Appearance: I'm bad at describing things so I'll try to leave a pic of her ^^;

This is really cute, but for her hero outfit cause I didn't know if this was her hero outfit or regular where does she get the water? Does she have a tube or something filled with water so she can use it? Cause that's something your gonna need if your gonna use water.

Personality: Rhea is a very sweet and gentle girl. She's also playful and calm. I find her personality sorta parallels her quirk (down below) can be very calm, gentle, etc but become violent and powerful very quickly, like in battle situations. She isn't a force to be reckoned with.

In battle situations I can understand because in battle it's time to be serious. So this is good but her personality just really shows water is, can be violent but also calm so it doesn't parallel at all.

Hero name: Rayne (it sounds like the word Rain, which is water related, and the name also means song I believe and some of her fondest memories were of her mom singing to her when she was younger. Her hero name reminds her of the good days)

I didn't know where to put the picture but basically the same thing I said about where she gets the water.

Quirk: Hydrokinesis, an emitter type quirk. Like the name suggests, she's capable of controlling water. She normally needs an outside water source, but she's capable of absorbing water from the air if she has to. In dire situations, she can use the water from inside her body.

So she can take water out her body? You do know I'd she takes to much she will die, we are made of more water than anything also there isn't a lot of water in the air to begin with, especially in the summer which is pretty much the default season in my hero academia.

Her main drawback is dehydration, and from that one weakness, there are multiple other things that could happen. She may pass out as well. She could potentially die, but so far, she hasn't gotten close to that point.
(when i described her personality as like her quirk, I was referring to the potential for water to be deadly. Water is great but it shouldn't really be underestimated)

Yes but it also shouldn't be overestimated, drinking to much water as well can lead to death via drowning. So yes there are many ways that water can be dangerous.

How she adapted her quirk: she got her quirk when she was five after getting caught up in a storm when she was at the beach. She was able to stop a small wave from hitting her just long enough to get back to land.

Nice but does her parents have this quirk as well? Does her sister have this quirk? Where did she get the quirk? These are some questions because the quirk comes from somewhere.

Past: Bethany went into a downward spiral after her divorce and drank often. She started to be emotionally abusive to her daughters.
Rhea wants to be a hero to protect people and give the next generation a better life than she had. (Would've made it more specific but word limit)

You can still be specific, just add on. I understand that a divorce is hard I know my mother went through one and I guess it's uncommon but she was fine after hers. She was still loving, caring, and it's because she never relied on my dad for anything but he did and he was the one who wanted the divorce. He paid the price but she didn't. There are so many ways to deal with a divorce and this way is one of the most cliche ways. Most people talk to family and friend but she just went straight to drinking.

Relationships:
She's close friends with Ochaco, Mina, and Tsuyu. Tsuyu is great at emotional support, and having her around has really helped Rhea. Mina always makes Rhea smile and laugh, and Rhea admires Ochaco for her determination and motivations.

She's also close to Izuku Midoriya. a sister-brother type relationship. They've always been there for each other and care for each other.

Now for Katsuki. Things were complicated at first. They could be considered friends. He found her annoying but didn't really hate her. She respected him but the respect wasn't mutual until they fought during the sports festival. Katsuki won, but Rhea put up a great fight and proved she wasn't just all talk.

She met Kirishima on the first day of school when he diffused an argument between Katsuki and Rhea. She fell in love with him almost instantly due to his sweet and brave personality. Her crush eventually faded and the two have just been good friends.

These are good but midoriya is barely there for anyone anymore how is he there for her? Next the Bakugo one is good, same with the girls but for Kirishima crush Is very different from love. Never once have I heard someone say crush mean you ate in love unless it's anime which even than they just like. You pretty much are saying love at first sight and she didn't even fully meet Kirishima, all he did was break them up which is something a insane person would do to a fight, she would actually have to talk to him before knowing his personality. So how can she fall in love in 2 seconds like she knew him forever? Also when has he stepped in the way of a argument? The Todoroki and Midoriya one isn't a argument it's a conversation that Todoroki tells Midoriya but they don't go at it. If anything he would be the person to comfort the one in the argument afterwards the same way he tried to comfort Midoriya after Todoroki said he didn't want to be friends with him.

Internship: she went to intern with Tsuyu at Selkie's agency.

Final Analysis- This OC is good but it has somethings that needs work. One thing is the relationships with people because over time Midoriya stops hanging out with Uraraka and Iida and goes after Todoroki and Bakugo and even with Iida and Uraraka he hangs out with Iida more. From that Uraraka becomes best friends with Tsuyu. Bakugo gets slightly calmer over time and I'm glad you made her lose cause he hasn't lost a fight yet in the anime but the Kirishima one just seems to out of play. Not to mention you said she only gets violent in battle so how is she getting to arguments if she is calm, quiet, sweet, and nice. That goes against her whole personality. There are also questions that need to be answered. Other than that this OC is pretty good, thanks for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
