Appearance:fluffy red hair that gathers at the base of her neck she has blue/grey eyes olive skin and almost has a smile on her face

This is a nice appearance, the fact that her hair is fluffy just makes me feel fuzzy and warm.

Personality: she is happy go lucky, naive, she cares for others so much she sometimes neglects her needs, she has high function autism which gets in the way of her social skills but is a giant marshmallow she loves acting and showing off her smarts sometimes she becomes a bit crazy and defends people she cares for

She sounds like a nice person. In fact she really remind me of Uraraka.

Hero suit:is a silver no sleeve shirt with rainbow elbow gloves rainbow galaxy knee length socks, white shorts, rainbow galaxy knee length skirt, silver boots and pink eyeglasses/visor she also has a belt with pockets filled with snacks 

This is a cool outfit and it's easy to imagine. Great job.

Quirk:light miunlaption/ prisim, prism allows her to change color of item and create strings of light ranging in thickness from sewing thread to tug of war rope (her aunts quirk)using her quirk causes her to become slowly hungry(needing to eat after a battle)if she overuses her quirk she becomes blind for 30 min before her vision returns(her total capacity is an hour)

This is really good and she has a great flaw in her quirk.

how they adapted their quirk: when kitty was five she found her quirk (she broke a glass vase and turned it green on accident) 

Very cool so it activated on accident.

Past:at school she came out as gay and instead of bullying her people started to try to flirt with her (which was worse) and caused her a lot of trouble cause people in her class would literally fight over her (one of the strongest in her class) for her to be her ‘bae’ 

Well it's fine to have people fight over her but that's not realistic. Coming out the closet and everyone starts fighting for her just doesn't sit. I'm not saying make her get bullied but in what way can being loved be worse than being hated and bullied. It doesn't cause emotional, physical, or mental pain so I can't see hownit's worse. You would want to be loved but you wouldn't want to be bullied. Cause people fighting over her would get them in trouble not her. Also if she is in class 1-A to the best if my knowledge none of them roll in that direction and there's only about 6 girls so wait are all the girls fighting for her? It just makes no sense.

Relationships: she has a crush on asui, BFFS with mina tokaymi soji koda, part of the deku squad

With the BFFS she has she could have her own group really. But it's nice to see her in the Midoriya squad.

Others: she loves the pro hero eraserhead,irish/american, from ireland,

Final Analysis- This OC has a couple of bugs but nothing to big. For one the fact that everyone fights over her because she's gay just isn't realistic even for a anime. How is it that people treat her like a normal human when her secret was kept but the moment she gets out the closet people are hitting on her. It's not logical and it makes it seem like she's loved more for being gay. Instead of having people fight over her you should allow her to still be treated like how she was before. Like a normal person, she doesn't need to get bullied but she also shouldn't be treated like a queen just because she came out the closet, it's not how anime or life works so It shouldn't be any different for a OC. There are other questions as well including the Best jeanist one that needs answers. Other than that this OC is pretty good. Thank you for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
