Everything was quiet in UA's class 1-A, which obviously put all the students on edge. They got to class in the morning with Aizawa sensei awake and out of his sleeping bag, he assigned regular, quiet class work, and they all were expected to sit in silence and write. That was regular high school stuff, which meant that something was very, very wrong.

"Hey guys," Uraraka commented out loud, "where's Deku?" The class went quiet as nobody seemed to have an answer.

Todoroki looked to the front of the class. "Aizawa sensei, do you know where he is?"

Aizawa sighed loudly and all the students shared a look of worry. "Yes Todoroki. There's been a bit of an issue and he's currently with some other UA teachers trying to solve the problem."

The whole class was shocked. "Sir, what kind of issue? Is he in trouble? You know Midoriya would never do anything bad!"

There was uproar from everyone until Aizawa's phone started ringing. He put his hand up to silence the class, then stepped outside of the room to take the phone call. The students all waited patiently to hear what was going on. Then, finally, he walked back in with his usual tired expression on his face. "Well, you're about to find out what happened to Midoriya. He's on his way over here now. However, you're all going to need to be very gentle with him." Aizawa turned in Bakugou's direction. "Do we think we can do that?"

Bakugou rolled his eyes but when he noticed that Aizawa's gaze wasn't leaving him, he gave a small nod.

The class waited in silence as they continued their work. All of them were a bit restless, Todoroki being the most anxious. He couldn't stop fiddling with his pen and would stare at the door every four seconds. Bakugou could feel his nervousness radiating off him.

I'm gonna punch that shitty loser for being so annoying.

Then, finally, the door opened and All Might walked in. He had all eyes on him. "Hello students. Midoriya was accidentally hit with a quirk earlier today. The person who did it apologized and explained that this will wear off naturally after a couple days, but for now, we have to take care of him. The teachers decided that all of you, as hero's in training, are capable of taking care of him."

Bakugou kicked his foot up onto his desk with a loud thud. "Why can't the shitty nerd take care of himself?"

"Kacchan!"

Behind All Might was a small child with a mop of green hair and a bright smile. That child ran up to Bakugou and held his hand. "Wow kacchan is so tall now! I wanna be tall like kacchan!"

All the girls in the class swooned over baby Midoriya, who had latched himself onto a shocked Bakugou. "Hey! Get off me idiot! Why are you grabbing me? Go hold onto somebody else!"

"But kacchan, they're all strangers. And you're my bestest friend ever!" That prompted a series of 'awwwws' from the girls. All Might walked over and patted Midoriyas head. "Look kacchan, this is All Might! It really is! He's so cool and I got to walk with him all the way here and he's super nice and we played hero earlier today and I got to save All Might isnt that the best!"

"Young Bakugou, because Midoriya has been reduced to a younger age, you're the only person who he remembers, which is why we were hoping you would take care of him." Bakugou looked down at Midoriya, who was now hugging his waist and smiling up at him. "There is no way that I'm-"

"We'll be happy to do it!" Bakugou whipped his head around to see Kirishima. The red head put one hand around Bakugou's shoulders and the other went to ruffle Midoriyas hair playfully. "Bakugou and I can take care of him!"

All Might nodded and leaned down to Midoriya. "Alright then, I've got some hero work to do, but Bakugou and Kirishima are going to look after you, ok?" Midoriya nodded with a big smile on his face. He held his arms out and All Might understood that was him asking for a hug. All Might firmly squished the young Midoriya against his chest and discreetly placed a small kiss on his forehead, quietly whispering "take care, my boy," into the soft mess of green locks.

After that, he left, leaving Aizawa, class 1-A and baby Midoriya. Naturally, everyone wanted to see the baby version of their lovable classmate. Kaminari got their first and held out his hand for little Midoriya to shake. "Hey there little guy! I'm Denki, but you can call me papa."

Mina smacked him in the back of the head. "Stop that! You don't have to call him papa, just call him Denki or Denks." She reaches forward and squished his chubby cheeks. "Oh my god, you are just so cute!"

A crowd started to gather, but Todoroki pushed them aside and went to Midoriya. "Bakugou, are you sure you can take care of him? If you want, I can look after him." But Midoriya grabbed onto Bakugou's arm firmly and refused to let go.

"I wanna have sleepovers with kacchan!" Bakugou looked ready to pop a blood vessel, but Kirishima laughed and patted Midoriyas head. "Yeah! It'll be you, me and kacchan! How's that sound? Maybe one night Todoroki here can join us. You don't remember it, but you and him are really close friends."

Midoriya looked at Todoroki, who nodded a bit and tried to smile nicely like he'd been practicing with Midoriya before. Apparently it worked because Midoriya smiled back at him andย  grabbed his hand, so he was holding onto Bakugou with his left hand and Todoroki with his right.

Bakugou has been quiet for a while, until finally, he said "just sit in this desk and be quiet so I can do my work." He put a blank paper on the empty desk that was normally Midoriyas anyways, along with some colored pencils. "Draw a picture of some shit, just don't bother me."

Midoriya climbed up into the desk that was far too large for his small stature and grabbed the colored pencils, not hesitating to draw something. Aizawa told everyone to go back to their seats so they could start their lesson.

Halfway through the class Bakugou heard a small "psst, kacchan." He looked up to see Midoriya, kneeling on the chair the wrong way so he was facing Bakugou, with his head poking above the back of the chair. "What do you want nerd."

He held out his tiny hand and whispered, "I'm out of paper." Bakugou rolled his eyes and grabbed another blank sheet, giving it to the tiny broccoli boy. "Thank you kacchan." Bakugou rolled his eyes and focused on the lesson again. Little did he know, there was a certain "shitty haired" male at the back of the class who's heart was swooning and the sight of Bakugou and the small child.

Throughout the school day, Bakugou had become more accustomed to the small Midoriya. He gave him papers to colour on, got him food from the cafeteria for lunch, tried to get him to do his homework (Kirishima said he shouldn't do that). And during lunch, Midoriya showed everyone the pictures he'd drawn. Most of them were him and Bakugou, with the occasional All Might picture. Bakugou was about to blow a fuse with his classmates saying how cute it was.

Midoriya never left Bakugou's side. By the time the day was done, he had his own little follower, bouncing beside him with each step, never letting go of Bakugou's hand.

The hand holding had bother Bakugou at first, but eventually tuned it out. As the two were walking back to the dorm, Kirishima caught up to them. "Hey! Mind if I walk with you guys?" Bakugou just grunted and Midoriya held out his other hand for Kirishima to hold. So, for the rest of the walk back, Midoriya held onto both Bakugou and Kirishima. Every once in a while, he'd jump or try to swing, and the two teenagers would hold him up off the ground, like parentsย  playing a game with their child.

Bakugou couldn't help but smile at Kirishima, who seemed to love kids, if his behavior was any indication. He looked so happy to be taking care of a child and it made heat rise to Bakugou's cheeks and painted them red to match the hair of the cheerful boy opposite him.

I wonder if this is what Eijirou will be like when we have a kid.

Bakugou looked at them once mor and- wait, did I just say when? No no no no no why am I even thinking about shitty hair like that. Stop it. No more thing about Eijir- shitty hair. Why am I calling him Eijirou? Holy shit he's really got me. Goddamit I hate these stupid feelings for that stupid idiot.

"Bakugou? Are you alright?" Bakugou was brought back to reality at the sound of Kirishima's voice. His cheeks were glaring up a bright shade of red and he needed to get out of there. "I'm fine dumbass!" He yanked his hand away from Midoriya and started walking in another direction. "You take the nerd back to the dorm, I'm going for a walk!" Bakugou hurriedly went off as far away from them as he could get, ignoring Kirishima's and Midoriyas calling.

After he way far enough away from them, he settled down onto the ground, taking a deep breath in. He was hit by a small feeling of guilt, but pushed it away. He simply sat there in the soft grass and calmed himself by lookin out at the vast blue sky above him. He watched as the clouds drifted slowly and found shapes in them. He always found doing mundane, simple things to calm him.

He had to go back at some point, that was unavoidable. He also had to be albums to stay in the same room as Kirishima without losing his cool. That was the real challenge. Bakugou wasn't sure when his thoughts towards his friend became less friend-like, but there was no denying what was happening and Bakugou couldn't help but imagine what the two of them would be like together.

Despite the way Bakugou acted, he was still just a regular person and couldn't help but crave the feeling of being loved and loving someone else. Couldn't help but daydream about what it would be like to fall asleep next to Kirishima, tangled up with each other, feeling their chests rise and fall with each slow breath. Everything he'd imagined with Kirishima was gentle and intimate, the complete opposite of what people would expect from him. He wanted to hold hands and make breakfast together and share late night talks.

These feelings were new territory for Bakugou and he worried that he would never be open and honest like that. He struggled to express what he felt and found it easier to push people away. There was a fear deep within him that made him think Kirishima would get tired of him and hate him just like everyone else.

But he hasn't left me yet.

That was Bakugou's saving grace. Knowing that, despite seeing how much of a jerk he was, Kirishima hadn't left him yet. In fact, every time Bakugou pushed, Kirishima just seemed to come closer. Maybe things could work out between us.

After some thorough thinking, Bakugou realized that he had to go back to the dorm. Whether or not he liked it, he did agree to take care of Midoriya and right now he wasn't doing a great job. Reluctantly, he headed back to the dorm, knowing that when he found Midoriya, Kirishima would be there asking him where he went.

The walk was quick and as he entered into the dorms common room, he saw the entire class there, Midoriya and Kirishima included. They were playing games and hanging out with little Midoriya, trying to keep him entertained. Kirishima noticed Bakugou first and waved at him, calling him over to the rest of the group.

There was an empty seat next to Kirishima that Bakugou took. There was always an empty seat next to Kirishima when Bakugou wasn't there. His classmates always left that space for him so that, when he returned, he'd be next to Kirishima.

Bakugou sat down in his seat and, thankfully, Kirishima didn't make any comment about him storming off earlier.

The class played a bunch of games throughout the day. Momo made a twister mat, they played charades, hangman, they even got a bunch of dominoes and made a huge chain going through half the dorm and followed the line of dominoes as they all fell one by one.

The entire time, Kirishima stuck close to Bakugou. He knew that Bakugou wouldn't want to talk about it, so he comforted Bakugou in another way. He always held onto him, had some kind of physical contact between them. A hand on the shoulder, around the waist, arms brushed up against each other, at one point, Kirishima even locked their pinky fingers together. It was enough contact that Bakugou would know he had Kirishima there, but not enough to make him uncomfortable.

By the end of their fun day, little Midoriya was exhausted. As everyone said their good nights and headed to their rooms, they left Bakugou, Kirishima and Midoriya alone. "Hey, Bakugou, we should let him sleep in one of our rooms tonight. I know you don't like people in your room, so why don't we bring him to mine?"

Bakugou nodded in agreement. The three of them headed upstairs towards Kirishima's room. When they got there, Midoriya was out like a light. He barely even got on the bed before his eyes fluttered shut and he fell asleep. Kirishima was overwhelmed by the cuteness. Bakugou secretly was too.

Kirishima gently picked up little Midoriya and moved the comforter or the bed so that Midoriya could get under. He then tucked in his tiny classmate. Bakugou watched from a few feet away as Kirishima handled the young boy gently, cradling him and protecting him.

Kirishima then tucked in Midoriya and, sweeping away the curly green hair from the boys face, placed a gentle kiss on Midoriyas forehead. That was all Bakugou could take. Seeing Kirishima so soft and loving made him lose all rational thoughts.

He held Kirishima by the waist, pulling him so that Kirishima's back was pressed tightly against his chest. He brought his other hand up to the red heads shoulder, closing the distance between them even more.

The embrace was as gentle as Bakugou could possibly be. He wanted it to feel soft and loving. When Kirishima moved out of his hold, Bakugou's heart stopped, only to have Kirishima turn and face him. "Bakugou, what is it? What's going on?"

Bakugou knew that he was referring to the way he stormed off earlier, but wasn't sure how to answer. I get so nervous around you that I can't function and seeing you take care of this stupid kid made me dream about having a family with you.

Knowing he couldn't say that, he settled for holding Kirishima's face gently and moving close, their lips almost touching, but he stopped right before they did. He waited for Kirishima to close the gap, not wanting to force himself on his crush. Kirishima understood what the pause was for and quickly moved to put his lips on Bakugou's.

The kiss was soft and passionate. They could fee each other's emotions in it and their arms wrapped around each other. As they eventually pulled away, they kept their foreheads touching, not wanting to put any space between them.

Bakugou breathlessly said, "I wasn't sure how to put that into words."

Kirishima smiled at him. "It's ok. That made things more than clear. C'mon, let's get some sleep." Kirishima gently pulled Bakugou to his bed, where they maneuvered Midoriya to the middle. Each of them went to one side of him and hugged him close to their bodies. "Let me guess, you stormed off because you were having a gay panic." Bakugou said nothing, just rolled his eyes playfully, which told Kirishima that he was right. "You're so easy to read, blasty."

Bakugou couldn't help but look at the beautiful face of the person he'd fallen for. As he did, he caught of glimpse of Midoriya as well, looking at the peaceful expression on his sleeping face, which was currently pressed against Bakugou. Hesitantly, the explosive blond brought his hand to Midoriyas head and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead, just as Kirishima had not too long ago.

"Hey Bakugou, it really feels like we're his parents right now, doesn't it?"

"Yeah, it does."

They fell asleep next to their little boy, with their hands holding one another.
