's just for today but cruelty is gone,

This quietness is what I needed actually,

even if it is short lived sight but is filled with delight,

And it's hard to describe.

For some, delight is when there aren't fights in home,

For some, it could be a vacation to place unknown,

For some, it is because of toys they brought,

But for me it is the happiness which can't be sought.

Feels like everything is getting in place,

Everything is getting in right order after decade.

And the long-lost smile is getting hacked,

Tears are washed away and content is back.
