Nandini enters the office and sees arjun and karan talking.

She kept her bag in her cabin. Arjun came and she hugged him and wished him.

Karan waited for her to hug him but she ignored him.

"Nandu.",he called her.

"Don't talk to me.",she said looking away.

Arjun gives a sympathetic look to karan and started talking with nandini. They both ignored him and he got irritated.

"I asked u to come because i wanted to spend time with u and here u are busy with arjun and ignoring me.",karan complained her.

"U don't know because of u how embarrassed i felt?",she said him.

"How much?",he asked her and she glared at him.

"I mean why u felt embarrassed?",he corrected himself.

"I told u i was eating. So it was obvious that i will have my phone on speaker but u idiot didn't get it and continued with ur talks. Do u know my brother and friends were with me that time and they heard everything.", nandini stressed on everything glaring at him.

"Everything. Like everything. So what did they do?.",karan asked smiling.

"U think its funny. U idiot, because of u i got teased by them so much and u are smiling. Wait there.", nandini said and started slapping him and he hided behind arjun.

"Guys we are in office.",arjun reminded them.

"I don't care. Look at him, he teased me so much and think its very​ funny. He didn't apologized to me also.", nandini said and took karan's phone from the side.

"Give me my phone.",karan said her.

"Come out or i will drop it.", nandini threatened him.

"No thats my favourite. ",He said and come out.

"Nandu, i am sorry. ",He said her honestly seeing her about to drop his phone.

She gives his phone back and turned otherside.

"Not accepted.",she said him.

He went near her and showed her a chocolate bar.

She took it from him.

"Still not accepted.",she said to him.

"So what should i do?",karan asked her.

"U will do anything.",she asked him.

He nodded.

"Okay then. Go and say to sir that nandini is a great girl and i am very happy to have her as my best friend and i am sorry to tease her.", nandini said him.

Arjun laughs hearing it.

Karan makes a horrified face and nods in no.

"If u want ur sorry to get accepted than do it.",she said him and laughed along with arjun.

They started talking when they felt complete silence and some whispers and gasps.

"Who is he?"
"He looks so hot"
"Sir expect us to work perfectly but how can one work properly having such distractions around them."

The girls were whispering to each other.

Karan and Arjun were suprised and turned to see who is there. Nandini just roll her eyes at the comments of the girls for her brother.

"He is cabir murthy, if i am not wrong.",arjun said them.

"The CEO of murthy industries?",karan asked and arjun nodded.

"Nandu u know what is the best thing about this man i like the most.",arjun asked her.

She was curious so she asked him,"what?".

"His love for his friends and family especially his sister. He never mentioned his sister name but always talked about her in his interviews. The way he balances his professional and personal life is something very admirable. His sister would be very lucky to have him.",arjun said her and nandini smiled proudly.

"But our sir is also not much different than him. I heard that they are friends and i think its true seeing them together now. The only difference i find in them is manik sir is not that expressive as cabir. They are quite similar in professional terms. But why is cabir murthy present in our office?.", Karan asked both of them.

"Why don't u go and ask them also u remember nandini's​ condition right?",Arjun said with a smirk.

"Infront of cabir murthy. What if sir gets angry?",karan asked them.

"If u say in alone then sir may fire you from the job.", nandini said making him more scared.

"U both are evil together.",he said to them and took slow steps.

As manik and cabir were coming in that direction only. So he stopped a little away from them.

"Is he really going to say all that?", nandini asked arjun.

"Yes he will.",arjun said her.

"Are you serious?, Sir will get very angry.",she said him and he nodded.

She came near karan.

"Karan let's go. U won't say anything to sir.", nandini said him.

"But u only said na.",karan said her.

"I was joking. Let's go.",she said pulling his arms.

"I am serious now. Let me say.",karan said her putting up a brave face.

Nandini saw manik and cabir coming there after talking to Mr. Sharma ,and she went back to arjun.

"I shouldn't​ be blamed if something goes wrong.",she said arjun.

"Why are u standing here, go and do ur work.",manik said karan and was about to walk out with cabir.

"Sir i wanted to say something.",karan said nervously.

"Manik, who is he?",cabir asked him.

"He is karan mehra, he works under me in my team.",manik introduced cabir.

"Nice to meet u sir.",karan said to cabir and cabir nodded smirking.

"What do u want to say?",manik asked him.

Karan looked back and saw nandini​ nodding no, from the corner of his eyes.

Manik too looked at the direction he was looking and saw nandini signing him.

Manik smirked at this, nandini saw manik staring at her and took a file and acted as if looking at it and discussing with arjun.

"Sir, she is a great girl and i am very lucky to have her as my best friend and i am sorry to tease her.",karan said in one breath.

Cabir looked down to control his laugh as he very well knew who asked him to do all this. He looked at nandini and shaked his head in disbelief.

She gives a sheepish smile to him.

Manik wanted to smile but kept a straight face.

"And who is that she?",manik asked karan calmly.

Nandini face palmed herself at this.

Karan gets nervous and looks here and there.

He sees soha coming towards them adjusting her hairs and gets a idea.

"Sir its soha. She is a great girl. U only said that we should keep our problems aside and work together as a team and i just want to thank you for that and sorry that we teased her before.",karan said him.

Nandini and arjun had a suprised relaxed face.

Soha comes near them.

"Good morning sir.",she said to manik.

"Its good to know that u and karan have become best friends sorting ur differences and are working as a team. So all of u now go back to work.",manik said to them and walked with cabir to his cabin not before giving a look to nandini.

"Really?",soha asked karan playing with her hairs.

He just roll his eyes.

"I didn't know that u are so eager to have me as ur best friend. Well i don't mind much unless u stop taking side of that nandini and staying with her.",she said keeping her hand on his shoulders.

Arjun chuckles seeing karan's face. Nandini just ignores her.

Karan removes her hand and glares at her.

"Best friend and with u. I would rather prefer staying alone than being friends with u. U don't deserve my friendship and it would be better if u stop picking useless fights and arguments with nandini and about taking her side than let me tell u for the last time. She is my best friend and i will always be with her no matter what.",he said her and moved towards nandini and arjun.

Nandini immediately hugged him.

"I was just joking but thank god u didn't fall in any problem and handled​ it properly. ",Nandini said hugging him.

"Anything for u.",he said her and both smiled.

"I am also there.",arjun said and hugged them.

Pooja came near them at that time.

They got separated and went to work.

She gave some files to nandini.

"Sir wants u to make the reports again.",she said and went for her work.

Inside manik's cabin...

"I can't believe choti asked him to do that.",cabir said laughing sitting on the table.

"I told u she is crazy. Do u want to see some more entertainment.",manik asked sitting in his chair.

"What are u thinking to do?",cabir asked him curious.

"In less than a minute, ur sister will be here. See then only.",manik said and took the paperweight and started playing with it.

There was a knock at the door.

"She is quite fast.",manik said to cabir.

"Come in.",he said and nandini comes inside.

She looks inside to see if pooja is there or not. Once confirmed that only cabir and manik are inside,She comes inside glaring at manik.

"What the hell is this?",she asks him keeping the file in the desk.

"It is a file.",manik said innocently.

"Manik u know very well about what i am talking.",she said him angry.

"No i don't. Please elaborate.",manik said her calmly.

"What were u thinking while returning​ the file to me?",she asks him.

"That u make a lot of mistakes.",he answered her.

"But i checked the file again manik and only two spelling mistake is there. I will correct it and give u. Why do u ask me to make the reports again?", nandini asked him.

"Nandini i think u forgot, the manik malhotra, the perfectionist likes everything perfect. Two spelling mistake or two thousand, u have to make the reports again.",manik said her.

"So u are taking revenge?", nandini asked him.

"U are so smart ,nandini.",manik said her smirking.

"Manik u are behaving childish.",nandini said angrily.

"Was drenching me with water not childish?",he asked her.

"Manik i am not making the reports again.",she said him.

"U are, its my order.",manik said her.

"Manik u are taking advantage of being the boss and u are bringing our personal fights in middle.", nandini complained him.

Cabir was enjoying their talks having his coffee.

"It was not personal nandini. I didn't support u when they were teasing u by ur boss name which made u throw water.",manik explained her.

"Manik u know na that i have to submit the designs today and if i write the reports again. It will get late , so please.", nandini said him sweetly.

"Its okay no worries nandini. Take ur time but i want it by today.",manik said her with a smile.

"Manik its my bday week and i want to spend time with bhai. Atleast think about ur best friend if not me.", nandini said getting irritated.

"Don't worry about cabir. I am there na for him. I will make sure he doesn't miss u. Go and make the reports.",manik said her.

"Bhai",nandini said looking at cabir.

"Sorry choti. He is ur boss here.",cabir said her.

She glared at manik.

"Nandini u should go and start doing ur work or ur friends may tease u again asking what u are doing for so long in ur boss cabin.",manik teased her.

Cabir laughs.

"Manik", nandini said angrily.

"U can't do anything here. I am the boss.",manik said her showing attitude.

"Boss huh?, Once u come outside the office ,i will tell u who is the boss?", nandini said him and took the file and left stomping her foot angrily.

"I don't think anyone has ever teased and irritated her to this level. She is very angry now.",cabir said to manik.

"She never dealt with manik malhotra before na. Just wait and watch, what i do more to annoy her.",manik said to cabir thinking something.

"Manik i think u forgot, she is my sister and u are telling me how u will irritate and annoy her. How did u think that i will agree for this?", cabir said to manik.

"U will because u are my best friend and u too love irritating her like me.",manik said him.

Both smiled. Manik got back to some work and cabir too helped him.

Nandini was making the reports again angrily typing the keys furiously.

It was lunch time..

She was done writing the reports by now. She kept it at side and closed her laptop.

"Let's go to canteen.",karan said her.

She nodded and all three went to canteen.

They got seated on the table.

Cabir and manik came to canteen.

"Hello everyone.",manik said and all turned in that direction and stood up.

Manik nodded at them and they sat back.

"He is cabir murthy, my best friend and CEO of murthy industries.",manik introduced him.

"Good afternoon sir.", everyone greeted him.

"Good afternoon everyone.",cabir said to everyone.

"He is here to have a look and suggest us to work better. So, cabir whom do u want to talk first?",manik asked him.

"How about interacting with ur team first?",cabir asked and looked at nandini to see her smiling at him.

"Okay let's have lunch with them.",manik said and signed his team to settle in the bigger table.

They all got settled in the bigger round table.

Nandini was sitting between karan and arjun. Soha beside karan then manik, cabir and yuvraj.

They all started having their lunch talking with cabir and manik.

"So what are all ur plans for future?",cabir asked them.

"Sir its been only one month, we had started working and i think everyone of us would like to have a little experience of working before thinking to do something different. We all are still in learning phase. I will personally like to work for a year or a half more and try to gather as much knowledge​ i can. If i get confident enough to start my own business then i will or else i would continue the job.",arjun answered cabir.

Cabir liked his attitude and smiled.

"Arjun tell about ur marriage plans too. It also comes in ur future plans, Right nandu?.",karan joked and looked at nandini.

She gives a disbelief look and he realises that their boss and his friend is here too.

"Sorry",he said to them and looks down.

"Karan, don't worry. I won't shout like manik or scold u guys. Its ur break time and u guys have all the rights to have fun and i am not ur boss, so u all can behave normally with me.",cabir said to him which made him smile.

"Arjun why don't u answer his question?",cabir asked him.

"Sir marriage, well that depends on her. But i think she will like to have after a year.",arjun said him.

"Don't lie arjun, it depends on u not her. U took 8 years to tell her that u love her, i am sure u need this one year to prepare yourself to ask her for marriage.",karan said to arjun who glared at her.

"Really 8 years?, U seem to be very confident with ur plans and words then why u took so long time.",manik asked him.

"He is not confident when it comes to her. U know when he asked her for a date, he almost messed up and he proposed her only after getting drunk.", nandini answered teasing arjun who looked down at his food.

"Shut up.",arjun said to them glaring.

"Why?",karan asked him smiling.

"Let ur time come. ",Arjun said and all smiled.

"So what is ur plan, soha?",cabir asked her.

"Well i work here because i find it interesting working here but i don't want to work all my life. After few months, i will get married to a rich guy who will earn for me and i will enjoy my life.",soha said him.

"Why depending on your husband when u can earn yourself?",karan said her.

"Why should i earn when he is there?, Girls gets married​ to rich boys so that they can enjoy their life properly, go on long trips, do shopping. I am sure all girls wants to get married to rich guys and the reason is what i told u. and if a girl works after marriage then she will be the biggest fool.",soha answered him.

"Well soha, i don't think u should talk about all the girls. Its ur personal thought not everyone. There are some girls for whom working is a passion,who likes to be independent instead of depending on other people. When u are capable to do it by ur own then why taking help from others. We girls asks for equality and when we get it we run away from the responsibility coming with it or we give lame excuses saying that he isn't a gentleman or a good husband as he is making his wife work.", nandini said her angry at her way of thinking.

Cabir smiled at her proudly while manik was amazed by her way of thinking.

"Nandu, the man u will love would be very lucky to have you.",karan said her.

"True, he would be a perfect man. Right?",arjun teased her looking at karan.

Nandini looked at manik at this.

"U too agree na",karan asked her whispering leaning to her ears.

She was eating a morsel and hearing him ask her openly. She ate hurriedly at this and it got stuck in her throat. She started coughing.

Cabir got worried and was about to get up by his chair but stopped seeing manik holding his hands.

He looked at manik questioningly and manik gestured her to look at nandini.

Cabir looked at her and saw arjun and karan panicking.

He sat down and a small smile came on his lips seeing it.

Arjun was patting her back and karan was making her drink water from his hands.

She calmed down and gave a smile and nod to cabir and manik respectively.

"What is the need to hurry?, Eat slowly.",karan said her.

"And no talking while eating. One day we didn't feed u and u choke ur food.",arjun asked her giving her tissues.

"I am fine.",she said them.

"I saw that",karan said and took a morsel and brought near her mouth.

"I can eat.",she said feeling embarrassed a little.

"I don't think so.",arjun said to her and looked at cabir and manik.

"We don't mind.",cabir said with a smirk.

Arjun and karan fed her one by one.
Cabir and manik went back to their cabin after the lunch.

All got back to their work and then to their home after completing their works.
Nandini was smirking on her way back home thinking her evil plan for manik.
