This caption is very much true as one week passed by...
Neil is still in coma and Aarohi is still waiting patiently for her Chamgadar...

Aarohi is checking a patient when Rooh comes running...

In this moment a nurse comes in...

Simran leaves but as soon Abhimanyu turns to go to his cabin he sees Aarohi standing with teary eyes...

— Abhimanyu, meri galati hai... Shit! Ajj taak mujhe samajh nahi aaya tha, ajj aa gaya...

Aarohi runs and Abhimanyu follows her...

Its a small balcony in the Birla hospital... Neil loved this place cause from here the whole udaipur is visible... And this place is special for Aarohi cause Neil proposed her here for the first time... Aarohi is crying here only and Abhimanyu enters...

And at this moment the hospital speaker bursts,

— Dr. Abhimanyu Birla and Dr. Aarohi Birla aaplog plzz Neil sir ke cabin mein zaldi aa jaaye...

Abhimanyu and Aarohi takes a moment to process the announcement... And then they just run towards the cabin...
